Stamp-a-faire Set: Natural Beauties samples

Many customers had requested seeing project samples created with the Stamp-a-faire set, Natural Beauties.  First, a little bit about the details on how to attain this set.

  • Natural Beauties is limited edition for this years Stamp-a-faire event.  It will never be made available for sale.
  • This set is included in the Stamp-a-Faire Tote Collection, which was available for pre-order last month and it is now available for immediate sale HERE (while supplies last).
  • Natural Beauties will be made available for the last time on Stamp-a-faire Day, July 21st as a freebie to all customers placing an order of $100 or more, limit one set per customer.

Here are a few things I created using this limited edition Stamp-a-faire set.

You're Amazing Card
For this project I wanted to stick with cool purples & blues.  I ended up pairing up Winter Wisteria and Blueberry Sky.

Flowers closeup
I stamped the largest flower with Winter Wisteria ink and added the second detail layer with Royal Velvet.  For the smaller flower, I stamped the solid layer in Blueberry Sky and the detail layer in Enchanted Evening.  The leaves were added with Spring Moss ink.  I added a few clear rhinestones to the centers of the flowers.  (For those of you wondering, the flowers were hand-cut, there are no coordinating dies available for this set.  However, they are quite simple to cut-out, nothing too complicated!)

The sentiment (from Script Sentiments) was added with Charcoal Palette ink.

A strip of Blueberry Sky cardstock finishes off the card, stamped with Background Basics: Gingham in Blueberry Sky.  All of this was adhered to a Winter Wisteria card base.

Rose Card
This project uses one of my all-time favorite color combos, Sweet Blush, Autumn Rose, Scarlet Jewel and Smokey Shadow.  I started by die-cutting the Layerz Mat Stack 5 die fro, Smokey Shadow cardstock.  I then die-cut the middle of it with the original Mat Stack 5 die to create a frame.  I adhered it to the front of my Sweet Blush card base using small pieces of foam tape.  I then added the sentiment (from Natural Beauties) in the center of the frame using Smokey Shadow ink.

Overall focal
I die-cut the Harvest Berries leaves from Smokey Shadow felt and adhered them in place using Scor-tape.

Flowers side
I heat embossed the largest flowers detail layer only onto Autumn Rose cardstock using Filigree Clear Embossing Powder.  I created the smaller flowers by doing the same thing with the smallest detail layer and Scarlet Jewel cardstock.  I cut out the flowers and then sponged the edges with Scarlet Jewel ink.  The centers of the flowers were finished with Smokey Shadow buttons.

Now, let me show you some of the amazing creations the team put together using this fabulous new set!

A classic Ashley Cannon-Newell creation.

Betsy Veldman hits it out of the park with this beauty.

Danielle Flanders showcases a lovely background here.

Dawn McVey pairs some bright & bold colors on her card.

Erin Lincoln puts together a modern color scheme & layout for her Natural Beauties project.

In true Heather Nichols style, a beautiful combination of earth tones.

Maile Belles keeps it simple with this one layer card.

Melissa 1
Melissa Phillips pairs up all kinds of fun colors & patterns for her take on this limited edition set.

Debbie Olson paired the new flowers up with the Turning a New Leaf dies.

I hope you have enjoyed all of the inspiration shared today.  Don't forget, you can still purchase your very own Stamp-a-faire Tote Collection in our store while supplies last, which includes the Natural Beauties stamp set and lots of other fun limited edition items.  If you were one of the customers who pre-ordered your Tote Collection, those shipments are beginning to leave the warehouse TODAY!

Or, you can plan on putting in a big order of $100 or more on Stamp-a-faire Day (July 21st) to receive Natural Beauties for free.  We hope you enjoyed all of this inspiration and we hope that you will find your new Natural Beauties stamp set to be a wonderful asset to your stamp collection!

This looks to be an amazing time. Going to this event doesn’t fit my life at the moment, but I’m having fun vicariously living through those of you that can! The new stamp set is truly beautiful – hence the name I suppose! The designer’s projects with the stamp set remind me what an incredible team of women are involved in this organization. They all have incredible talent and passion for what they do and it really shines!
