Welcome back for another day of anniversary fun! As tradition holds, let's begin with a few more sneak peeks of what's to come!
Dawn McVey has created an absolutely stunning new floral set for you this month. The incredible detail and the layers of petals that each flower holds is truly spectacular. The coordinating dies make it easy to layer the bits and pieces to arrange your own amazing bouquets!
Per customer request, Lizzie Jones has created a $5 set full of fence finials that can be used in conjunction with her previously released set, Background Basics: Wrought Iron. The clever part of her designs? Each of the finial designs are paired up in groups of three, already perfectly spaced for the fence poles. This means it will be three times faster to add these delicate details to your fence!

A quick note about all of the Year of Flowers dies…
In an effort to preserve the detail of the flowers and leaves contained in these sets, the dies were intentionally designed to cut a minimal amount of an "edge" around each of the stamped images.
Some of our design team members selected their very favorite Year of Flowers set and created a project using the new coordinating dies! Be sure to click through to each designers blog to see additional photos of the project as well as a complete supply list.

For my second announcement today, I am happy to introduce Lizzie Jones as our official Newsletter Editor. She has been working extraordinarily hard behind the scenes revamping our monthly newsletter that goes out the first of each month. There are so many incredible additions, you won't want to miss a single issue! If you don't already receive the newsletter, you can sign up for it HERE on our website. Now here is Lizzie to tell you more about what you can look forward to with future mailings!
Hello everyone, Lizzie Jones reporting for duty here! Starting in March you'll be seeing a fresh look to the Papertrey News! The newsletter has been redesigned and expanded to give you even more inspiration and interaction than ever before. You'll see a couple of returning sections, but most of the content is brand new! Here's a little preview of what you'll find in your inbox in just a few short weeks:
This perennial favorite is continuing through to the new newsletter. Each month the Senior Design Team ladies will be focusing on a previously released set. These features will show you the versatility and flexibility of stamps that may have found themselves on your creative back burner.
Our community is absolutely packed with talent! In the new Blog Hop Highlights and Make It Monday Highlights sections we'll be sharing some of our favorite customer projects from the previous month's interactive events. We'll also include links to the Make It Monday tutorials themselves, so you can catch or refresh on any technique you may have missed. Make sure to play along and keep your eyes peeled. You never know when you might see one of your submissions in an upcoming newsletter!
In the Hot Topics section we'll be discussing trends in the industry and hot topics from our customer forum. If you're talking about something, we're interested! The section may also include features on products that are particularly on trend at the moment; perhaps highlighting oldie-but-goodies you already have in your collection.
In the Our Favorite Things section we'll be highlighting the Design Team's outstanding recent projects. Some months there may be a theme and some months the projects will determine the focus.
Who doesn't enjoy getting a gift wrapped in lovely packaging? Adding a little extra special decoration can make a present even more meaningful or put a huge smile on a deserving face. Whether you're looking for something sophisticated or whimsical, Papertrey has you covered! The Pretty Packaging section will be full of ideas and inspiration to help you keep all of your gifts gorgeous.
We love keeping on eye on our Pinterest boards and seeing which projects are crowd pleasers. In the Top Pinterest Pins section we'll highlight the top Design Team pins from the previous month. We'll also link directly to our Pinterest page so it will be super easy for you to hop over and see all of the Design Team's projects organized by category (Birthday, Mother's Day, Wedding & Anniversary, etc).
Who couldn't use a little help getting organized once in a while? In the Studio Storage section we'll mention tips and tricks for crafty organization from customers and design team members alike. Think "Dear Heloise" for crafters. Have a tip? Email me! We have a new email address set up just for you to send me your bits of wit and wisdom – newslettertips@papertreyink.com. I hope to hear from you soon!
If you're anything like me, you sometimes get into color ruts. In the Color Play section we'll feature an inspiration photo and an original project made with the suggested color palette. It's our fun way to get you thinking outside the box!
Another returning section in the updated newsletter will be our Upcoming Events area. Here you'll find reminders about countdowns, releases, and special events. You'll also find notes about holidays or other potential shipping interrupters.
So that's what you can expect from the newly revamped newsletter. I hope these changes have you excited – I sure am!

How exciting! I have the Violets and Daffodils sets and love the idea of getting dies for them. What gorgeous inspiration from the Design Team!
Gorgeous flowers…I love roses. I love the way they look with all their petals, love the spectrum of colours they come in and of course the smell.
To be honest I don’t have just one favorite! I love rosse, tulips, lathyrus! But I love all flowers!,,
Sadly I don’t have any of these beautiful stamp sets… YET :-). I love flowers though and look forward to spring in all its beautiful colour. I will be checking these sets out and the beautiful inspiration of the design team.
Year of Flowers Dies–OH MY! The fences are beautiful too! Is it true? Spring is around the corner? Love the projects!
I love the stargazer lily. I love pink and used the flower in my wedding.
All the projects are gorgeous!! More dies, I can’t wait…I love all of PTI dies. And the wrought iron fence is beautiful…what an incredible release!!
Sadly I don’t have any of these beautiful sets but my favorite flower is an Orchid. I just love their beauty! I am really loving the PTI Lilly of the Valley!
I don’t have any of these stamp sets yet either, but that may soon change!
I don’t own any of the flower stamps but I really an drawn to the violets stamp set
I have the set with all of the flowers in the small size and the larkspur large set. I love that you have the dies now, too, so that will inspire me to add additional sets to my collection!
One of my favorite flowers is the violet. I remember when I was little, there were always just a few that popped up in the summer next to our house. Since there were only 4 or 5 of them, I wouldn’t touch them because I didn’t want to ruin them. I was always fascinated by the pretty purple and yellow colors.
One of my favorite flowers is the violet, because it reminds me of my Gramma. Violets are her favorite flowers and she once made me a bookmark with dried violet petals and a note to accompany it telling me about her favorite flower. I don’t own YOF: Violets, but maybe now I should add it to my list!
My favorite flowers are violets. My grandmother grew African violets on a heart of pine primitive table under a sunny leaded glass window. What’s not to like about a flower that has heart shaped leaves? They’re very “forgiving” plants, too. Although I don’t own this Year of Flowers set, it is on my wish list. I’d love to pair it with a sentiment that says “Keep Calm and Bloom on!”
My favorite flowers are snapdragons because of the beautiful, bright colors and they are easy to grow. My favorite year of flowers stamp set is the violet set…I love the big flower! Thanks for all the inspiration.
My favorite flower is definitely the tulip. I love that they peek out of the ground in early spring and sometimes even late winter. If I could have tulips everywhere I would.
My favorite flower is definitely a pansy. They are so cheerful and colorful!!! My favorite in the YOF series, though, is the daffodil!
Smile- I love flowers. I can’t wait to see dawn’s new set and really want to try Betsy’s vellum flowers now.
My favorite flower is the plumeria. I love the fragrance! I have many, many childhood memories of picking plumerias to make leis for a variety of occasions.
I only have the YOF Violets, but it’s such a lovely set and has a great sentiment. LOVE Dawn’s Violet project for today, and especially love the sneak peak of her new set (ranunculus?).
My favorite flowers are hydrangeas….. if we do it right we have fresh bouquets most of the summer!
This is an easy question for me. My favorite flower is the rose because when we were dating DH gave me a rose every day! The funny part was that he was picking them from his parents garden and when his Dad found out….well, let’s just say he wasn’t very happy. 🙂
Love the new dies!
My favourite flowers would have to be peonies. They are romantic and vintagey and I just love them. My Fave YOF set would have to be the Lily of the Valley. And no, I doubt own any YOF sets yet!
I purchased the smaller versions of the Year of Flowers, but need to pull it out again for some love! The newsletter changes look fantastic. I’ll be watching for it in my inbox.
The violets YOF is one of the most beautiful floral stamp sets ever. And how great to see Lizzie taking on this role. The newsletter will be fabulous.
Unfortunately I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamps. My favorite flower is the daisy because of its simplicity. My wedding colors (many, many years ago) were yellow and mint green, and the girls carried daisy bouquets. My favorite Year of the Flower stamp is daffodils because I love spring–and daffodils are always one of the first signs of spring.
Alas, I do not own any of the beautiful flower stamps, as yet, but do plan to get them soon. How wonderful that they all now have a coordinating die. Cheers.
love the dies for the flowers might have to get some, my favorite flowers are daisies, no special reason I just love them thanks for a chance to win
My favorite flower would have to be the yellow rose. It signifies friendship and with its strong fragrance, it reminds the recipient of that friendship for a long while! 🙂
Wow, all those dies in one release! I don’t own any of the flower sets but now that the dies are available, I will putting those on my “to buy” list.
The violets are way up on the list, because they remind me of my Grandma, who always has a number of the blooming flowers scattered around the house. She has an amazing green thumb. I’ve already sent her cards made with the stamp set, & love them! And a close second would be the daffodils!!!
The violet is my favorite. I think it is the flower for February…my birth month!
I know that *so many* customers are squealing with delight at the title of your post :). They have been waiting a LONG time for those dies! Thank you for listening to your customers once again! And, I look forward to see Lizzie heading up the newsletter. I know she’ll do a GREAT job! 🙂
I am a traditional kinda a gal, so I will go with roses. I love being able to use lots of different colors with them.
I had bought the poinsettia YOF when the dies came out for those. I have YOF daffodils and you can bet I’ll be getting the matching dies! I’ll probably add the mums, too, at some point!
I’m so delighted to see there will be dies for the remaining Year of Flowers sets! Thrilled! Can’t wait to use them!
I have all but 2 of the YOF stamp sets, gladiolus and sweet pea. My favorite flowers are orchids and roses. My mother used to have a garden full of orchids and rose is my birth flower. These new dies and stamp sets will surely be in my cart on the 15th!
I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamps but I have always loved them especially the violets. I am looking forward to getting some of them.
As I was looking through this post, I couldn’t believe I don’t have any of these flower sets because I have quite a few Papertrey flower sets. Well, now that these handy-dandy dies will be available, I’m going to have to change that! I love peonies and tulips — I guess I’m a romantic.
Love the YOF series. It is fabulous news that the dies are being released.
These dies combined with the stamps would make perfect Mother’s Day cards! I hope I get some of my fave flowers….tulips….for Mother’s Day.
I don’t have any of the FOY sets but now that there are matching dies I think I’ll have some soon. My favorite is the lily of the vally. Thank you the chance to win.
My favorite flower is the carnation. Especially the older varieties with lots and lots of scent. And, like roses and lavender, they are very useful in cooking (but never eat commercially raised flowers, they were not raised to be consumed).
These dies look awesome but sadly I don’t have any of these sets!! If I had to pick a favourite flower though, I think I would go with Calla Lilies. I think they’re beautiful and they remind me of my wedding day since that was my bouquet!
I love roses and tulips. Three years ago my daughter and I planted seeds of various colours of tulips. Every day she was checking to see if the flowers had grown. The waiting was so exciting and a big suprise when the first buds appeared. And then she gave them as gift to her grandmothers. Since then we plant seed every single winter!!!
I love lilacs-when I was growing up, it was a sure sign of spring, and I have so many memories of the smell and beautiful colors…I used to pickk them and put them on the dresser in my bedroom, and the smell made me so happy!
I love all flowers, but my favorite year of flower stamp is the Lily of the Valley. I love the long leave and how the flowers hang from the stem like little bells. I’m very excited about Lizzie taking over the newsletter. Looking forward to the first issue!
No year of flowers yet for me, but I would go with a rose. It comes in so many varieties and beautiful colors, I love it!
We grow lily-of-the valley, daffodils, roses and hydrangea. My favorite flowers are the ones I can actually get to grow! Not a green thumb amongst us, but we try! The detail in these stamps is amazing and I reserve the cards with them for women who grow flowers as they admire the images so.
It’s an absolute tie for my favorite flowers. I love lilacs for their lovely scent and beautiful purple colors. I love tulips for their perfect simplicity. Sadly, I do not own any of the year of flowers sets. I am so bummed I cannot play along today, since I am off work. I work very long hours and could not play the previous two days. The first one I will buy is the mums.
My favorite flower is the Daisy. It’s a happy, friendly flower, that is also simple and unpretentious, and reminds me of sunshine and warm weather. 🙂
My favourite flower is the lily of valley. Growing up, my mother had them planted along the walkway to our house and they looked so pretty, and smelled so good, that even the mailman would notice and comment every year.
I have YOF carnations & LOVE it for sympathy cards! Its really the only set I use for that purpose! Love it!
Love all the flower dies! How cool!! I love the pansies!
My favorite flower is the tulip–it’s just always so fresh! I also love lilies of the valley, and that is the set I own. Loved Heather’s cards made from this set, and having a matching die will make using it so much easier.
My favorite flower is the rose because of its beauty a colorful variety!
Sadly, I don’t have any YOF sets! They released before I hopped on to this wonderful PTI ride. I love all the designer’s samples, so beautiful! I’m excited for the revamped newsletter! Thank you Lizzie ~ can’t wait to see it!
My favorite flower is the carnation because that’s the first bouquet my husband ever gave me when we were dating. A bouquet full of pink and white carnations just melted my heart!!
