I want to start out today by thanking all of the wonderful customers that have come out to celebrate our 4th anniversary with us! The response to the very first day of festivities was truly overwhelming and we are just thrilled to see so many people participating!
As I mentioned yesterday, the last few years have brought us much success, due partly to the fabulous team of people that surrounds and supports us. The stamp designers that contribute artwork to our product line each year definitely fall into that category and cannot go without mention!
I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to each of this talented ladies. They've also taken the time to each share a very special project with all of you, something you definitely will not want to miss!
First, a new contributor who you are actually already quite familiar with!
Maile Belles, who has been part of our design team for just over a year now, has dedicated herself to learning all of the complexities of stamp design! Her signature style found in her paper crafting projects is so unique, and you should look forward to seeing those exact traits carry over into her stamp designing as well! Maile's first set will be debuting in our March release, so be sure to keep an eye out for what is to come! We are so excited to have you on board, Maile and we wish you all the luck with your upcoming release!

Alli Miles has contributed some amazing artwork for this year and I know you will be pleased to have the opportunity to own more of her art! Alli has a way of mixing modern basics with whimsy that's second to none… she always impresses me with her ability to pair such opposing characteristics together. Her eye for design is such an amazing asset for us to tap into and we are looking forward to what the coming year holds for her! Thank you for all you do, Alli, despite the hardships and changes you have experienced lately! We appreciate you so much!

Beth Silaika is joining us for another year as well, with lots of exciting sets coming your way that touch upon her signature "doodle" style. Her stamps hold some of the biggest doses of personality in our collection, making it a joy to use her images. They really bring a project to life. It still amazes me that Beth can contribute as much as she does even with her "six-pack" to take care of at home. Thank you for joining us for another year, Beth! We are so thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you again this year!

Dawn McVey has been a heavy hitter when it comes to stamp design, since she began her journey with us over two years ago. I have a great respect for Dawn and her work ethic, her willingness to always go the extra mile, to make changes at the last minute, to work under pressure. Another attribute is the way she keeps a finger on the pulse of the stamping industry, anticipating what trends might be coming and thinking about how she can incorporate those into her designs. We are honored that Dawn has chosen to contribute her designs to us this year and we are looking forward to brining them all to you!

Heather Nichols is coming on board for another year as well and I couldn't possibly be more excited about what she will be presenting to all of you in 2011. Heather is so thorough with her design process, thinking about every detail, thinking about how the stamps will be used together, how they can coordinate with existing tools as well as images from other sets. This knack she has will be seen in several of the sets we will be introducing this year from her and I just know all of you will be so thrilled with what is to come from Heather! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Heather, for all you do!!!!
CLICK HERE to see the special project that Heather has created for you today!
Lisa Johnson has contributed some really unique designs for next year as well! One thing that Lisa brings to each of her sets is an amazing value. She utilizes every inch of space on the stamp sheet, thinking of small ways she can increase the versatility of a set. She analyzes and weighs the importance of each image and pairs that with it's importance to the set overall. It is sometimes easy to look at one of her sets and not realize the time and energy she puts into these characteristics, but I just wanted to let her know today that it is one of the traits that make her such a successful designer with us. Thank you for all you do, Lisa, as well as your dedication to excellence!

Melissa Bickford will be joining us in 2011 with several sets and a few series that will quickly climb to "must-have" status on your wish lists! I have a true love for the simplicity and basic designs that Melissa includes in her sets. Often times things can be used for things other than their original intention, which always one of the most fun things about stamping. Melissa really dedicated herself to her submissions this year and it shows. I am so looking forward to having the opportunity to work with some of her new sets, and I know you will be smitten with them as well as soon as you set eyes on 'em! Thank ou, thank you, thank you Melissa, for all you do and all you continue to do!!!!

