Stamp-a-faire Pre-order Giveaway Winner

Last night marked the last chance to pre-order the Stamp-a-faire items revealed last weekend.  Each customer that placed a pre-order during the four day period was automatically entered in a drawing for a $200 PTI Gift Certificate!  Today I am posting to announce the winner of this Stamp-a-faire Pre-order Giveaway!
