“I love the detail and lines on the large In Bloom flower and couldn’t wait to color it for this week’s Throwback Thursday post. Inspired by a current Tory Burch pattern, I decided to color block the flower with shades of pale pinks and peach, and contrast it with a geometric element for a modern twist, all similar to the inspiration. I actually liked the color blocked flower so much, I couldn’t stop with just one card – head over to my blog to read more and see the others!”
Supplies:
- STAMPS: In Bloom, Colorful Words
- INK: Memento Tuxedo Black
- PAPER: Stamper’s Select White
- DIES: In Bloom, Cover Plate: Modern Cross Quilt
- OTHER: Translucent Yupo Paper, Copic Multiliner 0.1, Copic Markers (R11, R32, YR65, YR61, W2)
These cards are so beautiful. Seeing the two ways you’ve used the In Bloom stamp has inspired me. tfs
I love the versatility of this gorgeous floral stamp set! These cards came out fantastic! I feel the need for multi-stamping comin’ on now, LOL. TFS!
