The second annual online Stamp-a-faire event, brought to you by Papertrey Ink, will be happening tomorrow, Saturday August 24th! Below you will find the complete scheduling details and some helpful links as well.
STAMP-A-FAIRE FORUM
Myself along with the Design Team, will be interacting with you all day in the Stamp-a-faire Forum, which can be found HERE. There will be threads started for each challenge and we will be checking out your projects through the InLinkz lists as well! So be sure to stop by and chat for a bit and take the opportunity to ask your favorite designers questions and just get to know them better! This forum will also give you the opportunity to chat with other stampers worldwide who are participating in this event!
TONIGHT (August 23rd)- Friday Night Meet & Greet
A second blog post (below) includes a video pieced together of the entire team showing you around our crafting "kitchens" a bit and welcoming everyone to the upcoming events that will begin tomorrow. Customers are invited to add to an InLinkz List there. Share a photo or videos of yourself by adding a link from your blog, Instagram, YouTube or whatever outlet you prefer. You can show off your Stamp-a-faire apron looks or share a quick photo of your Stamp-a-faire groups that might have gotten together early, where you are in your journey or what you are doing to prepare for the next day etc…
August 24th- OFFICIAL STAMP-A-FAIRE DAY!
All of the challenges provided throughout Stamp-a-faire day will function much like our weekly Make It Monday Challenges. Each Stamp-a-faire Challenge will have a coordinating InLinkz list for you to share your projects using your favorite photo-hosting site (Flickr, Photobucket, etc), gallery or your blog.
Each list will be open until noon EST Monday, August 26th, so you will have ample time to particpate and photograph your projects. A winner will be randomly selected from each challenge to win a $25 gift certificate and announced on that Monday too!
We provided an outline of basic supplies HERE that you can take a look at if you are still gathering everything you need.
In addition to all of the gift certificates we will be giving away for each of the individual challenges, we will also be awarding a Top Chef prize this year! On Monday, August 26th, after all of the InLinkz lists have closed for entries, we will be going through and making a list of the chefs that participated in all ten challenges (this is everything but the Recipe Remix). The participants that created projects for each challenge will have their names thrown in a hat and one lucky winner will be selected as the 2013 Stamp-a-faire Top Chef! Of course, you can't have a title without a prize! The Top Chef will receive a $200 Papertrey Gift Certificate to spend however they choose! Now, how's that for an incentive!
August 26th noon EST- Challenge Projects Due:
At noon EST on Monday, all of the InLinkz SAF Challenge Lists will be closed and we will no longer be accepting submissions that are eligible for prizes. All of the winners from all the SAF challenges will be posted on our Stamp-a-faire Winners Page by 10pm EST. This page can be found HERE.

The entire Design Team has been working diligently behind the scenes for months to bring together all of the tutorials and videos you will be enjoying during tomorrow's event. I wanted to take a moment to thank them for all of their hard work and dedication in seeing these preparations through. There is already a pretty extensive workload required for our team members with the release schedule each month, so it was an incredible accomplishment to complete all of these extra tasks that coincided with that. Thank you to the entire team!
As a reminder to ALL of our customers, Saturday, August 24th also marks the day you can earn the Stamp-a-faire exclusive stamp set, Reasons to Smile ($15 value). This stamp set will be available for free on Stamp-a-faire day (August 24th, 2013) to all customers who make a qualifying purchase of $100 or more between 7am EST and 11:30pm EST, limit one per customer. So sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Things are just a bit bogged down now because this is “rush hour” on a Saturday. You can file a help ticket with Customer Service to make sure there is nothing they can do on their end. Other than that, perhaps wait an hour or so and hop back on.
