Just when you think a tool has just one use, somebody gets all clever on it and creates something new. Follow Dawn's lead and make a pocket with your edger dies this week.
If you are joining along this week, here are the details concerning the Make It Monday Challenge.
–A new Make It Monday Challenge & video will go up every Monday morning at 9am EST.
–Create a project utilizing your take on the challenge. Your project must use at least one Papertrey product and make a pocket of any type on the front of your card.
–Post your project on your blog, in your gallery or on any other photo-hosting site (such as photobucket or flickr).
–-Add your project to our —>InLinkz List HERE<—
–You will have until 7am, Monday, July 18th, to add your link to the list to be eligible to win. And you can enter as many times as you like.
–We will be tweeting and posting on our Facebook page every night (between 5-9pm EST) highlighting a Featured Project. These tweets/Facebook postings will just be a shout-out regarding projects that caught our eye. The tweets/Facebook postings no longer have any special merit regarding the actual contest.
–One randomly selected winner will be chosen from ALL the entries on Monday, July 18th, after 7am. The winner will be posted here on this blog post, on Twitter and Facebook. The randomly selected winner will get to select a FREE Papertrey stamp set of their choice!
Good luck to everyone and we look forward to seeing your projects!
Congrats to Maureen L. for being randomly selected as this week's Make It Monday winner! You've one a free stamp set of your choice! Please be sure to email customer service with your contact information and your stamp selection. And thanks to EVERYONE for your entries. They were so inspiring!
Totally forgot there’s a new MIM today! I’m so caught up in the release! Thanks so much for continuing to provide us these fabulous new ideas each week!
Love, love Dawn’s card. I am going to make a card today using the same technique.
Just love this card Dawn! Like Tina I’ll be making one today. Thanks for the tutorial and sharing your creativity. Love all the Papertrey gals.
This card is BEAUTIFUL!
The sneak peaks are the most yummy yet! Anxious to see the rest!
Oh, no! I can’t see the entire video. Just a tip for embedding YouTube videos since the default video size is wider than the center column on your blog…
When you grab the embed code, change the settings at YouTube so that the width is 450 (your column width). YouTube will automatically adjust to the correct height. Then copy the code and put it here on your blog.
That way, we can see the entire video here at your blog. 🙂
Loving card today, BTW.
Love this card and technique! Great project, Dawn!

What an awesome card! I LOVE this new–to me–technique.
Now,I want some edger dies. Oh, well, I’ll add them to my ever growing wish list. I was inspired to make a pocket this week. So, I made a pocket using the Parisian Lace die.
What a cool use for the edger dies! I’m going to try it soon. Thanks for the idea.
