Just recently, the company that recycles materials for our city decided to stop collecting paper due to the decline in demand from China. We were so disappointed until we thought of making new paper with the old paper. This is so timely for us! Thanks to Heather and PTI! We now have a way to use some of the paper that we used to send for recycle. And I will have fun using the paper in my crafting!
