The April Blog Hop is not taking place until April 25th, but we thought we would share the challenge as well as the inspiration photo here to give you a head start.
A day dedicated to seeking inspiration through projects utilizing Papertrey Ink products. This event allows all of our customers who enjoy sharing inspiration & artwork with their peers do so through their personal blogs.
The actual Blog Hop will take place on April 25th, beginning @ 10 am EST.
We are excited to get back to our inspiration challenges for the blog hop each month. For the month of April we wanted to focus on fun florals, damasks & polka dots. Throw in the fun color scheme, and you have a recipe for the perfect project. Use the inspiration piece as a jumping point for your color scheme, pattern combinations, overall design or whatever else inspires your creativity. We look forward to seeing your creations on April 25th!
Oh my goodness! I have some of the fabric in the inspiration photo! My daughter and I were going through my stash tonight because she needs fabric for her home economics pillowcase project. This is what we chose! Too weird! I hope I can get my act together and participate in my first blog hop ever.
Oh my goodness ! Me too. I have a huge stash of these and similar fabrics. I am working on my craft fair goodies for next Christmas and based my table theme around this style. Looking forward to sharing and seeing the wonderful inspiration from the talented PTI designers and fans later this month.
I go week at the knees when I see delightful fabrics like these and then I give myself a stern talking to not to buy pretty fabrics just because they’re pretty. But I’ll definitely try to make something for the blog hop.
Eveline.
I love these colors together and the patterns are spectacular.
Thank you so much for putting all this information in your blog and well ahead of time. When it is out of sight (mine) its out of my mind. (That last statement, unfortunately, works on so many levels!) I can hardly wait to participate, and love the inspiration photo.
I loved all the DT inspiration. Just one note, Nicole. A few of the blogs were mislinked. Clicking on some of the links brought you to another DT blog site. None the less, all the inspiration was incredible. And I love the MIM theme this week. I just bought that set – can’t wait to try the techniques. Thanks so much!!
Love the inspiration photo! Great colors and patterns to work from! Do you have any other flowers with solid areas (like Rosie Posie) in the works?!
