Now that I've made all of the formal introductions, let's get onto the projects!

Happy Winter Card
First up, a bright and colorful snow globe card, sure to brighten the recipients day!  To create the background I cut 1/2" strips of all the patterns contained in both of the Beautiful Beads paper pads (more details about these later on in the week.)  I also cut some strips from papers in the Summer Sunrise Pattern Pack.  I adhered all of them in a random staggered pattern down the length of my card front.

Focal
I die-cut the snow globe from white cardstock and stamped the base in Simply Chartreuse.  I then stamped the snowman and outer sphere in Noir Black Palette ink.  The snowflakes were stamped in Aqua  Mist.  I then added a bit of color and shading to the snowman with Copic Markers.   See his little hat?  It is the one included in the previously released Winter Penguin set!  It's a perfect fit!  I stamped it onto Hibiscus Burst cardstock using Raspberry Fizz ink.

Down
The snowman was layered on top of a  die-cut Fillable Frames #7 shape stamped with a sentiment from the set in True Black.

Sending Holiday Cheer Card
One of the versatile aspects that Heather incorporated into the design of Winter Snow Globe was that the globe portion is compatible with our Limitless Layers 1.75" Circle die collection as well as all our images that coordinate with them.  This opens up SO many possibilities!   Here, I opted to pull out the reindeer from Tremendous Treats: Christmas.

Reindeer
I die-cut the snow globe base from Vintage Cream cardstock and stamped it with the coordinating image using Ocean Tides ink.  I then die-cut a 1.75" circle from Vintage Cream cardstock and stamped it with the reindeer image using Dark Chocolate ink.  I colored him in with Copic markers and then used one of the little snowflake images from Winter Snow Globe to add flurries around him with Soft Stone ink.  A rhinestone finishes off his nose.  All of this was mounted on a Mat Stack 5 shape that has been stamped with Background Basics: Sheet Music using Fine Linen ink.  The sentiment was added in Dark Chocolate.

Border
I added a border made from strips of Classic Kraft & vintage book print from an old book.  I also added an Ocean Tides border, die-cut with the Filigree Border die and a bit of Dark Chocolate Baker's Twine.

Down
the Canyon Clay background was stamped with Snowflake Medley.

Have a Sweet Holiday Card
Here's a quick and simple card using this cute little loop-de-loop image from Gingerbread Lane.  The tree is from Winter Snow Globe, showcasing that the fillers for the set can be used alone without the snow globe too!

Focal
I stamped the loop-de-loop in Spring Moss, Limeade Ice, Simply Chartreuse, Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores & Ocean Tides.  The sentiment, also from Gingerbread Lane, was heat embossed on Ocean Tides cardstock with white filigree embossing powder.  I then punched it out with a circle punch.

Down
The tree was die-cut from Spring Moss cardstock and stamped with the coordinating image using Simply Chartreuse ink.   I added rhinestones in coordinating hues to accent the project.  Everything was mounted onto an Aqua Mist card base.

Gingerbread Card
I am very pleased with my next project that I am sharing with you, a little bit of a folk art feel for this little gingerbread couple.  For the background, I ran a block of Classic Kraft cardstock through my die machine with the Cover Palte: Harlequin, using it like an impression plate.  I swiped the edges of the paper with Fresh Snow ink.

Cookies
The gingerbread people were cut from Dark Chocolate cardstock and heat embossed with White Filigree Embossing Powder.  I thought that this made them look as though they were piped with real frosting!  I added an oval of Scarlet Jewel bitty dot paper behind the.  The sentiment, also from Gingerbread Lane, is stamped in Ripe Avocado on Simply Chartreuse cardstock.

Down
Along the top of the card, I created a string of felt buttons using Scarlet Jewel, Simply Chartreuse & Smokey Shadow felts.  They were die-cut with the Buttoned Up #1 die and threaded onto a piece of twine.  I adhered the buttons to the card garland style with a bit of Scor-tape behind each one.

Happy Holidays Card
I was super excited to have the opportunity to pull out Boards & Beams again.  It has been a while since I used it, and even though we released it 5 years ago, it still has a classic look that I just love working with.

House closeup
I die-cut the house from Classic Kraft cardstock and stamped it with the coordinating image using Noir Black Palette ink.  I die-cut the holiday accessories from white cardstock and stamped them appropriately.  I did a bit of coloring with Copic Markers to help bring everything together.  It is just SO incredibly easy to decorate these house for the holidays now since the dies cut multiples of everything with only one pass!

Down
For the background, I impressed the white card cover with the Peace Be Still impression plate.  This is one of my favorite go-to impression plates for the holiday season, it always adds so much to the project without being *too* much!  The sentiment (from Stocking Prints) was stamped in True Black on a strip of Pure Poppy cardstock.

You Make Me Smile Card
For my last project today, I have a cute little card made using the new Heart-2-Heart #8 tree!  I die-cut the In the Meadow hills from Simply Chartreuse Pattern Pack papers and layered them.

Tree closeup
the tree was die-cut twice from white cardstock and the tops were trimmed off by hand.  I stamped both of them with coordinating tree topper images using Simply Chartreuse ink.  I added the small heart to the bottom tree using Winter Wisteria ink and a bit of Prisma Glitter.  The tree trunk is a strip of Classic Kraft cardstock stamped with the woodgrain from Background Basics: Farm & Barn.  The bird (from Tag-its #2) was stamped and trimmed out from white cardstock using Spring Rain ink.

Down

I used a block of Winter Wisteria for the "sky".  The adorable sentiment was added with VersaMark and heat embossed with white filigree embossing powder.  Everything is mounted onto a Spring Rain card base.