I love daisies and tulips, I generally like simple flowers, nothing too frilly. I’m really excited about the newsletter. I’ve seen mention of it on the forum but didn’t know where to sign up. All signed up now and looking forward to my first issue.
I have 2 favorites from the Year of Flowers sets, Daffodils and Violets. Both remind me of my grandmother and all of the beautiful flowers she had in her yard. She truly had a green thumb and could make anything grow.
I love flowers, but my favorite is the gerbera daisy. It is just so happy and cheerful and bright!
The YOF collection is one that makes me long for an unlimited craft budget. I only own one set but would LOVE Mums and Daffodils and Violets and Roses and Poinsettia. I have seen so many amazing cards made with the YOF sets over the years. What an outstanding colection to highlight.
My favorite flower is the Lily of the Valley, probably because it’s the flower for the month I was born. My love of Lilly of the Valley is like Heather’s story, too. We had LotV in our garden where I grew up. Many times when I used the stamp I wished for a die but was too lazy to fussy cut them. Thanks for the dies!
I don’t have a favorite flower, but I like using my year of the flower daffodil, violet and rose stamp sets. The coordinating dies will be greatly appreciated!
I love pansies because I remember them in my grandmothers garden and they are my mother’s favorite…but to be honest a bouquet of any flower makes me happy.
Peonies are my favorite flower. My grandmother had a very large flower bed full of them at her home. I love the scent of peonies and they will always remind me of her.
I love the sweet pea set, as they remind me of my Nanny’s garden in the summer, with the sun shining and the scent of sweet peas wafting! Brings back such happy memories.
I love Day lilies. I have fond memories of spending time with my Grandmother in her flowers. I am sure the dies will be a hit!
I have the small set of YOF and pull them out for so many occasions. Love them! My favorite flower is gerbera daisies. Love all the pretty, pretty colors and the shape of them. So beautiful!
Lillies have always been my favorite flower. My Mother-in-Law grew the largest most beautiful collection of lillies I have ever seen. She just passed away last week. We will always think fondly of her when we see this beautiful flower.
I love the Year of Flower sets. I have all the mini ones! You really know how to throw a party! Thanks for another chance to win.
Yay, new dies! I love that you are making them tighter to the stamped shape, too! My favorite flower is a geranium, as it’s about the only thing I can grow without killing it. I own the Rose set–it’s lovely to color– and the YOF Collection, because I really love the smaller scale with all the flowers. How about a die for this one, too?
So excited about dies for the flowers, all favorites. Partial to the sweet peas, my flower, and the dahlia, lends itself to coloring. And the new upcoming flower set, gorgeous!
I love those beautiful Poinsettias. Can’t wait to begin collecting all the other YOF dies!
Lilacs are my favorite flower. When I was young when it was blooming my my would always surprise us one day by tidying our room or washing the sheets and hanfing ghtme outside then putting a huge bouquet of lilacs on our.bureau… So our room. Would be full of that gorgeous lilac smell when we got home for school. I don’t have any of pit Year of the Flower but my favorite is lily of the valley.
I love them all – but if I had to pick a favorite I would say the Lily of the Valley. We had several of them in the backyard of the house I grew up in and they remind me of home and family. I already have the Year of Flowers stamp series and cannot wait to add the dies to my collection.
Wow…great inspiration from everyone!
Gorgeous projects from the design team using the Year of Flowers!!! And I’m super excited about Lizzie’s Newsletters and the fun new additions she’s bringing to it!
My favorite Year of Flower is the Rose, beautiful and romantic. Thanks for the chance to win!
Dawn’s new set looks amazing– can’t wait to see more of it!
Thanks for the chance to win such a great prize!
I don’t own any of the Year of Flowers stamps……yet!! It was hard to pick just one flower as my favorite but one at the top of my list is definitely the morning glory. I plant the vines every spring…..love the vivid color!!
My favorite flower is the rose. My mum loves roses. I really like all fo the coordinating dies that you have! Can’t wait to get some more sets! 🙂
Wow, all the dies at once…..fabulous. Your dies are one of the reasons I only get my stamps from PTI. I hate cutting out stamped images. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The dies are just perfect !. My favorite year of the flower set has to be roses and of course it is my favorite fower too and no I dont own any set as yet..hope to get some this year!
No Year of flowers stamps here either – but now there are dies to go with them that might be changing!
My favorite flower is the zinnia. My grandmother had zinnias in her backyard and I remember all the butterflies and bees that used to come and get nectar from the flowers. I don’t have any of the stamp sets but I am very fond of the lily of the valley set.
Trying to pick a favorite flower is like trying to pick a favorite child. It can be done, but would you really want to hurt the feelings of the others?
My favorite flower is the gerbera daisy. I love all the bright colors to be found and they always remind me of spring, no matter the time of year.
My favorite flower is the iris. They are exquisite and unique. As a young wife and mother I started my first perrennial garden. My mother’s best friend would give me starts from her perennial garden…passing the love along you could say. I’ll never forget her kindness and all the beautiful flowers she shared with me. I do have the YOF collection but haven’t given this set the love it deserves. With spring just around the corner I’ll have to show it some ink. Happy to have dies available too. Thanks PTI. This release gets better every day.
So hard to choose a favorite flower! I tend to love fragrance, so Lily of the Valley and Roses are right up there. But the Sweet peas are so pretty. I love them all!
I really love the Year of Flowers Mums. Every fall I have to have mums planted everywhere. Simple yet gorgeous and a great addition to a card as well.
I love Lily of the Valleys! Just have sweet memories of them as a little kid in our backyard. I rarely see them where we live now so it’s always a treat when I do : ) Thanks for the chance to play!
I love smaller version of the flowers – I only have the Year of Flowers collection and I love the way I can use it with the frames from Garden Variety. My favourite is violets. My mom always grew violets on our kitchen window sill. Brings back sweet memories.
My favorite flowers are violets.I remember them from my childhood and the smell brings memories flooding back.
Thank you for the year of the flowers dies!!!!
My favorite flower is the Peonie. My great-grandmother had them growing on her farm and we have moved starts of them from her house to my grandmothers house, to my moms house and now they have been transplanted three states away to my new home in Indiana!
I do not own a Year of the Flower, but I think my favorite is either the Pansies or the new one from Dawn. It looks like a ranunculus…is this right? We visited the Field of Flowers in Carlsbad, CA when they were blooming on the hillside and it was absolutely stunning!
Thanks again for all the great prizes!!
Jen
My favorite flower is the Violet… When I was about 5 or 6, I had a best friend named Violet. Her family moved away and because our parents werent super close, we didnt get to keep in touch… it made me very sad, of course… so that became my favorite flower – because it reminded me of her. I know, it sounds corny – but hey! I was only 6! 🙂 So naturally, my favorite of the Year of Flowers sets is the Violet set, which I do not own.
My favorite flower is the hydrangea. I just love the beauty of the flower.
My favorite flower is gerber daisy because they are simple, yet convey so much cheerfulness and beauty. And, I love orchid as well.
HOw exciting. I have been waiting for the dies to go with my YOF. Thanks PTI!
I can always remember going to grandma’s house in the summer. She loved to garden. Gladiola and Iris my favorite flowers.
My favorite is YOF Mums which I already own. I am definitely getting the dies for it. My dad used to grow mums for each mum season so they have a special place in my heart.
The first peek for today looks so pretty. Can’t wait to see what you and the DT members do with them. The re-designed newsletter sounds fantastic. I’ll be looking forward to it.
i don’t have any year of flowers sets but now that they have coordinating dies i may have to remedy that!
I can’t believe I don’t own any of the Year of Flowers sets! That will soon change, though, I’ve always had my eye on the Lilly of the Valley set, and now with the dies….yep, it’s gonna be in my cart! 😉
Well I don’t own any individual year of flower sets but I do own the collection set. I love roses, carnations and lillies.
Year of flowers is a wonderful series. I love the sweet peas and violets the best. I use them all the time.
I love all of the flowers, but the thing I love most about the sets are the sentiments & their typography. Just beautiful!
Tulips, lilacs, hydrangeas. Sorry couldn’t just pick one. Lilacs bring back memories of growing up in the country. We had rows of them and would cut armloads to bring in the house. Everything smelled so wonderful! I don’t own any of the Year of the Flowers stamps yet but I think my favorite is the Daffodil.
Ooh, I don’t have any of the Year of Flowers. That’s so cool that all the dies are out now, though! I love country roses. They’re such happy flowers.
My favorite flower is a white Daisy, probably because it is just a clean simple flower. My favorite Year of Flowers stamp set is the Year of Flowers: Roses Stamp Set. I don’t own it yet. Thanks for the opportunity to win!!!
My favorite flower is tulips. All the year of the flower stamps and dies and beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Violets are by far my favorite! My grandmother had violets in her front window. They were so beautiful. Thanks for the chance to win and I am SO excited about the new dies for the Year of flowers. 🙂
I’ve been pondering the Year of Flowers sets for a bit – the dies add definite appeal. Thank you!
I believe I have the poinsettia one, but I’ll check. I looked at the series of these and boy oh boy do I need to add some to my PTI collection. My favorite one in looking now is the “Rose” of course.
I am so excited for the YOF dies! I can’t tell you how many violets and daffodils I have hand cut! Thank you for keeping the white space around each flower to a minimum, as well.
My PTI wishlist just got longer! I don’t own any of the flower sets, but I think the cards made with them are gorgeous!
sadly I do not own any flower of the year sets…but my fav flower is the orchid
Unfortunately I don’t have any of the year of flowers stamps but now you have those amazing dies I think I’m gonna order some because they are much nicer with those dies. My favorite willbe the daffodils they remind me of spring because they are the firstflowers to show love them and love spring.
I love the violets set – and have it. I would love to have the sweet peas – they always remind me of my grandma’s house.
One of my favorite flowers is the lilac, love the scent and colors. I don’t own any of the Year of Flower sets but I do like the rose.
Carol b
My favorite flower is star gazer lily. I don’t own any of the YOF stamp sets, but now that there are dies I might just start my collection! I would probably start with the Carnations set.
I don’t have any of the year of flowers sets.
I love the Lily of the Valley, the Larkspur, the Sweetpea. How wonderful that there are now dies to go with all of those stamp sets!
ACK! Wrought Iron finials! So freaking excited! I finally got a long enough block to use my set, so this is great timing. 🙂 I’m excited about the Year Of Flower dies too. I only have Violets so far, but the rest are all on my wish list. My top fave flowers are tulips and I’d dearly love to see a realistic-type set dedicated to those in the future. 🙂
My favorite flower set is Lily of the Valley – for several reasons: they grew in my child-hood yard, the Girl Scout song I sang, and that I used them to create a Welcome Baby card for a friend’s granddaughter named “Lily”
Now I have more stamps to add to my Wish List–these are all gorgeous, and the dies make them even more attractive. Thanks Papertrey!
I love all the Year of Flowers sets – the Roses are my favorite – they are absolutely beautiful! I am looking forward to purchasing the dies for this set and perhaps adding to my YOF collection.
I love flowers doesn’t matter what kind just all of them! Nothing prettier than a bouquet of flowers. The dies are going to be a wonderful addition to the stamps and to not have to wait for any of them is also great! I hate waiting for goodies!
Since I have every Year of Flower set, that means I need all the dies! Yikes! I’ve just spent $88 without buying any stamp sets. Do you have any idea what you’re doing to me this month???
All of the cards look so lovely! One of the reasons why I haven’t bought a Year of Flower set, is because I’ve been waiting for the coordinating die. And now they’re all out at once! Wonderful!
Love year of the flowers! I am definitely buying the Lily for sure because that one is so hard to cut by hand. The daffodil is my absolute favorite. I love how big it is- makes a nice focal point.
Violets..not pansies! typed the wrong name!
My favorite flower is the hyacinth. I love it for both its color and fragrance — both remind me of Spring! Looking forward to seeing what Lizzie is going to be doing with the newsletter! Sounds great!
YOF dies?! Wooooohhhooooooooo!!!!!
I don’t have the year of flowers set, specifically because I didn’t want to freehand cut them.
So glad the dies are being released!
I’m so excited for this!
So excited for Dawn’s new floral set, it’s my favorite flower! Love the new dies too, can’t wait to add them to all the Year of Flower stamp sets I have!
I have the Year of Flowers Collection stamp set and now I’m thinking I’ll need to add all the individual sets and dies to my wish list… YIKES!
The dies are a much needed addition. Thanks for always finding ways to make our crafting easier.
My favorite is the daffodil~ it’s such a delicate and simple little flower.
By far my favorite flower in this collection is the Violet. Besides being one of my garden favorites, I also have a niece named Violet. I’m so excited to see the dies for these. It will now head my list of must haves.
My favorite flower would have to be the gladiolus. I don’t own any of the stamps, they are on my very long wish list. Gladiolus remind me of my Dad who passed away 2 years ago. He loved planting them at the house and it is something we try to add to any arrangement we put on his headstone.
