I am so thrilled to hear all of your enthusiasm over the products we introduced to you yesterday!  Thank you so much for all of your kindness and comments!  We have even more excitment to shaqre with you today, so let's get started!

Alli's headshot
First up today is the next set in our Think Big Favorties series.

Think-Big-Favorites-5-comparison
First up today is the next set in our Think Big Favorties series.  This collection of mini sets is voted on by you, our customer.  You've let us know what sentiments from previously released sets are your favorite and we have super-sized them.  This month we selected Communique Curves Sentiments by Alli Miles through your recommendations and feedback.  Two sentiments from this stylish set were more than doubled in size, expanding your options and design opportunities.

The details.

  • Think Big Favorites #5 will be available for sale on June 15th.
  • It will retail for $5.
  • Think Big Favorites #5 contains a total of 2 sentiment stamps.  "Congrats" measures 3-1/4" x 1-1/4".  "Thank you" measures 3-1/8" x 1-1/4".

Now, for another popular series, the Flower Fusion Collection.

Flower-fusion-5-die
Melissa Bickford has designed another fabulous addition to the line-up that you simply won't be able to resist.  The spiral, scalloped style of the flower is just the thing to complement so many projects.

The details.

  • Flower Fusion #5 will be available for sale on June 15th.
  • It will retail for $5.
  • Flower Fusion #5 contains a total of 6 stamps (1 spiral flower, 1 solid scalloped flower, 1 flower center, 1 stem/leaves, 2 sentiments)
  • A coordinating die for the flower will be sold seperately for $3.  It measures approximately 1" in diameter.

Heather's headshot
We have one more series that has an addition this month by Heather Nichols.  The Tag-its collection is full of fantastic, stylized frames and coordinating images & sentiments that coordinate with our Limitless Layers 1.75" Circle Die Collection.  The June edition, Tag-its #5, has a dainty doily style frame and a few lovely little blooms and verses to gowith it.  You will love all the mix and match opportunities with some of our older sets that are done in the same style.

The details.

  • Tag-its #5 will be available for sale on June 15th.
  • It will retail for $5.
  • Tag-its #5 contains a total of 9 stamps (1 doily frame, 3 floral accents and 5 sentiments)
  • The frame in this set coordinates with our Limitless Layers 1.75" Circle die Collection.

I have one additional stamp set to share with you today and that is a little set I designed called Daydreamer.  I've always, loved….ADORED floral building sets.  They're fantastic for nearly any occassion, they are always fun to use and they offer lots of customization possibilities.  This large scaled floral set features a few stems to mix in match with modern bloom images.  And all of the sentiments contain the word "dream", hence the name of the stamp set!

The details.

  • Daydreamer will be available for sale on June 15th.
  • It will retail for $24.
  • Daydreamer contains a total of 27 stamps (2 stems, 1 grass clump, 3 leaves, 10 flowers, 3 single solid circles that can be used for flowers or accents, 1 dot trio and 7 sentiments)

Vintage-picnic-basket-die
Now for a little blast into the past.  Through many customer suggestions, we are now excited to bring you a coordinating die for Vintage Picnic.  This die will cut out shapes to coordinate with the basket and the plaid napkin that can be "tucked" inside of it.  You will love how easy it will be to layer the basket over your images for dimension.

The details.

  • The Vintage Picnic Basket Die will be available for sale on June 15th.
  • It will retail for $3.
  • The Vintage Picnic Basket die coordinates with the basket & napkin image from Vintage Picnic stamp set.  The die measures 1-3/4" x 2".

Now that I have made all of these formal introductions, let's move onto the projects!

Hello There Card
First, a project that uses that dainty little Tag-its #5 frame.

