This is something I put together last year for Mother's Day, but I thought it was meaningful enough to post again. With the arrival of Mother's Day, I have been thinking a lot about how incredibly influential & important the roll of a mom is.
They help & support their children to achieve their goals and sacrifice so much for their success.
A mom is always there with unlimited hugs & kisses, perhaps even when we don't deserve them; always when we need them most.
Mothers always take the time to give just the right answers and the perfect advice, leading us to live our best life.
They shape the entire future of our world… the next leaders, the next doctors, the next teachers and even the next generation of mothers.
Motherhood is a choice made everyday to put someone else's happiness and well-being ahead of your own. To handle the burden of difficulties and hard times so that a child can be as carefree as possible.
I wish every one of you a very happy Mother's Day. Please know how much I look up to each of you… how much I respect all of you for shaping our future, for making the daily sacrifices we all know so well, for executing one of the most difficult jobs in the world to the very best of your abilities. You make this world a better place and we are all so lucky to have such strong women at the helm. Take a bit of time for yourself today and allow yourself to reflect on just how incredibly amazing you are!

This is the first year without my mom being here for Mother’s Day. I promised myself that I would stay happy for my daughter. Thank you, Nichole, for an excuse to cry. Now, it’s back to being a mom rather than a daughter. 🙂 Happy Mother’s Day.
