That is kind of a mixed answer as my Christmas gift to my MIL each year is a box of birthday cards. She sends 100s of birthday cards so she loves handmade birthday cards. Just remind me to keep them flat and get busy as I only have about 8 cards made.

Not just family birthdays, but also for all the parties the kids get invited to – and, wow, there are A LOT of those! My thought was to make my own cards to save money. Little did I know! LOL! My mother in law always loved the cards I made and I can remember her smile when she opened them. She made it all so worthwhile!!! Unfortunately we lost her last year to Parkinson’s so I am hoping to get some cards made up this coming week to send to her nursing home. Also my 22 year old daughter is on break from college before Christmas and she likes to make cards with me, so this brings me many fond memories as well!!!!

I actually met my goal of sending all of my family (aunts, uncles, etc…) birthday cards this year. Hopefully next year I can keep up that feat and get some Christmas cards out, too! I also make a lot of birthday cards–we probably send or give about 30-40 of those in a year. But by far the most cards I make are Thank You cards. I make and donate about 30 cards per month for a nonprofit animal shelter, using a stamp and die of my own design.

I’m not sure, but birthday and thinking of you are probably about the same. That is why when I saw Inside & Out: Well Wishes being released, I was so excited. I find that most of my customers that buy cards like Thinking of you and use them for many different occasions.

I create lots of Christmas cards and tags. The next closest would probably be birthdays. I also create sets of assorted cards for gifts, so those numbers get up there, too!

I used to love to make baby cards but I make a lot of birthday cards now since you ALWAYS need a birthday card. I also can’t seem to get away from love cards since I love heart shaped stamps and dies.

In numbers I make the most Christmas cards. Last year I made 262–46 of a complicated design and the rest a more simple number that was easier to mass produce. I make the most birthday cards during the course of a year that are unique from each other.

I make birthday cards more than any other card. I make one each month for each if my 3 grandchildren for their “monthly” birthdays. Also make birthday cards for my family and friends.

Birthday or just general cards. I leave the inside blank and then I can add a sentiment depending on the occasion.

I would have to say Christmas. It used to be a tie between Christmas and Valentine’s Day. My son loves to give out handmade valentines, so we would make them together. But since he is in middle school now, I don’t think we will be making valentines this year. My daughter outgrew valentines long ago. So it is just Christmas for me now!