Sad that I don’t have any of the Year of Flower stamps! But I would have to say my favorite flower is tulips – something about them just says spring to me! Until last fall we lived in Washington State – and every year when the tulips bloomed we celebrated a giant tulip festival! It was so pretty to go see the fields and fields of tulips all in bloom!
oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! I am so excited for these dies!!! The YOF series are my favorite stamps, so this makes me super duper happy! I love all flowers and am super excited about the ranunculus set above! It looks amazing!!
I don’t really have a favorite flower, but I guess if I had to pick one, I’d say roses in any color. I own all of the Year Of Flowers sets, including the mini set! So I’m thrilled to see the dies for them!
I had no idea you had a newsletter! I’m guessing you will see lots of similar comments today. Picking a favourite flower is like choosing my favourite child. Impossible! But I’d have to say lavender for smell and peony for appearance (though the smell good too!)
I am overjoyed to hear that companion dies for all of the Year of Flowers sets are being released. That is fantastic. When the YOF stamp sets were first released, it was the Daffodils set that made me gasp out loud and realize I had to buy the entire collection. Now to have dies to go with – huzzah, huzzah! Very excited to hear about the expanded newsletter too. It sounds like Lizzie has a great format in store for us.
Oh wow! Love Dawn’s new set! I haven’t purchased any of the YOF stamps yet & the dies might force me to do add them to my cart. My favorite flower is tulips – no really story behind it, I just think they’re beautiful. My favorite YOF stamp is definitely the Lily of the Valley. Can’t wait to see what else you ladies (and any behind the scenes gents!) have in store for us!
I LOVE roses … they are exquisite velvety elegances. My dad has grown them since I was a young girl, and they have been my favorite flower as long as I can rememeber. My favorite Year of Flower’s stamp is the Sweet Pea. Every card I have ever seen made with that stamp set is lovely.
I love all flowers but one that is especially dear to me are hydrangeas. Growing up I lived in Hawaii and we could grow big, lovely plants full of blooms and I would make gorgeous Hawaiian head lei’s called Haku lei’s. You wouldn’t think such a delicate flower would dry well, but hydrangeas do and are beautiful that way too! My favorite Yer of Flowers from PTI is the Sweet Pea because they are so sweet!
My favorite flower are the purple and orange Salvia’s! I have the mini year of flowers and like them all!
Already looking forward to the new newsletter! 😀 Sounds like an email filled with inspiration! Love the new ideas!!! Thank you!! My favorite flowers are violets! They make me happy!!!!
Hugs, Wendy
How wonderful to have YOF dies! I don’t have any of the sets but now some of my favorite flowers are definitely going on my wish list! THis is a super addition to the line-up!
This is such fun!
Terri E.
I love roses–classic, elegant, and so beautiful in bloom! We have many rose bushes in our garden and the assortment of color and sizes take my breath away. My favorite year of flowers is the rose, which I do not yet own. It would be fun to now get the die and the stamp set and layer away!
Sadly I do not own any of the year of flowers… =( . I like the sweet peas the best… and Erin and Debbie ‘s cards featuring them were fabulous.
Wow!! The updates to the newsletter sound amazing!! I’m so excited to see this next month! Great work Lizzie!!
Oh, I love dies and these are just perfect, coordinating with the flowers. I think Roses are my favorites.
It’s so hard to pick just one favorite…I think it depends on the time of year. I am quite fond of tulips though. My favorite YOF set is Violets. The big flower is so fun to color with Copics.
I don’t own any of the Year of Flower stamps but they look amazing! I would love to get the seed packette die. Thanks for the awesome chances to win!
My favorite flower is the old fashion rose. They smell sooo pretty. I do not have any of the flower stamp sets but I do like the lilly of the valley and the daffodil set.
I have several YOF stamps so seeing the dies is so awesome. I’ll be using these stamps again with the wonderful new dies!
I am so excited for the all the flower dies! And Yeah Lizzie!
I adore carnations! My very favorite and I was so happy to see you included it! But I have to admit I use my Violets set a lot and will be happy to have the die!
These are simply beautiful. I do not have any of the year of flowers but how nice to have dies that match. I am really looking forward to seeing all the wonderful changes you have in store for the website and newsletter.
I can’t figure out why I have never gotten any of the year in flowers. But now I have no excuse because I am all about the matching dies. Daffodils and Lilies of the Field will be first on the list.
Can’t Wait!!!
My favorite flower is the stargazer lily…..was a focal point in my wedding bouquet so it holds a special place in my heart!
Gorgeous projects today, I need to get out my Year of Flower sets and start using them again!
I love the dies! I don’t own any flower stamps, but would not that I don’t have to cute them out!!
It’s hard to pick a favorite flower! In my garden, I really love my purple coneflowers because they are pretty and so hardy. I’m also a big fan of peonies.
How wonderful – all the new flower dies! The lily-of-the-valley looks so nice, almost by itself without stamping. But, who here doesn’t like stamping?!
My favorite flower I would say would be roses, I love the detail in the petals, the colors and the wonderful SMELL!! My favorite year of the flower would be the violet, Betsy designs it beautifully. I do not have any of the large Year of the Flowers stamp sets. Papertrey has grown so beautiful, you have a lot of class and style!
I love the sweet pea. That is a flower you see little of.
My favorite flower – so hard to choose – but I’ll say the zinnia. Such bright, intense colors, and it just looks like summer. My favorite YOF is the lily of the valley. The image is so graceful, just like the flowers my mother grew.
Gorgeous flowers!!! My favorite flower is the fragrant, beautiful rose which happens to be my granddaughter’s middle name!! I love the violet set but do not have it! I love the font used for the sentiments and “with faith all things are possible”!
Wow I am in love with all those beautiful stamps not to mention the matching dies. They are genius! The possibilities are endless. You can make anything from a sympathy card to a birthday card…and everything in between! My favorite flower is the hydrangea. It was in my wedding bouquet and in the centerpieces. It reminds me of love. The love I have for my husband and my children,
My favourite flowers are Lily’s and Sunflowers , I love Lily’s as they remind me of something really elegant and peaceful and I love sunflowers because they just make me feel happy !
I totally love the new additions to ‘Year of the Flower’!!! Beautiful! My fav is the violet!!! PTI is awesome!!
My favorite flowers are peonies; I love all their layers! My favorite YOF flower is the Lilly of the valley, because it’s so sweet, and I love pairing it with kraft and coloring in the blooms with a white pencil crayon.
I love peonies, roses, hydrangeas, poppies…all flowers! I have the sweet pea YOF set, and I love the way Debbie colored it in my favorite color!
I am beyond thrilled to see the dies for YOF!!! Thank you, thank you!!!! I actually have two favorites. I love the violet as it is so beautiful and it’s the flower for my daughter’s birth month, and I love daffodils as they are the first signs of spring (which I can’t wait for every year)! I also have to say that Betsy’s card is STUNNING! I love it!
I know so many will be excited about the dies! They have been long awaited! My favorite flower is the tulip. My mother was an artist and painted so many beautiful tulips, and I carried them in my wedding. I love seeing them in the stores this time of year; they make me very happy!
Such lovely projects! I’m always in awe of the fabulous coloring and layout of the cards that the design team creates! Thanks so much for sharing and for listening to customers requests!
My favorite flower is the daffodil. That color of yellow is my favorite color and the fresh and lovely bursts of sunshine they create in the early days of spring fill me with hope and joy for the future! My hubby is wise and always buys me a potted one for my end-of-March-birthday because he knows how happy it makes me!
Thanks again for the fabulous giveaway and happy anniversary, again!!!
I love flowers. Any kind, if I’m honest. They just have to be a little bit different and quirky, just like me 🙂 I love roses, especially if they are multicolor ones, orchids because they are so different and intricate and tulips because they are so simple and vibrant 🙂
I love daffodils but my favourite has got to be sweet peas. So easy to grow, lovely scent and beautiful colours.
I set some goals last year, and one was to have every YOF stamp sets. (Wanted to make calendars.) So I’m looking forward to getting ALL the dies! With the help of the rewards program, I’ll be able to do that. My favorite flower is the Mum because I love the fall season and it’s colors.
I love the daffodil set, especially. Daffodils look so delicate and beautiful, I don’t have any of the sets yet but would love to own them all with their new coordinating dies!
I just love the coordinating dies! It makes things so easy and professional looking. I really want the die to the year of roses. I just love those images.
I don’t have any of these sets, but I really love the lily and the violet sets! Incredible job ladies!!
I love the new flower dies. My favorite flower is lilacs and roses. My grandmother use to have gorgeous flower beds of several different kinds of roses, along with an amazing green thumb to care for them, which I did not inherit.
Oh I can’t wait for these dies to go with my Yr. of Flowers stamps. I don’t mind fussy cutting but this makes life so much easier. My favorite is the daffodil as it is one of the first flowers that tell us Spring has arrived. Too bad they don’t stay very long.
I don’t have any of the Year of Flower stamps but Betsy’s card is so stunning that I may have to add the violet stamp to my collection. Love poppies, hydrangeas, peonies and ranunculas. Sorry, I couldn’t just pick one!
my favorite flower is the lilac. i was named after a song “jeannine, i dream of lilac time” as i was born during that time. also, i have a lilac bush from my great-grandparents yard and it never bloomed for many, many years, then when i was 40, i had a stroke in march and that year it bloomed. i felt it was a sign of hope & faith. thanks.
I love, love, love the new dies for the Year of Flower sets!! I only have Lily of the Valley and Sweet Pea but may have to get more and more and more!
I am so excited for the YOF dies as I have been one to request those on more than one occassion! Very excited for the mum and daffodil dies in particular!
It will be so nice not to have to fussy cut the flowers!
I can’t wait to see more of these dies and flowers! The sneak is so pretty!
My favorite of these flowers is the Morning Glory. When I was growing up we had a dead tree in the backyard that I played on and it was always covered in blue Morning Glories during the summer. Those were some special days.
OMG!! I am so excited!!! I can not wait to get these dies. I’m afraid I will have to have all of them!!!
I love the rose, such a beautiful flower. Thanks for all the inspiration this week. I have enjoyed the challenges and such! Here is to another Great year!!
One of my favorite flower is lily-of-the-valley. I just love the fragrance and the fact that they come up and bloom early in the spring. I have the stamp set, and can’t wait to get the die to go with it.
My favorite Year of the Flower stamps is the Lily of the Valley, which I am so happy to own! I fell in love with this the minute I saw it …. reminds me of my childhood home, as it was growing all along the front of the porch! So nice that we will have the dies for all the flowers now!
It’s hard to decide which set to get, now that they all come with coordinating die :). Love all the beautiful cards from DT.
Gorgeous cards from the DT as usual. This has been such a fun release and I have truly enjoyed all the wonderful creations from the PTI community as well.
Unfortunately, no Year of Flowers stamps for me. My favorite flower is the lilac…love the smell in my yard when they are blooming.
YEA to Year in Flowers dies. I must agree with Betsy, I don’t enjoy a fussy cut. Thanks for the chance to win.
With the release news and excitement I forgot to answer the question. My favorite is the violet. My Mom always has pretty violets sitting on her kitchen window. I remember when I was little and loved picking wild violets in the yard and giving them to my Mom. It wasn’t a good day unless I could fill a Dixie cup!
My favorite flowers are Peonies. I’m excited about the YOF dies. I have two-Lily of
the Valley (another favorite flower) and the Daffodil set.
Gosh I love many flowers but maybe daisies are my favorite.
I want these dies now! I can’t wait!! Gorgeous! I am getting the Violets, Carnations, Larkspur and Gladiolus to start!
I do not own any of the YOF stamps (yet!) but my favorite flower is the Rose. I love the variety in roses. I love the Heirloom, the Old Fashioned Cabbage, the Tea Rose, the Miniature, the Floribunda. I also love the scents. I love the colors. I tried having a Rose Garden in my current home location but had to give up because all the deer, rabbits, turkey, chipmunk, mole, groundhog, and aphids defoliated every bush 🙁
I don’t have any of the stamp as yet but my favourites are sweet peas, the scent is just so summery and we grew them in our childhood home.

Looking forward to the new newsletter features! I can’t believe I am going to say this – but I don’t have ANY of the Year of Flowers series, though some have been put in my cart numerous times! ha ha ha. My favorite flower is the Gerbera Daisy (orange ones in particular) but I love them because they are bold, and bright, and just make me smile :). Thanks for the opportunity!!
can you believe I don’t have any year of the flowers stamps?! LOL However, I do know how excited everyone who has them will be with the dies! I love the newsletter idea! Looking forward to it!
Wahoo!!! I’ve been waiting for the YOF dies! I’m most excited about the violets ( live those leaves!!) can’t wait to find some time today to play along
I love daffodils and am so excited there is going to be a die for them!
Just signed up for the newsletter – not sure why I hadn’t before! And I don’t have any of the Year of Flowers sets but now they have matching dies, a few might find themselves on my wish list!
Love Beth xx
My favorite Year of the Flower stamp set is Sweet Pea and Yes i do own the set. Brings me back to my childhood. The smell, super. So every year i try to plant some seeds, only to smell that fantastic aroma, only sweet peas do have and it brings me back to when I was 10 or even younger, together with lots of other memories. Music and the smell of flowers, so important.