Tiffany Pastor is geared up for another year of stamp releases and her designs have truly pushed the envelope this year. She has created a few sets that will really fill a void and bring some innovation into the Papertrey 2011 line-up. Her style is a little bit of modern paired with a little bit of vintage, which she pairs together like a perfect marriage. She is a passionate designer that has a lot to bring to the table and I am excited to work with her further this year. Thank you for everything, Tiffany! Your designs are like a breath of fresh air and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to continue working with you!
CLICK HERE to see the special project that Tiffany has created for you today!
Before I continue on, I thought I would also share that both Niki Estes & Becky Oehlers made the decision to not design any new submissions for 2011. However, we are hopeful that perhaps we might see some new contributions from them in 2012!
In the meantime, since the rest of the gals took this opportunity to share a special project wit you, I thought I would as well.
I created a fun little birthday card with an offset front cover and lots of sparkly glitter! You can just never go wrong with pairing up a birthday card with anything that sparkles!
I cut Hawaiian Shores cardstock with my Mat Stack 5 die and stamped it with the coordinating frame from Tiny Treats: Birthday using VersaMark ink.
The dots were punched out of Aqua Mist cardstock using 7/8" & 5/8" circle punches. I then ran the circles through my Xyron Sticker Maker to apply an even coat of adhesive to them and sprinkled them with Prisma Glitter. They are adhered randomly to the cover.
The focal point frame is adhered so it overlaps over the edge of the card cover, which was cut about 1" shorter than the back. A scrap of Aqua Mist Grosgrain Ribbon was added and wrapped around to the back to add a bit of texture.
Now that you've seen all of our special projects that we've designed for you today, you may be thinking that you don't recognize the focal points from anything in our current collection. That would be because the stamp designers have created a special FREE download containing nine tag images for you to use on projects to your heart's content!
CLICK HERE……>Download PTI Anniversary Tag Download<……
To use these, simply print them onto cardstock and you're good to go! If your printer tends to not accept cardstock well, you can go ahead and print the images on a matte photo paper or vellum and use the images that way. All nine of the images on the sheet will coordinate with a 1-3/4" circle punch or our Limitless Layers 1-3/4" Circle die Collection, making them easy to use and incorporate into almost any project!
There are two ways to be entered into today's contest where one randomly selected winner will be chosen. You can do one or the other for a chance to win, or do both to double your chances!
- Download and print the FREE images that we have provided above. Print them out from your computer and use one of them on a project
- Post your project on your blog, in your gallery or on any other photo-hosting site (such as photobucket or flickr).
- Add the direct link to your project on our Inlinkz list……>HERE<……
- You have until 7am EST, Monday, February 7th to add your link and qualify for the contest.
- Feel free to create more than one project, therefore allowing you to utilize more than one of the free images (we just know you won't be able to resist!) Each customer may add one link per project they create, not to exceed nine projects/links total (one per image provided in the download).
- And/or you can leave a comment here letting us know what kinds of stamp sets you might be looking for this year from Papertrey Ink.
- You have until 7am EST, Monday, February 7th to add your comment to this post and qualify for the contest. (Just click the small "comments" link in blue beside the date in the footer of this post)
You may be wondering what's up for grabs if you participate in today's contest. Well, it's something a bit different, more of an experience than a typical prize, but experts say that "experiences" make the best gifts!
The randomly selected winner that is chosen from the entries in this contest will win the opportunity to be our Guest Stamp Designer. This person will be able to help conceptualize a stamp set with me, allowing their "dream" stamp set to come to life!
The winner and I will exchange sketches and ideas while I physically design the stamp set that you've always wanted. And don't worry if you don't like to draw, I'll be handling that part! You just need to let me know what you would like to see included in the set!
The stamp set we create together will be released in May. The winner will receive one of the very first copies of the stamp set they helped to bring to life and be involved with creating projects for the countdown that month, if they choose!
This is an amazing opportunity and I look forward to working with the winner on this very special project!
- This contest will end at 7am EST, Monday, February 7th.
- Only one comment per person and/or up to nine links per person (for a total of up to ten entries per person)
- One randomly selected winner will be announced no later than noon EST that day on our February 2011 Release Winners Page.
Thank you for stopping by today and good luck to everyone on the contest! And we hope to see you back on day three of this fabulous 4th anniversary celebration! You won't want to miss our announcement tomorrow!
Stop by to visit Debbie Olson to see what she created for this challenge!

