( we’ve been doing renovations to our home for the past year…it’s taking way longer than we expected it would be and a lot of inconvenience because half of our original house was knocked down so we’ve been living in a very small area with only 1 bathroom) Eeek!

    Wow, this is so hard. I guess the ultimate birthday present would be the ability to provide for my 76 year old mom! As a single mom she provided for 5 kids…now she’s retired with no pension and constantly worries about money. I would like for her to be able to enjoy her time and be able to do what she wants without worrying about the cost.

My children are growing so quickly, maturing to a state of unbelievability and before we know it our son will graduate and be off to college – two more years…my heart is filled with love and proud they are who they are and how they have grown, but filled with sadness that Time cannot be still for those special times we want to savor for a little while longer!