I love the mini set of Year of Flowers. That is what I have. I can create a card for anyone throughout the year with that set. Some of the flowers are a bit small, so I would love to win the full size sets of any of the flowers (and the coordinating die). They are all so pretty, but if I had to pick one flower it would probably be violet. I think with different coloring it could look like a pansy, so you get two flowers in one! Love the new dies.
My favorite flower is lily of the valley. It reminds me of my girlhood in Michigan. They really cannot grow well in Texas, so spring visits to Michigan always end w/me carrying a small bouquet of my favorites back on the plane w/me.
Sadly, I don’t have any of these stamp sets. (I need to fix that soon). My favorite flower is the Alstroemeria. I love all the colors they come in!
My favorite flower is the sunflower. My grandmother always grew them in her garden so I like to grow them in my garden.
My favorite Year of Flowers stamp set is the Lily of the Valley. I have a lot of those around my house but do not own the set.
The sweet pea is my favorite flower. It is so delicate and fragrant and comes in beautiful soft colors. When my husband and I lived in Southern California, I had sweet peas climbing my long fence in the back yard. This enabled me to have bouquets of sweet peas throughout my house. What a lovely fragrance they gave me, both inside and outside my house!
I would have to say my favorite Year of the Flower stamp is the Violet…which I don’t have yet…it is always on my wish list, but new product seems to bump it down 😉
I’m sorry that I don’t have any of these sets but I have seen some beautiful cards made with them!
Oh, how exciting! The rest of the year of the flower dies. I remember when these set were first revealed and I would wait with anticipation tosee what each month’ s flower would be.I own all 12 flower sets and am definitely going to be purchasing the dies. My favorite year of the flower set is the violet,it reminds me of growing up and the dozens of African Violet plants my mom had on the windowsill, and the beautiful picture they all made as you looked out the kitchen window. Thank you for making these wonderful dies to enhance a great stamp series.
Carnations are my favorite! Not only are they my birth month flower, but they last soooo much longer than any other cut flower. So pretty! I do not own the carnation stamp set, but would love to add it to my stash!
I only have mums, but really love that set. IT is special to me because it was one of the earliest PTI sets I bought. I would like a couple more YOF sets, if my budget allows–daffodils, in particular.
Oh wow. You don’t do anything small, do you? This an amazing 6th anniversary release and I’m go glad about the YOF dies. I still remember, and I always say this, seeing you in that scrapbook store in Clarksville TN displaying your beautiful cards and stamp sets and that’s where I made my very first PTI stamp set purchase. You would put them on the display rack and arrange them so perfectly. Look how far you’ve come. With the revamping of the newsletter for your customers, it’s all amazing and good. Congratulations on your 6th anniversary Nichole an your wonderful illustrators and design team
I don’t have any YotF stamps yet, but I hope to soon along with some matching dies!! I’m loving the look of this month’s release 😀 looking forward to the new newsletter!!!
OOOH! How great is that!!? I am so excited about the dies to coordinate with the Year of Flowers stamps and cannot WAIT till the 15th so I can order them!
OH.MY.GOODNESS. That floral set from Dawn is to DIE for!! Ranunculus!? Yes please! And YOF dies? AND a new newsletter with all kinds of fun stuff? My cup runneth over…
I don’t have any YOF stamps but my favorite, and my mom’s, is the daffodil. Love the sunny yellow colors. My mom lived in Virginia and we live in Florida and when the first daffodil came up in the backyard I would get a call “Spring is here.”
L ove these flowers. The lily of the valley is incredible! I am so excited about Dawn’s ranunculus set coming up! My VERY favorite flower!
Hands down, Daffodils!!! just such a happy, cheery flower. Reminds me of my Grandma who had hundreds in her yard
MY favorite flowers are carnations. When my husband and Iwere first married (30 years ago) all he could aford were carnations, but he never failed to bring me flowers every week or two. I really like your Lily of the Valley set, as well as the Morning Glory set-my grandmother had morning glories and the sentiments from that set make me think of her.
Such beautiful work ladies!! Makes me want it all! 😀
Year of Flowers – how I love thee! LOL! My fave has to be the marigold – I have used it so many times, especially in the fall. I am just thrilled that now we will have dies to match ALL the flowers!
Without doubt, the Daffodil is my favorite Year of Flowers set. Daffodils were one of my mother’s favorite flowers and seeing daffodils blooming in a garden or using them to create a card bring back memories of her.
I like the larkspur set, I like to make purple a color in my cards, and that works fine.
Right now my favorite flowers are any ones I can SEE!!! In the middle of a blizzard here and love looking at all these flower cards. Hurry up Spring!
My favorite flowers are sweet peas. I love how they look so delicate. I don’t own any flower of the year sets yet, but i’m inspired by all the beautiful cards.
I don’t have these sets, but now I will be purchasing some ;). Great inspiration from the design team today! Thank you.
Wow I hate missing out on making a card for this contest! I like a couple of them a lot. Morning Glories probably is the first one I will buy.
Thanks so much
Susan
I don’t have any of the Year in Flowers sets although I’m always tempted! 🙂 My favorite flower is a sunflower and I have a couple of PTI Sunflower stamps that I just LOVE!!
Gonna have to get the carnation set and dies for a good friend’s birthday next month. She recently picked out one from the trash at church because it was still in good shape and she declared it her favorite flower as she was enjoying the scent!!
I remember what a great idea I thought YOF was when it was first announced and the dies just finish it off! What a great idea to release them all at once too!
I love the Lily of the Valley flowers simply because I know that’s my mom’s favorite. I don’t own any of the YOF sets ,either, but that will be on a wish list so I can make her something very special!
My favorite YOF set is the morning glories. I am not sure I have a favorite flower (I like lots of them for different reasons– carnations because they were my mom’s favorite, bleeding hearts because they grew in my grandmother’s garden, irises just because), but I do have a least favorite: lilies. They are so pretty but I don’t like how they smell!
my favourite flower is the daisy because it reminds me of my mother.
YIPEEE!!! i’m so excited that PTI is offering dies for YOF sets!! thanks so much!!! my favorite flower is the tulip… don’t know why, but i just love’em!!
The Year of the Flower stamps are gorgeous, and the dies will make it so easy to work with them!
Can’t wait for Dawn’s new set. Beautiful! And I LOVE the dies for YOF. So excited! TFS.
I have the Daffodil and Violet sets and have often wished for dies for these. The daffodil always brings a special little joy to my heart!
I’d have to say Sweet Peas and Daffodils are my favorites. Great idea to have dies with each YOF set! I’m looking forward to reading the redesigned newsletter – awesome idea! Thank you!
Oh dear, I am conflicted about my favorite Year of Flowers! I really have two — Gladiolas & Violets. Like Heather, gladiolas remind of my grandmother – and my mother, and my brother. These were our family flower, planted at each of their homes, a sea of beautiful colors that returned year after year. And then there are violets – so versatile for any occasion in making beautiful cards.
We had 3 different colors (red, white, yellow) of roses along our back fence when I was growing up and I always thought they were beautiful. I loved being able to select my own rose for wearing to church on special occasions, so I am a little partial to those.
My mother’s favorite flower was Hibiscus so I have become rather partial to those since she is no longer with me. But honestly, I love ALL flowers and especially love seeing wild flower fields. Always puts a smile on my face.
I have a number of the YOF and enjoy them all equally. Very excited to see the dies come along!
Yay! Love Flowers! Roses have always been a favorite but I am broadening my horizons!
Hmm… perhaps forget-me-nots, as I love their colour. I have YO Violets and just love it! With these new dies I will likely add to my collection – they are so beautifully designed.
Tulips! I just adore all of the bright colors. And I can’t wait to see the new newsletter! It sounds great!
Wow, what an awesome release day! The YOF dies – they all seem to cut so intricately – love it! Love Dawn’s new flower and Lizzie’s new stamps, too. Sweetpea holds a special place in my heart because it is the first flower I ever planted as a young girl. It was such a thrill to see it bloom. It’s too hard to pick a favorite flower since I love all flowers (with a few exceptions) and many have special memories associated with them.
My favorite (not sure if you would consider it a flower as it grows on a bush/tree) is the Lilac. I just love the colors, scent and little clusters of petals. These always remind of spring and my grandma’s house. It was surrounded by Lilacs and when they were in bloom the smell and the view was amazing. It brings back the great memories of being at grandmas.
What a surprise to see the floral dies, and who doesn’t love flowers? Thanks for expanding YOF.
I love roses, before we got our cats, I had them in every room in the house in small vases. I have two of the YOF stamps and Lilly of the Valley is my favorite of those. I am excited to have a die to go with it.
My favourite flower is the violet, and the stamp set is on my wish list! My mother’s name is Violet, as well as my MIL’s, as well as my deceased granddaughter’s, so you can see how special that flower is to me. My other grandmother always had a table full of blooming African Violets. I love the sentiments in the Violet stamp set, too!
However, I like many of the flowers, and now that there are dies? Well, perhaps my wish list will bow substantially!!
Sweet pea, especially the purple & blue: My Gran always grew them & their scent is heavenly 🙂
Peonies are a favorite of mine, they remind me of my Momma.
wow so many fun things happening! I never even realized there was a newsletter, yikes!!! So happy to now be signed up, and sad that I don’t have a year of the flower stamp to play along, but can’t wait to see what others create! Thanks again!
Lisa
YOF dies, YEAH! I am so excited for these. Thank you so much. I am also excited to see Lizzie’s new newsletter, the new layout looks wonderful, thank you Lizzie. The design teams examples today are so inspiring, I can’t wait to get those dies and get started.
The violets is one of my favorites YOF sets and surprisingly enough I do not own any of them.
My favorite flower is the stargazer lily. They were the flowers we chose for our wedding bouquets. Love the deep pinks! I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamps (yet), and I can’t name one favorite. The ones I like best include the sweet peas, the violets, and lily of the valley. *sigh* all so pretty!
What a concidence… just yesterday I was looking at my flower collection and rwan across the PTI YOF and I have Gladious, Lakspurs, Sweet Peas and Violets. My favorite is one I don’t have and will have to add.. Lily-of-the-Valley and now a die-cut for it.. great!
My favorite flowers are hydrangeas and peonies. But I will go with peonies because they remind me of my dear sweet Grandma who always had bushes of them in her yard.
Wow, lots of exciting things happening at PTI! Out of all the stamps I have from PTI, the YOF series is most definitely my favorite, so very happy to see the coordinating dies. Gorgeous projects from the DT!
Forgot to say I haven’t got this one yet 🙂
Sweet pea, especially the purple & blue: My Gran always grew them & their scent is heavenly 🙂
Well, can I make it a tie? I only have one ‘year of flowers’ set and it’s the carnation. I find it very versatile for many occasions, which was why I chose it over some of the other more seasonal flowers. My second favorite though, for versatility and just overall ‘lovely-ness’ is the chrysanthemum. So pretty, the detail in the petals gets me every time. A die would make it even more ‘die-namic’!
The Violets set is my favorite..I do not own any YOF sets as of yet.
Growing the violet has eluded me since I was a child…LOVE the wild varieties!
To be perfectly honest, I don’t think there’s a flower type that I don’t like. They each have a unique shape and come in so many gorgeous colors. If I had to pick though, I’d say roses. Even though they are a pain to maintain in the garden (my DH helps me), I love seeing a bouquet in my house and enjoying their fragrance. Dawn’s new design looks fabulous, and I know the DT will do magic with it. Congrats to Lizzie on her newsletter role! I’m looking forward to the first issue.
The new release is going to be so fun. I love the peonies. They are so beautiful. Thank you for all the inspiration ladies!!!!!
My favorite flowers are gardenias and roses, while my favorite YOF sets are the Lily of the Valley and Daffodil. My mom had Lily of the Valley at the shady end of their house, and over the years they spread to make a huge carpet of tiny white blooms and amazing fragrance. Daffodils are such a cheery reminder that spring is indeed on the way. Thanks for the chance to win!
I am really excited for these coordinating dies! My favorite PTI year of flowers sets are the daffodil and the rose, they are so pretty and fun to color, but in real life my favorite flower is carnation because I have really bad allergies and it is not very fragrant, but it still pretty & colorful and they seem to live longer than other flowers. Thanks for so many chances to win – Happy Anniversary!
Wow it all seems so exciting!!!
Lily of the Valley. They are some of the first flowers of spring and I love the sent.
My favorite flower is the carnation. The slightly spicy smell always reminds me of prom.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamp or dies. But my favorite is the roses. I’ve wanted that set since the first time I saw it.
I find myself reaching for the Sweet Peas stamp again and again. I love the beautiful details! Can’t wait for the revamped newsletter, sounds amazing!
I have always loved violets, but find them difficult to grow. I don’t own the stamp set – yet. Maybe the matching dies will convince me I need it. If I can’t grow them at least I can include them on cards. Betsy’s card gave me so much inspiration – it was just gorgeous!
My favorite flower is the daffodil, it has always given me the first real feel of spring coming and after a long cold winter in the north that is really a great feeling. My favorite year of the flower stamp is the violet, they are so fragile and beautiful and I don’t own any of the Year of Flower stamps or dies.