I’m no designer nor am I an artist. I’m a working mom who crafts to keep from going crazy. So I’m really hoping I don’t win this prize. But, my two cents: obviously most stamps and styles are geared toward women. I’d love to see more masculine stamps. Particularly some suitable for teen boys. Those seem to be the things missing from my stash when I make cards for Operation Write Home.
Looking forward to using the tags, thank you. Will have to be later. DH left today for a week with his folks so I’m solo with the kiddos. Yay for all sleeping in the big bed!!!!
Janelle says
I’m speechless… Not only will the winner get to work with you, Nichole, but also design a stamp set for PTI… Wow! You really do think of everything!
And, Congrats Maile! I love your style and can’t wait to see what you have in store for us.
sandygail says
Wow, what a wonderful opportunity for the winner…thank you so much for the chance to win this prize. I would love to see beachy type of seashells and shore birds and palm trees. Dies for the seashells and palm tree!
Marybeth L. says
Hi Nichole,I hope this is the right spot to tell what we would like to see more of. I would love to see more patriotic and religious stamps. I saw a bumper sticker that said ( life is fragile handle with prayer) just one example.
Take care
Thanks

Thanks for that free download, Nicole! What a great opportunity to design a stamp set with you. I would love to do that. I would love to see Postage Stamp set with Postmark stamps with coordinating dies and impression plates. Decorate the envelope and it would complete any handmade card or project. Thanks for the opportunity 🙂
Steph says
What an amazing price to offer! This would absolutely be my dream come true! I can’t wait to try the new tags in the morning! I think if I won, I would want to create either a button bits stamp set or perhaps a larger animal set similar to TT Birthday. Thanks so much for the chance to win! I have been staying up every night this past week just to read your blog.
DeAnna says

Christine Rogus says
What an amazing opportunity!! Soscary at the same time, because I might just draw a blank if I win!LOL Thanks Nichole for this amazing prize!!
Jenink says
What a unique prize- amazing.
I’m always on the lookout for great sentiment sets, but the cards I find I have the least in my stash but need often are cards for men- so I’d love to see fonts, patterns and images that would work great for masculine cards (birthday, thinking of you, thank you cards) that have that distinctive PTI twist. Tools, boats, sports just don’t do it for the guys I know!
LeAnn says
I am hoping for a new set of scriptures this year. I was thinking something along the lines of more whimsical and fun. Otherwise, I am always SO thrilled with each and every release. Honestly. I will find plenty to buy without trying to come up with something on my own. 🙂 I cannot wait to see who wins and what they come up with!!!
Laura Evangeline says
I would definitely love to see some masculine, patriotic, and LARGE image stamps.
Kristie Maynard says
What a fabulous opportunity for someone. Fun, fun, fun! Thanks for holding this contest and giving us a wonderful chance to be a ‘designer’
Sandra K says
Thanks for the download! I was looking at the breakdown of your card and trying to work out how I could copy the focal point – when I realised that you were sharing them with us!
I would love to see a stamp set just with sentiments for the inside of cards in some funky fonts.
Keva Brown says
My jaw literally fell open when I read this post. Guest Designer Opportunity? More free downloads? This is way too much! So awesome. Ok, so what kind of stamps would I like to see? I’d love to see a set that was perfectly masculine. A set for any guy. A set with plaids and paisleys. Lighthouses..jerseys..BBQ grills..golf clubs..just lots of “guy” stuff with corresponding sentiments. And not just funny sentiments, but genuine ones. Guys are so often overlooked in this arena and when they are thought of, it’s usually just wild animals that emerge as representations when guys are so much more multifaceted. Well, sometimes. 🙂
Kerri Michaud says
I would love to see a wedding set that contained more images. Maybe a gorgeous gown, a beautiful cake, a fabulous bouquet, etc. What a wonderful and exciting prize!
DebbieD says
The free download is fantastic and I can’t wait to use them. I would love to see a stamp set and die that includes little angel wings. I imagine the felt to cut out the wings would be heavenly.
Shelly Greybeck says
What a fun prize a lucky person (maybe ME) gets to win! I’ve always wanted to design my own stamp set, so maybe I’ll get the chance now 🙂
Ryann Salamon says
Wow! What an incredible opportunity for the winner! As for what I would love to see this year… I would love more background builders – houndstooth would be fun.
Marjorie Henseler says
Wow! What would I like to see? I love quotes, so maybe a set with great quotes. Or maybe something with a masculine motif? Or a great set of sentiments in a cool font and big size? Maybe something not holiday or occasion-specific, but useful for all kinds of purposes. Lots of possibilities – and it’s kind of scary to think of winning!
nancy jane says
This would be the experience of a lifetime. Wow.
Mary says
What an amazing prize! I would love something pet related or a set of awesome mittens for next holiday season. Oh I am feeling inspired!
Elizabeth S. says
What a wonderful opportunity for one lucky person! I know I would be honored but a little scared to win a prize like this. I love things antique and a wonderful set of cameos with different images including flowers and frames would be terrific. Thank so much for the free download!
GinnaG says
I love Papertrey Ink!!!