Focal
I discovered that two of the flowers in Tag-its #5 fit PERFECTLY in the little vases from Gracious Vases.  I stamped the vase in Aqua Mist first.  And then used selective inking on the flower using New Leaf and Hawaiian Shores.  The frame was stamped in New Leaf as well and the sentiment in True Black.  The finished focal point was punched out with a scalloped circle punch.  I created a border strip with New Leaf and Background Basics: Gingham, followed by a piece of New Leaf Grosgrain.  A little pinking edge detail finishes it off.

Edger
I thought the Edgers #2 die would coordinate perfectly with the laciness of the frame.  I die-cut the bottom edge of my Hawaiian Shores card using it.

Down
Adding different decorative edges to elements of my project really helps to make it more cohesive.

Wedding Day Card
Next, a wedding card in a sophisticated black & cream color scheme.

Focal
I die-cut Mat Stack 1 from Vintage Cream cardstock and stamped the frame from Mat Stack 1 Collection in True Black.  I then added the lace frame from Tag-its #5 to the center followed by the wedding sentiment.  The small flower cluster image from the same set was added to the side.  I then stamped two flowers from Daydreamer on a scrap of Vintage Cream cardstock, cut them out and adhered them to the side of the frame.

Down
I stamped the stripes from Mat Stack 1 Collection on strips of Vintage Cream cardstock and added the to either side of the frame.  Small black rhinestones accent the sides of the frame.  It's hard to tell in these photos, but the black cardstock background was embossed with the Damask DDesigns Impression Plate.

Flower Trio Thank You Card
Now a little something using Flower Fusion.

Flowers
I stamped the stems in Spring Moss and then the solid flowers in Sweet Blush.  I discovered that the dandelion-style flowers from Daydreamer fit perfectly as their centers.  These were stamped in Hibiscus Burst.  I adhered epoxy stickers to the centers of the flowers for added detail.

Sentiment
The "thank you" sentiment from Think Big Favorites #5 was added underneath the flowers using Smokey Shadow ink.  I also added two lines of stitching with my sewing machine and finished the bottom edge with my pinking shears.

Ribbon detail
I needed to carry my color scheme a bit farther, s I created this little scrap of ribbon to coordinate.  I added the stripes to Vintage Cream Satin ribbon using Copic Markers.  The Spring Moss button was tied with Vintage Cream twine and adhered in place with a glue dot.

Down
A simple card that is kept interesting with a few unique details.

Little Things Card
This project pairs up some fun bright colors: Berry Sorbet, Summer Sunrise & Simply Chartreuse.

Focal
I die-cut Fillable Frames #10 from a strip of Berry Sorbet cardstock and stamped is with Polka Dot Basics using VersaMark ink.  After marking my place, I heat embossed the sentiment from Flower Fusion #5 onto my Kraft card base using White Filigree embossing powder.

Flower closeup
I die-cut the Flower Fusion #5 flower from white cardstock and then stamped it with the coordinating image in Summer Sunrise.  I punched out a 1/2" circle from Simply Chartreuse cardstock and stamped it with Background Basics: Gingham using VersaMark ink.  This was adhered to the center of the flower, competed with a single rhinestone.  I stamped the leaves on Simply Chartreuse cardstock, trimmed them out and adhered them under the edges of the flower.

Down
I die-cut the XL Rickrack border die from Summer Sunrise cardstock and adhered the strips to both the back and front edges of the card for an extra pop.

Congrats Card
This project showcases how you can use Flower Fusion #5 to create some incredible background paper!

Step 1
I filled my Vintage Cream cardstock with the solid flower image from the set using Aqua Mist ink.

Step 2
I then added the spiral flower with SImply Chartreuse ink in between each of those.

Finished pattern
Finally, I added the flower centers with Hawaiian Shores ink.  Isn't it gorgeous?!??

Flower closeup
This beautiful flower is from Daydreamer.  I stamped the stem in Simply Chartreuse ink and then added the flower.  It was inked with Aqua Mist and then the top edge was rolled in Hawaiian Shores ink.  "Congrats" from Think Big Favorites #5 was added in Hawaiian Shores.  I was able to pair this big sentiment with a line from Big & Bold Wishes.