I love the new floral set. so much details
As of now I do not own any of the stamp sets but my favorite is the ROSES. My mother had three rows of seven rose bushes. Those babies were beautiful. She had them all over her house and would give me cut roses all the time. When she passed away I saved and pressed a few red ROSES. Everyday they bring a smile to my face because they remind me of my Mom.
Beautiful creations from everyone! I love all flowers, but especially pansies, as they remind me of my Grandmother…she always had the in her garden and roses, because they remind me of my father-in-law…when his opened up they were at least 4-5 inches in diameter and so gorgeous! My favorite stamp of the year is Roses.
I can’t wait to see Dawn’s new flower set~it looks gorgeous. Violets are my favorite flower, I love how they bloom at different times so there is always bright colored little flowers in my house 🙂
The YOF matching dies has to be one of your best-ever-ideas. Now it’s a ‘must have’ on the wish list for each and every one of the flowers/dies. Thanks for all the beautiful projects from the DT today too!
Wow! What an incredible collection of dies! I have the carnation and mums YOF, but now that there are dies available, I may have to add a few more to my PTI garden. I love hydrangeas … I love them fresh, I love them withered and dry. They just have such a pretty canopy and incredibly soft color.
My very favorite flower is the Calla Lily, I had them as my wedding flowers and they are just beautiful and always make me smile. My favorite “Year of the Flower” stamp would be a tie between the Sweet Pea and Lily of the Valley, I really like the look of both of them and I do not own either of them. Thank you for this great anniversary giveaway, I can’t wait to see what you are doing tomorrow!
I love violets. My grandmother used to grow them and when she would go out of town I would be in charge of watering them for her. I was about 8 years old back then and I was always so proud when her flowers were still alive and well when she returned!
I don’t have any YOF sets because there were no dies, but will have to remedy that now. ;D Just can’t decide what to buy first (probably Sweet Pea, since that is my favorite), though I will have to add all of them eventually. Let’s see, the prize today will buy 7.5 YOF dies…
I love almost all flowers, but lilly of the valley is. It reminds me of my grandparents home.
My favorite set is the roses as they symbolize love to me. “Roses are red, Violets are blue and you are the ONE that made my dreams come true” is a poem my hubby wrote to win my heart 🙂
What a great challenge for today! My favorite flower is the daffodil, probably because it is my birth month flower :-). Thanks for the chance to win!
I love peonies! They are so vibrant and full yet soft and fluffy looking! They make a stunning bouquet or centerpiece! I don’t own the PTI Perfect Peonies stamp set but it’s on my wish list!
My favorite flower is the violet. It’s also my favorite YOF set. They just make me so happy with their colorful little faces looking up at me! These dies are going to be wonderful! Looks like Dawn & Lizzie’s set are great too! Yay PTI – this anniversary celebration is so much fun! 🙂
I don’t have any of the Year of Flowers stamps, but any kind of lily is my favorite – love that the dies are being introduced which means the Lily of the Valley and Gladiolus will be added to my wish list!
I love the sweet peas. When I was little I got my own space in my mom’s garden and I seeded them. They were so pretty when they were in full bloom.
My favorite flower is the rose.
Roses are simply beautiful!
i wish i could make a card for today’s challenge, but i dont have any YOF stamp sets. can you believe it?! lol.
my favorite YOF set though is the violets. they remind me of my grandma because she has a spiral type of flower pot stand and all the way up it are sweet little flower pots filled with african violets. they are so pretty and petite.
one of my other fav flowers are peonies and ranculus. i think that’s what dawn’s new set is up there…very pretty!
I wish I had all of these stamps and dies!
Happy anniversary!
R
I only have the set with the mini flowers in it. My favorite one is the violets. It reminds me of my grandmother. Thanks so much!
I am so happy about the dies for the YOF series! And Dawn’s new flowers are gorgeous! Betsy’s violets have won my heart this morning! Awesome job ladies!
I could never choose a favorite flower! I love daisies, peonies, roses, and so many more! Thanks for the constant inspiration.
Love all the flower dies. Can’t wait till the 15th.
My favorite flower is a Sunflower. They make me smile. They remind me of the song, You are my sunshine, that my mom used to sing to me when I was little. I think of her everytime I see a sunflower and miss her so much. I love flowers and can’t wait for spring to get here so I can enjoy the tulips, daffodils, crocus and lilacs.
Roses, daisies and fuschias – I love them all. I am definately one who stops to smell the flowers. I love all flowers really. I love all of your Year of the Flowers sets not only because they are beautiful, but because I can color them with copics. 🙂
Love the year of flower stamps! Thank you for the opportunity 🙂
My favorite flower is a the rose. My Dad started a tradition on Easter and would give each of his daughters a rose every year. I am now lucky enough to live where my husbands’ Grandma lived and she groomed many rose bushes. They bring back wonderful memories of both sides of our families. I love to cut them and put them in a vase. The fragrance fills the house with happiness. It’s a toss up between the roses and the gladiolas for my favorite stamp set.
Love the new dies coming out! I do like the YOF sets, but I have a soft spot in my heart for lilacs. Maybe a set in the future, perhaps? Great projects today, ladies!
I would love to have the poinsettia! What a gorgeous Christmas stamp! My favorite flower is the alstroemeria. I wanted something exotic for my wedding and couldn’t afford afford orchids. I love they interesting patterns and how they come in all different colors!
I love the pretty flowers the design team used. Just wish I could color images like they do. I have the daffodil and carnation sets.
I only have one of the YOF sets (violets), but I do have the minis which I use a lot. Can’t say I have one favourite flower because I love them all, but the rose is probably leading the bunch 🙂
I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamps…yet! I love all flowers, but especially hydrangeas and poppies, and my DH has planted our whole backyard with flowers of every sort-including those!
My favorite flower is the calla lily. I have my mother’s wedding picture from 1934 and she is hold a dozen of the most beautiful calls lilies ever. Come to find out, she didn’t really like them, but it was considered a winter flower and she married in January so had them. They are still my favorite. Of the Year of Flowers I would say the Lily of the Valley, and I do not own it. With all those dies I know I will own the stamps and dies!!
I love roses, they are so special and fine! I’ll always remember my visit to the Queen’s rose garden in London, beautiful!
Sadly I do not own any of these beauties yet, I think my favourite is Poinsettias Stamp Set. So nice you are now offering the option of the co-ordinating die cuts!
Lily of the Valley would be my favorite as I have a birthday in early May. I am so excited about the dies for all of the flowers! Love the Design Team’s inspiration! The anniversary excitement is the best of all!
Wow! So I don’t have any of the year of flowers but now with these dies that is all going to change.
I have a couple of favorie flowers…the water lily–something about them floating in water is just so calming and peaceful. I also gladioluses–they were my dad’s favorite and now whenever I see them I think of my dad. And lastly, peonies–I just love the way they look…almost like a rose but not quite.
Thanks for the chance to win more papertrey!
I love the roses in the year of flowers stamps. It is always special when my husband brings me some or has some delivered. Love all the DT ladies cards.
God bless,
Peggy Allen
We are enjoying the Gulf Coast and all things Mardi Gras! The azaleas are starting to bloom in several areas, and are simply stunning, so colorful and may just represent some of my favorite PTI colors
I love roses. I know it’s cliche, but I do. They can be extremely elegant or bright and fun and hey sometimes romantic. 🙂 They are just so versatile and can literally be used for any occasion. 🙂
Lauren
My favorite flower is the German Bearded Iris. There are so many varieties – they are all so beautiful and vibrant. And their fragrance is so sweet. My favorite YOF set is the Mums. Love it! But amazingly don’t own it yet. I think the dies will be my incentive!
I would love to have several of these stamps, sadly they to are on my wishlist! I love the violets, my grandmother grew the most beautiful and huge violets. The lily of the valley is so pretty, they are such a beautiful simple flower. And if I hit the lottery I would also need the daffodil stamp – love that! I so need to win a PTI gift certificate.
I wish I had a Year of Flower product! My favorite flower is the orchid. I’ve always dreamed of having a huge greenhouse full of them! I also love violets, so the are the stamp set I’d like to acquire first 🙂
My middle name is Rose (a family name) so I have always had a special fondness for roses. But their heavenly scent is what makes roses my favorite. I am enjoying the anniversary festivities. Thanks for a chance to win.
My favourites are roses, all types and all colours. I used to grow different varieties in my garden and the aroma is just heavenly.
Welcome Lizzie! I am a new fan of Papertrey ink and don’t have any products yet. Hopefully that will change soon. I used to say my favorite flower is African Daisies. I had an obsession with them a few years back. I kind of am in love with the first flower displayed on this post but can’t remember the name at the moment.
I don’t have any of the flower sets, but I do love the rose. Roses and lilies have sentimental value to me. Both my daughters have them as middle names.
wow, I love the new dies. I must have them, for my lovely stamps. I must have. mjust have, must habe.
My favorite flowers are roses, because they last a long time and usually have a lovely sweet smell. But as far as stamping goes I am especially fond of the sweet pea set. I don’t have any of these flower sets yet, but now that the dies are available I’m sure that will change!
The YOF dies are a godsend! I love the stamp sets I have and the Pansy/Violet is my absolute fave. Betsy’s card is stunning. I can’t wait to buy more sets and dies. Love the ideas for the expanded newsletter too.
I love the pansies and the lily of the valley. The are in my wish list!
My favorite flower is carnations. I love the smell of them. And as a stamp set they are just fun to color. Soooo excited about the YOF dies being released – can’t wait to get them all!
My favorite is the Aster and it has to be the American branch variety! Living in Sweden one can wonder why that is my favorite flower… So here is the story behind it: I’m born in the early September, and this very flower is almost the only thing that is impressive and still blooms here up in Scandinavia. But oh, wow, what a flower! It’s huge compared to the other Asters and it’s so beautiful. I still call them “my” flowers! That’s why I love the YOF Mums! I can colour them to look like my beloved birthday flowers!
I love hydrangeas… a perennial favorite here on good old Cape Cod!!My favorite Year of Flowers is the violet although I do not have the set. The new newsletter sounds fabulous.
I’ve been “on-the-fence” for a long while about purchasing any of the Year of Flowers stamps. Part of the reason I haven’t purchased any was because there were no dies to go with them. So . . . YAY ! ! ! Can’t wait to purchase both stamps and dies. Daisy and Daffodil will be the first.
Boohoo…I don’t have any of these sets…but I have put it on my anniversary “wish list”…before I even knew you were going to use it…and wow…all those dies….and what beautiful projects….I think this is going to be one heck of a fantastic release!!
My favorite flower is a tulip – but sadly the Year of Flowers doesn’t have one (but Friendship Jar Spring Fillers does LOL so I’ve got that one!). I do have the Lily of the Valley set as well as the YOF Collection – I love all these flowers so much… and I plan on adding some of the large flower sets now that I can have dies! 🙂 The ones I’d like to get are Mums, Daffodil, Carnation and my absolute favorite (other than the Lily of the Valley) is the Morning Glory set. Every year I have Morning Glories planted around my mailbox – the blue is spectacular and just makes me happy to look at them.
Lily of the Valley, which I really need to get. I was married in May, and it is my favorite flower.
I love all white flowers – for me, the color is most important! i don’t have any stamps or dies of pti flowers yet, so it would be hard for me to pick just one fav – i love them all!
This is so exciting! Dies to go with the year of flowers series! I don’t own any but they are on my wishlist for sure now! I love all flowers but carnations & roses are my favorite! No reason why but I love them!
The dies are a perfect complement to the stamps.
I am so bummed that I don’t even own one of these year of flowers stamps. It is a snow day and I could actually play. I LOVE that there are dies to match now and will definitely be picking up a few sets in the future. The design teams work is STUNNING (as usual)
One of the earliest stamps sets that made me fall in love with PTI was your Lily of the Valley stamp set. My grandmother was named Lillian, and always enjoyed being called by her nickname, Lil. I remember the first time I’d seen real Lily of the Valley flowers was in her backyard garden. I remember thinking that they were the prettiest, most delicate flowers I’d ever laid eyes on. I would love to be like Heather and grow some on the side of my house. Perhaps that will be a summer project! So excited about the content of the new newsletter! Rock it, Lizzie!!
My favorite flower is the Gerbera Daisy. I think of them as the happiest flower, they always make me smile. I don’t own any of the YOF sets but my favorite is the Violet. The stamps capture the simple beauty of this flower and I love how Betsy used vellum for violets, it really gives them a light and airy quality.
Daffodils, because it reminds me of spring on its way, whenever I use it!
Violets remind me of my grandmother who had a beautiful quilt with delicate violets. So many happy memories. I love coloring the violets in the YOF series. I can’t wait for the dies!
Such fabulous projects. Love the Year of the Flowers dies and I’m really excited about the Newsletter Changes. So glad the revisiting an old set will still be featured and the new additions look great…can’t wait to read them all.
I have most of the year of the flower sets. I am so glad you made the dies to complement the sets.
My favorite is the lily of the valley. We also had them
in our flower garden growing up. I remember one May,
my Mom helped me make a crown for our Blessed Mother
statue at school out of lily of the valley flowers.
I will always remember that.
