For my Fabulous Friday Feature, I chose to use the tiny string lights from the Tree Essentials stamp set. I wanted to try the emboss resist technique with the intent to make the lights shine and glow!

STEP 1: Using Olive Twist ink, stamp the cord across the upper portion of the card.

STEP 2: Stamp top portion of each light using watermark ink and heat emboss using gold embossing powder.

STEP 3: Stamp light bulb in watermark ink and emboss using white embossing powder.

STEP 4: Sponge ink over lights using a variety of Christmas colors and splatter with white paint.

STEP 5: Assemble sentiment by stamping it in Olive Twist ink on a die cut label and layering it over a die cut vellum circle.  Tuck white glitter cardstock pine springs under sentiment, add holly leaves, and embellish with adhesive gems.

To finish, I adhered my completed card front to my card base which uses the Border Bling:  Lots of Dots die.