String
The end of the sentiment strip was wrapped with black embroidery floss to help balance the black int eh sentiment.

Down
I love the way the background paper turned out for this project and I look forward to making more additional color combinations!

Discover Who You Are Card
Now for a few projects using Daydreamer.  I've always loved the ease of solid multi-step floral sets.  They make it so easy to incorporate different color combinations and fill lots of space.  This set does the job perfectly!

Sentiment
This sentiment from the set is one of my favorites.  I heat embossed it with White Filigree Embossing Powder to make it pop from the Royal Velvet card base.

Down
The stems and leaves were stamped in Ripe Avocado and the flowers in Elegant Eggplant (SU!) and Spring Rain.  After I completed the stamping, I ran the focal point through my Big shot with the Woodgrain Impression Plate.

Celebrate Today Card
Now for something with a bit of a softer side.  I die-cut Mat Stack 5 from Vintage Cream cardstock and stamped flowers from Daydreamer with Hibiscus Burst ink.  I then added the leaves using Spring Moss.  The Think Big Favorites #4 sentiment was added with True Black.

Down
I impressed the card front panel with the Damask Designs impression plate and adhered it to my card cover.  I then used two different black pens (Precision Pens from American Crafts) to draw a frame around the panel with a ruler.

Always Dreamed Card
Here I have mixed and matched several bright colors to build an entire scene with Daydreamer.

Flowers closeup
the grass and leaves were stamped in Simply Chartreuse.  The various flowers were added using Pure Poppy, Orange Zest, Summer Sunrise & Terracotta Tile.  I added yellow flock to the Summer Sunrise blooms for a fun texture.

Down
The sentiment was added int he corner with True Black and the entire focal point was adhered to a Pure Poppy card base.

Precious Gift Card
This project uses the modern-style dandelions to help frame the meaningful sentiment.

Flowers closeup
The stems and leaves were stamped in Spring Moss and the flowers in Raspberry Fizz.  A small rhinestone was added to the center of each flower for a little extra pop.  I trimmed the bottom edge with pinking shears and added a few lines of random stitching with my sewing machine.

Sentiment
The sentiment was added with Smokey Shadow ink.

Down
A very soft, pretty piece of art that will truly make someone's day!

Sorry I Forgot Card
For my last project today I thought I would use the new Vintage Picnic Basket die.

Die
I die-cut the basket from the Harvest Gold paper from the new Damask Designs paper pad and stamped the basket image using Smokey Shadow ink.  I then used the Harvest Gold Copic Trio to add just a bit more depth to the details of the basket.  I die-cut Kraft cardstock with an Angled Labels die and stamped the coordinating frame from Label Basics with Fresh Snow ink.  I marked where my basket would go with pencil and stamped the daisy filler image.  I colored the leaves & flower centers with Copics and used a white colored pencil to color in the petals.  I then stamped Background Basics: Newsprint over the colored image using VersaMark.

Focal closeup
The basket was adhered in place with foam dimensionals.

Sentiment
The sentiment (from Big & Bold Wishes) was added to a strip of Harvest Gold cardstock using Dark Chocolate ink.  I added an embossed line above and below with my Scor-buddy.  A bit of twine was tied around the end of the strip.  The bottom edge of the card front was finished with pinking shears.

What a sad place this world would be without flowers and how would we papercrafters function without them! I always think I don’t need any more flower stamps and then PTI brings out another beauty I can’t resist. Daydreamer flowers are so beautiful – already rivalling the gorgeous Pocket Silhouettes! On my list they go – with of course Tag-its, FF and Think Big. And when I saw the vases also fit on the tags, I have to have it too!

And, oh my gosh…that little picnic basket die is going to push me right over the edge! Vintage Picnic just went from “would be nice to have” to “must have soon!” territory!

I am so excited for this release. I make cards for OWH and I think the florals will be perfect all year. They are always asking for more general cards!