It would be the marigolds and the mums set…love the bright happy colors and can’t wait to get my hands on the dies. Love the new set by Dawn!
I love flowers and especially Sweet Peas with their fragile blooms and wonderful scent they bring memories of my Grandmother who always grew Sweet Peas in her garden. The new dies will make layering so easy and fail proof. Can hardly wait to use them. TFS
I love the dies for the year of the flower. My favorite flower is the morning glories.
can’t wait to see all of the wonderful releases you have in store for us.
I’m a newbie so do not have any YEAR OF THE FLOWERS stamps but love Betsy Veldman’s Violet card. Will be getting that one as it is my mothers fav and the daffolils is my fav.
Dawn McVey’s new flower set is STUNNING! I thought I had enough flower sets to stop purchasing them (Finally), but I think I need ONE MORE!
I have so many of the “Year of Flowers” sets and I am really excited to get the coordinating dies – the prices are reasonable and the crafting possibilities are – *Priceless*!
I am so excited about the Year of Flowers dies! My favorite flower is the Iris — maybe you’ll create a set that includes the Iris?
My favorite flower is the red rose. My DH bought these on our first date.
Tulips are my favorite flower. They signify Spring is here along with warmer weather.
My favorite flower is Tulips. I just love that it doesn’t bloom open like most of other flowers and though their lifespan is relatively short, they are distinctively unique and they come in so many shades.
I absolutely LOVE the YOF stamp sets and I’m still slowly collecting them. I have a few favorites and they are Violets, Sweet Pea and Lily Of The Valley. I don’t have them yet and they have been in my wish list for the longest time.
I love gebera daisies. They come in beautiful colors and I love how large they are. They were my wedding flowers so they have special meaning. Might have to get the rest of year of flowers stamps now that there are dies to match. Thanks and happy anniversary.
I love Lilys-they are so beautiful, elegant…but from my year of the flower set I must say the lily of the valley is probably my favourite 🙂
My favorite flower is dahlia. It has many different kinds, beautiful, hardy.
Roses, Forget me Nots, Zinnias, I could go on. Lately I have been enjoying the crocus – a great touch of color in the yard finally. I have the Sweet Peas stamp set and am delighted to get the die ( spent so much time cutting those out). I look forward to getting the Lily of the Valley set and dies.
Wow!!! I have put off buying any of the Year of Flowers set (I do have the Year of Flowers: Collection), but now they are even more tempting with the matching dies!! My favorite flower is a pansy. I just think they are so adorable and sweet. And they come in soooo many colors. So, I think the violets set is my favorite since they look like pansies. I don’t own it yet, but always look at it.
My favorite flower are tupips because all the pretty flowers make me happy.
Hmm, hard to pick a favorite flower but I love the spring daffodils and tulips, the best. Watching their shoots come out of the ground and produce such beautiful colors after a long winter brings me happiness. Out of all the year of the flowers I like the daffodils.
My favorite flower is the Lilly of the Valley.
Growing up as a child, my grandmother’s garden was lined with these beautiful, fragrant flowers.
I don’t own any of the Year of the Flowers stamps yet. With dies, they all are so appealing 🙂 I love roses but I already own “The Sweet Life”, so I might get Carnations: great for Mother’s day!
I love the stargazer lily. I had a couple in my wedding bouquet so I always think of that day when I see them.
Wow!! I so happy about the Year of Flowers dies!! Love all the cards today … so inspirational 🙂 My favorite flower is the tulip … so simple yet elegant. I love all Year of Flowers stamp sets … however, if I had to pick one, I guess it would be the gladiolus set. I’m sure I’ll eventually have them all 😉 Have a great day!
My favorite flower is a calla lily–it was my wedding bouquet and has always just struck me as such a lovely, classic beauty. My favorite YOF stamp set has to be the roses or carnations, both of which I own. Lovely DT projects!
Yeah! I have the violet stamp set, so excited to get the die now and most likely add a few of my other favorite flowers to the collection!
My favorite YOF is the violets. They are just so pretty and I like how you can add color to enhance them. The Sweat Peas are a close second. My mom used to grow sweat peas and they are just so colorful and cheerful.
My favorite flowers are ranuculus ! They have such wonderful blossoms and for me it means that the spring is not far away.
My favorite Year of Flower stamp are the Violets. And it´s wonderful that now there are dies for this collection !
Favorite flower is a tough one but I’d say my favorite flower of the day is lilacs. My grandparents had a large lilac bush that I loved to smell while playing outside as a child. Now I have a small one right outside my bedroom window which is lovely. Coming in a very close second are peonies. Only problem with them is I hate ants! Although I don’t own it, the violet set is my favorite Year of the Flower.
Lily of the Valley! The first time I saw one, I was leaving a friend’s house late at night, and as I walked down the driveway I saw one teeny perfect white flower winking at me. It was there, all alone, in what was a patch of dirt at the side of the house. What a beautiful treat on a dark night.
My favorite flower is the gardenia because they’re beautiful and smell wonderful! When I was little, we had a giant gardenia hedge in front of the porch and it was just so lovely!! My fave Year of Flowers is the Morning Glories set because it’s so pretty and has my birth month in it!
Today’s cards are simply breathtakingly beautiful. My favorite flower is a Gerbera Daisy. The colors are always so intense and so bright!
Sadly to say I have none of these stamps….would love to add them those. I’m unable to choice just one favorite flower for I remember grandma with her flower garden full of all types of flower, then mom had her African violets…flowers just make me happy
I don’t have any of the flowers stamps but I do enjoy those sweet peas! My favorite flower has and always will be lilacs. Their delicate blooms and lush green leaves are a dreamy reminder of the lilac filled Mackinac Island!
My favorite flower is the peony. I love the variety of colors of the over-sized blossoms. They look beautiful by themselves or in an arrangement. My favorite Year of Flower stamp set would be the Violets. They are so vintage and feminine!
My favorite flower would be the daffodil. It’s a sign that Spring is coming when I’m able to buy a bouquet for my table. My favorite Year of Flower stamp would be the violets…and no I don’t own any of them.
My favorite flower is definitely a pansy. They are so cheerful and colorful!!! My favorite in the YOF series, though, is the daffodil! So excited about the dies!! THANKS for sharing and for the chances to win!! Have a fabulous weekend!! =)
I am definitely smitten with all of the Year of the Flower stamps, but I have always been a rose lover! I would love to see some tulips in the future, though! I love all types of flowers…
I love the year of flowers sets but do not own them all. I think I will soon. I just love all flowers but I would have to say that carnations are my favorites. Not only do they seem to last a very long time but I used them in my wedding bouquet almost 35 years ago.
Unfortunately I cannot enter a card since I do not have any of these sets. But they are going on my wish list! Thanks for the opportunity to play along with comments!
Tough question given that I love the majority of the flowers in the Year of Flowers collection. But if you pin me down, I would have to say the Mums…but that is because I love how it looks on cards. Now if you ask me which is my favorite flower of the set, not based on the stamp set images, I would go with the Larkspur. Love my purples and blues so Larkspur is an obvious choice. Thanks for the fun anniversary challenges….they have been so much fun to participate in and follow along!
i love hydrangeas and daisies and lilacs. i am not really sure how i could choose a favourite amongst the three.
I’m not really big on real flowers…I’m never good at taking care of them! My favorite flowers are the ones I can stamp 🙂
Thank for the opportunity to win. My favorite flower is the pansy, My Mother’s favorite. I still like to pick them in her honor, you know the more you pick them the more they grow. Violets remond me of the pansy. Such sweet flowers.
Wish I could play along, but I don’t have any Year of the Flower stamps. 🙁 I think that was before I discovered PTI, and I always have so much new stuff on my wishlist, I don’t get much of a chance to see some of the older stuff. Will be great to see those sets revisited now that matching dies are available. Maybe one or two will catch my eye!
My favorite flower is the carnation. It first started being my favorite because it was one of the less expensive fresh flowers that lasted a long time and then I realized it was also the flower for my birthday month and I liked it even more. I also think it is a very pretty flower and has a variety of colors.
My favorite flower are tulips because that is my wife’s favorite flower.
I LOVE orchids in every color eh are so so beautiful. Unfortunately they don’t grow outside we’re I live. But when I travel to the tropics I’m in awe of these beauties all around me.
As far as the year of flowers sets go I have to say that I like the sweet pea set and after seeing Betsey’s project today Im loving e violets too.
Hydrangeas are by far my favorite flowers, especially the blue ones. I had a beautiful arrangement for my wedding with blue hydrangeas and white roses! Ahh…just to think of them!
My favorite is the rose and I don’t own it . I bought the YOF smaller set with all of them instead. Looking forward to the extended newsletter!
LOVE the new dies!!
LOVE flowers too have so many favorites…Bluebells for their soft color and Lily of the Valley because how they look and divine smell..love Roses actually more the ones from the garden the english David Austen ones the smell so great too…and Sweet Peas such sweet colors and again great smell..love summer flowers freshly picked from the garden….so many…..
The sets I have are Daffodils Mums and the Year of the flowers Collection..but would love to own them all especially since there are dies now too……and the set dawn created is a must have for me too…one of my favorite spring/summer flowers!
WOWZA! There is sooooo much going on. Very exciting. Don’t know if it’s just me, but does the large sweet pea die look like one of the little fairy godmothers in Sleeping Beauty (the cartoon) to anyone else? Love, love, love the flower dies. Thanks a heap.
I would have to say my favorite flower is the Sweet Pea, just because that is what my husband calls his grandkids! How cute it that? I love the sweet samples your design team shared using that stamp. Thanks for making the dies to match.
I love the YOF with dies. I have come to see that I am a die cut girl. Stamps with die cuts are even better. I hope that in between the things I want this release, I can at least get one of the YOF dies. My favorite of the bunch is the rose.
So happy to hear there will be dies for the YOF’s stamp sets. I haven’t bought any yet because I don’t like to hand cut things. I love all flowers but of the YOF sets, the violets are amazing. My mother always grew these and they remind me of her. What an amazing release so far and the new newsletter sounds terrific!
As always, good luck and thanks for the chance to win!
I’m working via photo bucket to get my project linked, but have failed so far, so will leave a comment. Really forward to the newsletter. Absolutely love your products and inspiring DT. Keep up the great work.
I love the YOF series, and collected a few of them My favorite one was the roses, and I’m happy to see a die to go with it now. Hooray. Looking forward to the release, such amazing previews so far.
I have neary all the YOF’s but the Mums are still my favourite and having new dies is a brilliant idea.
I’m so happy to see the dies for all the Year of Flower stamp sets. Joy Joy!!
My favorite flower is a sunflower. I am from Kansas and LOVE seeing the sunflowers growing in the fields or even as wildflowers in the ditches. They are so beatufitul and just make me happy!
My favorite flower is the daisy. I don’t have a story about why I like them, I guess I just do. I love the white daisies most. I don’t have any of the Year of Flowers stamp sets yet, mostly because I’ve been afraid of coloring them and making them look bad! But I have long admired them and do plan to start picking them up here and there. Happy to see the coordinating dies for them! That will probably give me the push I need to start including them in my stash. 😉
My favorite flowers are yellow roses. When I was in elementary school, we lived in a two story house that had climbing roses. We had a deck off the second floor dining room which the roses grew by. That deck caught the evening sun and would heat up the roses and we got the fragrance at dinner time. Amazing!
My favorite flower is the TULIP! To me it looks fresh and just so beautiful!!!
My favorite flower is the tulip. I was able to visit Holland and Belgium in the heart of tulip season–so spectacular to see all the varieties in bloom. I have all the year of flowers stamp sets, so I am looking forward to the dies to take it to a new dimension. I love them all, but love the daffodil the best, as it reminds me of spring.
My favourite flowers are ranunculus and as a close second: plumeria (frangipani) 🙂 Love your lily of the valley die and the way Cristina used it on her card! <3
My favorite flower is the daffodil. It is so spring-like! It always reminds me of good weather to come. I do not own any of the flower stamps. I am *sadly* intimidated by the flower stamps. I do love them but I don’t feel like I could do them justice. Maybe if I win one, I’ll develop some confidence!
I love all flowers!! I don’t own any of the Year of Flowers sets yet, but would like to start collecting them, especially now that there are coordinating dies! I also like the Year of Flowers Collection and am wondering if there will be a set of dies for those. I loved all the beautiful projects you talented gals made for our inspiration! Thanks!
I love the roses set, I don’t have it but will be adding it to my wish list. I only have the Poinsettias stamp & die.
Fab way to use all my year of the flower stamps again and again!
I dont own any of the YOF , but hope to soon now with the new dies. I do love hydrangeas , in the spring when they are fresh and bright and then in the fall when the hold their shape forever.
My favorite flower would be the daffodil. When you see them poking out of the ground, you know spring is just around the corner. I do have the daffodil, morning glory and violet Year of the Flower and can’t wait to get the dies for them. Thank you for the chance to win such a great prize.
My favorite flowers are hydrangeas. I love all the petite mini flowers that form the big flower; oh, and the leaves! Hydrangeas have the best big deep green leaves with awesome veins. I also think it’s neat that they are a late summer bloomer – just when summer is coming to an end hydrangeas pop up and give us all another reason to smile. My favorite memory with hydrangeas would have to be my wedding bouquet! 🙂 The florist did an amazing job; it was incredibly beautiful. As for the PTI Year of Flowers sets, I like the Morning Glories set the most. (And no, I do not have it yet!) I like the shape of these flowers (and they have cool leaves too!) and the sentiments that come with the set speak to me. I would have a blast coloring these with my Copics!
I love carnations (and oodles of others!). Love the scent of carnations and that they last so long. I remember in grade school putting the stems in water with food coloring and then waiting for the flower to draw up the color to the petals. Maybe that counts as my initial “flower coloring” lol. I have them all I think. So bad about not letting sets see ink but I have good intentions. 🙂 The sweet pea is probalby my fave set, so delicate flowing. Thanks for all the contests and chances to win. Looks like a fabulous release ahead!!
My favorite flowers are gardenias because I love the way they smell. My favorite YOF set is Roses! So excited for the dies to match!
My favourite flower is a tricky question – I like a alot 😉 But tulips (I love their arrival in spring) and the bold statement of Gerberias are two special favourites. I’ve settled on the lot and have the year of flowers mini’s set. Love those delicate tiny flower images.
My fav flowers are Irises. My Mom had hundreds in her yard and they make me smile. I don’t have any Year of Flower sets but they are wonderful sets.
I am excited about the new dies that go with Year of the Flower stamp sets. Because I don’t own any of the sets yet, I need to have a serious look at what to choose…but think the larkspurs will be the first ones I order. Also looking forward to the new, improved newsletter.
I only own the poinsettias stamp but I love sunflowers and daisy’s. I love sunflowers for there seeds and color and love daisy’s because they are just pretty and simple flowers.
I love flower stamps and own all but one or two of the year of flower stamps. I can’t wait to get the matching dies! I think that the violet set is my favorite, although I love them all!
I am super excited that we will have dies for ALL of the YOF stamps! I am just bouncing with excitement over here! I.have the entire series as well as the smaller collection stamps. I have a hard time picking a favorite, so I’ll post my top 4: Larkspur, Rose, Lily of the Valley, and Violet.
Thank you for making our die request come true!
Linda
I love Hydrangeas! Especially the blue.
I don’t own any of the Year of Flowers, but my favorite flower is the daffodil. It comes in so many varieties!!
I would say my favorite flower is the daisy. I love it and as a child I would love to play ‘he loves me, he loves me not’ with the flower stems. Sadly it wasn’t a great indicator of the success of my dating life and it kind of ruined the flower. As for my favorite year of the flowers sets, I love the sweet pea set and yes, I own it. Now that there is a matching die, I’ll add that to my wish list. It will be fun to do more cut outs with the set, especially doing what Debbie Olson does and mounting the flower on a clear card base.
My favorite flower is the hibiscus – it reminds me of Hawaii! I don’t own any of the year of flowers but my favorite is the poinsetta.
My favorite flower is the lily of the valley — for two reasons. As a child, my knickname was Lili (or Lily). Plus, on one side of our house, there was a lovely, old perennial garden that was full of lilies of the valley. So, of course, the lily of the valley is my favorite year-of-flowers set; but, sadly, I do not own it.
My favorite flower is the Hydrangea. I love all colors but blue is my favoritest of all! I have the small set of YOF and the pansy is my favorite followed closely by the daffodil.
My favorite is Lily of the Valley. Just the smell reminds me of sweet childhood memories of our girl club in my old neighborhood. Lizzie…congrats again. Know how much you love PTI, what an exciting adventure….it’s a great fit.
My favorite Year of Flowers set is definitely the violets (though I don’t own them yet!)…I think my favorite flower is a hydrangea- they are so full and beautiful! I had them as my wedding flower, so they are special for me.
My favorite flowers are Roses, Hydrangea, and Peonies. My favorite Year of Flowers stamp is Lily of the Valley – it’s my birthday month flower. I remember my mother growing these sweet white flowers in the garden outside her kitchen window. She would pick a bouquet of them for my birthday dinner!
I love all of the Year of Flower collection, but my favorite design is Sweet Peas.
I think my fav flower is whatever Dawn’s new set is! I’m a sucker for gorgeous layers!
Great news about the YoF dies. I don’t have any of the stamps yet as they seemed better suited to coloring which isn’t my strength. These dies certainly make paper piecing the images a bit simpler, so I might have to reconsider!
My favorite flower is the Forget-me-not, such delicate little flowers & a beautiful color.
Picking a favorite flower is like picking a favorite color for me. I like them all! Being a gardener it depends on the season. I like lilacs in the spring, roses in the summer and daylilies in the autumn. My favorite YOF is the Larkspur. They signal spring has arrived and warm weather too when they pop up here where I live. I do own this stamp set and will be getting the die for it now too!
Unfortunately I do not own any of the Year of the Flower stamps, but now that you have dies that go with the stamp sets, I might have to think about getting that sweet pea or rose.
I love it when all my Lily of the Valley start showing themselves. They grow so fast I can tell a difference from before work in the morning to after work in the evening. I transplanted my flowers from my grandmothers garden so their bloom always makes me think of her. I don’t own many of the YOF sets but now that they have coordinating dies I might have to change my game plan.
I love any white flower–roses, peonies, tulips, hydrangeas–but really I love flowers in general. My favorite Year of Flowers set is Carnations, both for the flowers and the sentiments. I use the “Wishing you happiness today and always” so often–wedding cards, birthday cards, anniversary. I also use the sympathy sentiment from that set for most of my sympathy cards. It’s a great set!
My favorite flower is the orchid because when it finally blooms, the blooms last forever (well, almost!), kinda like friendship. My favorite Year of the Flower is the violet, and no, I don’t have it, yet.
I have really gotten into the roses, even though in real life I prefer carnations or violets.
I love ranuncualus….it’s just so delicate and elegant! Looking forward to the new and improved newsletter!
My husband always gets yellow roses for me for our anniversary and Valentine’s Day because that is the color of roses my wonderful grandma loved.
I am so glad you’re coming out with the dies to all these beautiful flowers. Thanks!
My favorite flower is the ranunculus, it looks like a rose on steriods! My favorite YOF has always been the sweet pea just because of Debbie Olsen coloring. I don’t own it yet but I would love to…..
I love All the flowers of the Month sets! I do have a special place for Violets and Lily of the Valley as they remind me of my Grandmothers gardens. I love the old time flower cutting gardens she always had. They just speak love to my heart…
Maybe I could win the year in flowers!
I am so glad that the YOF dies are here!! I love the lily of the valley…so I hope that it’s easy to stamp!! 🙂
My favorite flower? Hmm, I of course love roses and I love daisies too – the simple white and yellow ones and the gerber daisies in their bright beautiful colors!
Yay! These dies will for sure end up on my wish list. And the newsletter, I already love it but these new additions sounds great!
My favorite flower is the rose. They are so beautiful and come in so many great colors. My favorite year of flowers stamp set is the daffodils.
Being relatively new to Papertrey, I don’t have any of the YOF stamps yet….but that is going to change. I have at least 4 favorites: Morning Glories, Sweet Peas, Violets and Gladiolas! The same kind of flowers I like to have in my garden. It will be fun to get the coordinating dies at the same time. THANK YOU!
I have the small version of the Year of Flowers stamps, to go with the seed packet die. My favorite is the Morning Glories, those flowers always remind me of my grandfather. He was always in his huge vegetable garden at home, and at the family cottage at the beach, he had a very small bed by the kitchen where he tended morning glories. It was a challenging environment, but he managed to make them grow.
Favorite YOF is Lily of the Valley…I can almost smell them when I use the stamp set (is there such a thing as “scented” stamps?). Betsy’s Violet card may make me change my mind, though!
I am fairly new to Papertrey Ink so I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamp sets. Hum, I would love to spend my winnings on some of them, especially with the new dies being released. My favorite flower is the Pansy. My mother always loved their little “faces” rising to the sun. She passed away 5 years ago with breast cancer and the set would be a nice tribute to her each time I created a project with it.
My favorite flower is the daylily- I grow over 100 different kinds. I enjoy using my PT daffodil set and want the larkspur next. The dies are great!
I love sunflowers. I grew then as a youngster and remember having a picture taken of one I grew when I was about 9…I had to stand on a chair because it had grown so tall!
While not a huge fan of cut flowers, I love the flowers I’ve planted in my flower beds! A favorite of mine is the snapdragon! My favorite PTI year of the flowers set: Daffodils. They always remind me that spring really is coming!
My favorite flower is the daffodil . They are so cheerful. My favorite PTI YOF set is the Lily of the valley.
Love the Year of Flowers: Violets, it’s always so sweet. Love PTI Dies so super excited about this collection.
Sweet peas remind me of my grandmother and lilacs of my other grandmother. Both remind me of where I grew up. So great to have dies for the sweet peas! Looking forward to the revamped newsletter!
Love all the Year of the flowers, but for me my favorite is the rose.
I would have to say the my favorite flower is a rose. I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamps, but I have a feeling I will very soon.
Any one of these sets could easily be my favorite! they are all so beautiful!
All of the YOF stamps have been on my wish list but now that there are co-ordinating dies? they just moved to the top. Beautiful inspiration today!
I love Marigolds because they remind me of my grandfather. His marigolds always added such a beautiful splash of color to the flower garden every summer. I am a new customer and am anxious to buy these beautiful flower sets and the new dies!
I do own the Roses stamp set, and love it, and am very excited about all of the dies coming out! The lack of dies was the only reason I have not purchased any more sets! My next set will definitely be the Marigolds. We always had marigolds blossoming in our front flower garden when I was growing up. I do so love them!
I love lilies of the valley and I think it is AWESOME that there are now dies to die for!!! I will have to get both!! Have them growing right outside my front door. Love to pull them and put them is small vases…so sweet!
Wow! That’s a hard one! If I must pick a favorite it has to be peony! Just so beautiful!
I have been wanting to buy the Lily of the Valley and Sweet Pea sets for such a long time! With the release of the matching dies, they are now at the top of my list for this month. My Grandma was such a lover of the sweet pea, to this day I think of her when I see or especially smell their sweet scent.
Violets are my favorite flower. I enjoy the sweet fragrance, especially in the “wild” ones. When I was young, the tiny little flowers would pop up throughout the grass surrounding my grandpa’s fruit trees. Here in the Northwest, they bloom quite early, reminding me that spring will arrive soon.
I have only the YOF: Daffodils and the YOF Collection. I’m thrilled to see the dies. Those push me over the edge for picking up YOF: Lilly of the Valley. Thanks for the chance to win!
My favorite flower is the Calla Lily. When my husband and I got married, my bouquet was just calla lilies. We even had sugar calla lilies made for our cake topper, which we still have. Even my husband’s boutonniere had a sugar calla lily. It is my absolute favorite!! I am patiently waiting for PTI to come out with a calla lily set! My favorite YOF set is the Daffodil set. It is a beautiful flower, and it just happens to be my birth month flower!
I love yof they are beautiful to work with and especially to use my copics. Now the dies, Yippee, can’t wait to get them! Thanks papertrey Ink.
I am disappointed that I can’t play along with today’s challge (I have none of the flower sets), but I with the release of the dies, I’m very excited to start collecting them all!
I don’t own any of the year of flowers sets but I think I’d like the roses. Its awesome that there are now dies to go with them.
My favorite flower is the rose. It is just truely beautiful. There are so many different verities. I love to see rose bushes if full bloom. They remind of the beauty of this world if we just take the time and look.
I’ve waited to purchase any of these beautiful flower sets, hoping that dies would come along eventually. I’ve got a lot to catch up with! Peonies are one of my all-time favorite flowers. A number of years ago we found out that there was a place here in CT devoted exclusively to peonies (Cricket Hill Garden), and we visited soon after that. A couple of years ago we visited again, that time with a dear friend, and experienced it anew as she took in the beauty of this special place. Just yesterday, we heard that our dear friend has been given the news that her recent illness is now terminal. She won’t be with us that much longer, but those amazing flowers will continue to remind me of time spent with her. She also loves receiving cards, so I know where many of my creations will be heading in the next months. Thank you for providing so much beautiful inspiration!
My favorite flowers are daisies. Years ago when we went camping, I would pick wild daisies and keep them in a jar on our picnic table. Now there are many pretty colors of daisies for sale at the greenhouses in the spring. I always have a pot or two on our patio.
As for the year of flowers stamp sets, my favorite would have to be the Mums. A very pretty fall flower with many color choices. I do not own the set.
Oh my! Exciting times! I do love the Roses set and the Violets set!
Calla lilies are my favorite. They are simple yet elegant, and they look beautiful in any color! I had white and orange ones in my wedding bouquet. The carnation Year of Flowers is my favorite and the only one I own… at this time 🙂 Looking forward the viewing the new newsletter. Thank you!!
You should consider a Gardenia, that’s my favorite flower and so elegant!
I love the Year of Flowers: Roses set. It is perfect for wedding cards, and the rose can be done in lots of different colors so you can coordinate with the wedding colors.
I just might have to add twelve stamp sets (and dies) to my shopping list!
My favorite flower is the stargazer lily. They were the feature flowers in my wedding bouquet and my hubby frequently gets them for me for anniversaries or other special days.
My favorite flowers are lilacs. They are so fragrant and beautiful..I just wish they lasted longer. I don’t have any of the YOF sets, but my favorite is the mum. While lilacs are my spring favs, my mums are so gorgeous in the fall.
Without a doubt, the YOF: Rose set is my favorite! I use it all the time! Love this time of year to celebrate with PTI and thanks for the chance to win!
The creations featured today are spectacular. I want all of those stamps and dies!!
I don’t own any of the Year of the Flower stamps but my favorite flower is the tulip. I was born (almost 60 years ago) on St.Valentine’s Day and that spring my Dad built a large heart shaped garden bordered with stones. He planted hundreds of Red Emperor tulips and every year from as far back as I can remember, that beautiful garden nearly glowed with the bright red Emperor tulips. People would drive by our house and take pictures of this stunning display. I was so proud because my Dad built that garden in honor of my being a Valentine baby and none of my siblings had a special garden that was all their own!
I don’t own any of the Year of Flower sets, although they are all on my wishlist! First on my list is the daffodil, my favourite flower!
I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower sets but do really like the daffodil one! My favorite flower is the lupine. Just love them when they start blooming in the spring–all kinds of shades of purple!
Great floral stamps and the dies make them even greater!
I love flowers but for some ODD reason I do not have any YOF! That is about to change. I do have some of PTI other flowers sets and love them all. Thanks PTI for listening.
I’m so excited for the new expanded Newsletter. All the extra tips and inspiration are going to be great and much appreciated.
I love orchids because they are so beautiful and exotic looking and there are so many varieties of them. They also remind me of my mother. I also think what makes them extra special is the challenge in getting them to bloom. It’s such a proud moment when that happens! Unfortunately, I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower sets. But of them, I like the Marigold and Mums sets the best.
I like the daffodils. One of the first signs of spring!
My husband has planted hundreds of daffodils on our farm. Each clump sits by a fence post along the highway. They look great in the spring.
My favorite flower would be a pink rose, my husband when we were dating gave me pink roses the first flowers I”ve ever been given!
I love to use all the flowers and stamp them with Staz On ink and then color them in with pencils. Each flower can look so different depending on what colors you use.
I didn’t buy any of the Year Of The Flower sets, was happy to bypass them. All has changed with the new dies!
My particular favourites would be the daffodil and lily of the valley. Both were my mother’s favourites and each new blooming of them brings happy and sad memories. I keep putting off doing a small album but now I think with the new dies, I just might make a start.
just thrilled to see these dies being released. YOF is a fave collection!
While I don’t own any of the YOF yet, those dies have made me add a few to my wishlist. I LOVE the mum and violet sets!! So gorgeous!! My favorite flower is a tie between hydrangeas, cala lilies and gerber daisies….just adore them!! Oh and dogwood blooms!!
I LOVE the new floral by Dawn and I havent even seen it in color yet!!! Cant wait to see it all inked up!
I do not have any of the Year of the Flower stamps but my favorite flower is the rose! It comes in all colors and it is a simply beautiful!!
My favorite is the Daffodils and Sweet Pea flowers. I love all the examples today, especially Debbie’s and Betsy’s. I own about 5 of the year of flowers sets and will get some of the dies to match. Also will enjoy the updated newsletter, looks like it will have lots of information.
Thanks so much for having this contest! I was ready to sell my Violets & YOF Collection sets but just can’t now! Loved Dawn’s idea of stamping on darker cardstock! My efforts with coloring on white weren’t nearly as good. Next I will try them on vellum. My next favorite set would be Mums but my favorite sentiments are in Daffodils.
Love the new flower dies! Dies are my favorite!
First off, I’d like to tell you THANKS- the opportunity to win a YEAR of PTI stamps is like winning the stamp lottery!
My fav flower has been and will always be tulips. My mom has a green thumb and could always grow the most beautiful tulips, so I was fortunate enough to grow up around them and it was as a child my love for tulips ‘blossomed”!
I am so excited about the dies for all the Year of the Flower stamp sets. I only have a few of the stamp sets but now that we are getting dies for them I just may have to get the rest of them. My favorite of the ones that I have is the Daffodil.
Great projects today! I love all of the flowers. I don’t think I could pick a favorite.
Yeah, flower dies!!! Love flower stamps and to have dies is even better 🙂 My favorite flower is the tulip. Their simplicity and wide variety of colours and shapes are amazing. Plus I lived in The Netherlands for a year while working with Billy Graham and tulips are everywhere and CHEAP! Also got to see the tulip garden (whose name is escaping me) but it was stunning!! Acres of landscaping with different shades of tulips etc. Stunning!!
Roses are hands down my favorite flowers! Pink roses! I fell in love with them after watching Bed of Roses. I love the scene where he won’t stop sending them to her and her entire apartment if FILLED with them. As far as the Year of the Flower sets go, I love the Poinsetta set… especially when the image is colored in with Copics. It’s such a classic flower and that set captures its beauty perfectly!
My favorite would have to be Sweet Pea!!!!! So pretty and delicate;)
Love all the PTI YOF sets. To pick a favorite. . . hmmm. . . would say the Morning Glories and only because in nature they are such a happy-go-lucky flower and so aptly named! They grow mostly anywhere and everywhere and are such a pretty vine flower. PTI designers made it so easy to work with and create! I own it and other YOF flower sets – I don’t have larkspurs, lilly-of-the-valley or marigolds. Thanks for the chance!
I love tulips, daffodils, daisies, sunflowers, but my all-time favorite are ranunculus. Ranunculus were the main flowers in my wedding bouquet, so they will always hold a special place in my heart. My favorite YOF stamp is the Mums. It reminds me of fall and also of my fall wedding. Thanks!
I don’t have any of the Year of the Flowers stamps. I’m so happy to hear about the dies that will be introduced. I think my first purchase will be the rose, my favorite. I love that my husband still picks out an occasional rose bush.
Morning glory’s have always been so special to me. My Mother has planted them every year since I’ve been a little girl. Since losing her in the fall of 2011, last summer was the first one without these beautiful flowers. This Spring I will loving plant some so I can once again enjoy them! Thanks for making this beautiful stamp so I can enjoy this flower all year round!
I’ve wanted to get the Rose and Lily of the Valley. I just love roses – have even “attempted” to grow them. The Lily of the Valley is so delicate and beautiful. Flowers just make me happy and one of God’s greatest creations!
My favorite flower is the dogwood — it would make a beautiful floral set (HINT, HINT). When the dogwoods bloom in NC, I know that spring has finally arrived. I had dogwood flowers on my wedding cake — straight out of Southern Living. So far, I only own one of the YOF sets — the mums. With dies coming out, though, I may have to add a few more!
My favorite flower is the violet. I love the delicate appearance, hardy nature, and sweet fragrance of violets. Violets make it through the cold and snow here in Tennessee, so that I can always look out my window and see flowers. Wild violets in the mountains are a beautiful harbinger of spring.
My favorites are Lilacs because I used to pick them in my grandparents yard & I love how every May you can smell them through our whole town! My fav set is Lily of the Valley.
My favorite flower are tulips because my wife carried them on our wedding day.
I don’t own any of the Year of Flowers set, but now that I’m seeing all these beautiful matching dies, I will certainly be stocking up! My favorite: the rose!
I absolutely live the Sweet peas! I am really excited about the YOF dies!!
What a great addition for this series! Looking forward to it!
I will definitely be purchasing some of these flower stamps in the future, now that I won’t have to fussy cut them! So excited about that! I really love mums and gladiolas, so I think they will be among my first purchases.
I think roses are classic and always enjoyed . . . I also like orchids.
My favorite flowers are hydrangeas. I grew up in Arizona and saw a hydrangea bush for the first time when I moved to Mississippi when I was 25. I had never seen such a flower before and had to stop, get out the car and look at them. The color, shape, and originality won me over. My favorite Year of the Flower is the rose because they are timeless and romantic.
I own YOF Daffodil and Larkspur. I am eager to get Lily of the Valley and Sweet Pea. I LOVE the new dies and cannot wait to get them!
My favorite flower are roses. Their smell is just so wonderful. Before I moved I had some pale purple/silverish ones. They were so beautiful & had the most wonderful aroma.
I don’t know if I can pick a favourite flower because I love all flowers. But since you’re asking for a favourite it would likely be roses. I love the velvety soft look of the petals and the wonderful fragrance they have. Thanks for giving use dies for our year of flowers!
I love the pansies. They are such brave, happy flowers!
Wow, dies for all od the Year of Flowers stamp sets- I’m in heaven! I can’t wait!!!! Better start making my list 🙂
My favorite is the Sweet Pea. All started with the Sweet Pea lotion at Bath and Body Works… When I saw the PTI stamp for Sweet Pea, loved it even more!
My favorite flower is a tulip. I grew up in Michigan and tulips are big there. I thought we went to Holland the country when I was a little girl. It turns out we were just in Holland Michigan. If you ever get a chance to go there during the Tulip Festival you will be amazed.
Can’t wait for all those dies! Thanks Cynthia
Wow! What a fun release month this is going to be. I can’t wait to order! I think I may have to add these to my collections.
My favorite flower is the gerbera daisy – so sweet, simple and colorful. They always make me stop for a second look. However, if we’re talking about my favorite from the Year of Flower series, oh my, that would be like picking a favorite child! I have all of them and I guess my favorite one to color is the glads. I made a card with this set and the sentiment “You’re the kind of friend everyone wishes she had.” A friend bought the card from me; little did I know that my sister would be the lucky recipient. I could not have picked a better sentiment, because my sister is exactly that kind of friend.
My favorite flower is the rose. The fragrance of arose to me is heavenlyThe colors & color combos of roses nowadays makes me swoon!! Unfortunately I don’t own any YOF stamp sets I like them all,but I am most attracted to the Mum set.Maybe because my B-day is in Nov. They are so bold & life like. The dies are a welcome addition.
I don’t yet own any of the Year of Flowers sets, although if I did, it would be the Roses set. I love roses–they are beautiful, elegant, classic and romantic. I carried a very simple bouquet of mauve roses when I got married. Even now, almost 19 years later, I still swoon at the sight of them in a florist’s window.
My favorite flower is the snapdragon. I always think of my grandmother when I see them. So far I only have the margiold set and the set of 12 in miniature. I am hoping to get the carnation next. I am very excited about the dies and love the fact that they are cut close. Now if you would only stop putting out so many cool new stamps, I might have a chance to catch up on the old ones on my wish list:)
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED about the Year of Flower dies. YA! YA! YA! Can you tell that I am over the moon! Oh and Dawn’s new set is amazing! I am so thrilled with today!
My favorite flower is a rose due to its smell and beautiful petals. My favorite PT flower is Sweet Peas esp. in the hands of Debbie Olson!
I don’t have any of the floral sets yet, but maybe I can pick out a few if I win!
I don’t have any of the Year of the Flower stamps, but I do love them and everyones cards today. My fave is the sweet pear stamp, but I do like all flowers. Thanks for a chance to win!
I would say my favorite flower has to be the rose. My mother loves them, especially in the color yellow. For her 75th birthday 3 years ago, all of my siblings (7 in total) and their kids (10 that could make it) went to surprise her in Georgia. It was so much fun! We had black t-shirts with a yellow rose on it with her name. She was smiling and crying at the same time with being so overjoyed from all of us being able to see her.
I love African Violets because they remind me of my grandma. Her favorite color was lavender.
She had an awesome green thumb and a beautiful flower garden as well as beautiful house plants. She passed on many “starts” that are living on in her memory.
I don’t own it yet, but I love the Year of Flowers Violet set.
I think the poinsettia is my favorite since I love the look of it on Christmas cards, which I’m always rushing to do at the last minute.
I don’t have any YOF stamps YET, but with the addition of dies (such a wonderful surprise!), it’s going to be hard to resist!
My favorite flowers are roses. “Rose” happens to be my middle name, and they’re a classic beauty!
I have the Year Of Flowers collection as I wanted all of them & couldn’t afford to buy the individual ones. I grow roses, so really wanted that one, but I’ve used the daffodil the most since I got the set. Thanks for a chance at the prize & for the DT inspiration!
So very wonderful to have dies to go with these. I love the Lily of the Valley, such a delicate fragrance. Excited for the new newsletter.
My favorite flowers are peonies – my Mom and Dad had gorgeous ones and in different shades of pink. And now I’ve got them in my garden. But since I’m a lazier gardener, I only have singles, so I don’t have to stake them! My new favorite YOFs are the violets (I adore what Betsy did with the vellum and violets today) and the lily of the valley (Heather’s card was so beautiful) – and I don’t yet have either set. Thanks for the chance to win!
These dies will make a quick job of creating flowers. I love bright colorful flowers, because they make me happy.
Wow, Dawn’s new set looks sublimely beautiful! I would say sweet peas, for sentimental reasons and also their lovely soft colours:)
I love violets. My grandma always took such pride in her small flower garden. We help her prep the soil and plant her violets. Whenever I see violets, I smile and think of her.