I would love to have a stamp set that incorporates scripture. Some that have hope and love and encouragement in them. Guess I better start figuring how which ones just in case I win… What a great prize and such an honor.
Lee says
This prize is such an exciting prospect. Keeping my fingers crossed. As I don’t really enjoy colouring in images, I would really love to see a Tiny Treats set with solid images or some of those images enlarged to make a Best Of Tiny Treats that can be used year round. Hope this makes sense…the possibilities are endless with PTI!
Kathy H says
Oh my goodness! If I had any talent at all I would so jump on the chance to win this ultimate treat of designing a stamp set with you, Nichole. But sadly, I cannot draw worth beans:( Some lucky winner is going to have the best time in the world!!! Happy Anniversary, Nichole. I am so very excited to see all the new projects from everyone.
Thank you for the pdf!
Natasha says
What a fun opportunity! I have always wanted to design a stamp set.
Some images I’d like to see- a vegetable themed set (like the fruit one), something that could be used for labelling and for cards. Although the home decor trend may be cooling off a bit, I would still love to see a Papertrey take on chandeliers. I just know it’d be amazing!
Gladys says
Loving the anniversary celebration so far! It’s amazing release! Can’t wait to see all the designers in action ! Loving all the creations! Thanks for the chance !
Rachel Arthurs says
What a great prize! I would love to see a stamp set with whimsical animals and coordinating sentiments.

What an amazing give away! As far as stamp set ideas. I cant get enough Christmas sets. They are my most favorite type of card to make. You always come up with amazing sets. Thanks for all your hard work.
Ann Cox says
I am SUPER excited to see what Maile has in store for us! Love, love, LOVE her work!
I’m hoping for some more girly/fashion type stamps similar to the dress form stamp. I’d also like to see another button bits set!
Priya says
Loving the anniversary celebrations. Thanks so much for the downloads.
I have a brand new teen boy at home and I find it difficult to do stamping projects for him. Most masculine stamps are geared towards adult men…there arent any funky-teen-boy-type stamps around at all. So I would love to see one designed by PTI. Another one that I’d like to see as a stamp set would be henna-style prints.
CamillaBK says
wow what a prize! sounds like fun 🙂
I would love to have a stamp set with face silouttes from you.
Theresa Tyree says
I just love that everyone’s a winner with the free digi download! And ANOTHER thing I love is a challenge to get crafty! Thank you so much Nichole and company!!!
Susie Nam says
Wow!!! Happy 4th anniversary PTI!! I would love to see more masculine stamps, ie. Ties, brief cases, etc. Also still looking for a good “this belongs to…” set for kids’ shirt tags and books, belongings. Would love to see it PTI style. Thanks for all the exciting news!!! Congrats Maile!!! Can’t wait to see what’s in store!!!
Ngan R. says
Oh my word, this is the least work I will do for a chance at such a tremendous prize. I was waiting for PTI to put out a doily set (looks like Dawn has that covered this release!). I will be on the look out this upcoming year for more retro, vintage, elegant stamps and know that I will be able to find some of all that good stuff through PTI!
Natasha Kara says
Are you serious? WOW! I cannot imagine a nicer prize. Thanks for the down loads, I look forward to playing 🙂
Nadine (wahinelei) says
Oh my what an amazing opportunity to be part of the great line up of PTI products!
I would love to see more Asian type of stamp sets with traditional Asian images and fonts. Im not able to find much selection in clear stamps that are elegant, classy, and timeless. I know PTI would do an amazing job designing a stamp set that would appeal to everyone!
Kathlyn Tyson says
Christmas stamps. My favorite stamps are Christmas trees.
Lisa J says
Absolutely amazing!! Sounds like FUN!!!

What an amazing and unique (and a little intimidating – but in a good way) prize! Can’t wait to download the tag set and start creating.

i would need more time to think of something that i’d like to see in a stamp set. however i do know that every month i think there couldn’t possibly be something else that i need, but amazingly every month you & your design team come up w/ must haves. thanks.
N Vines says
Wow, how amazing is this? My very own stamp set? I’ve designed several sets over and over in my head but who would have thunk it that it could be a reality. The design wheels are already spinning.
Janice says
This is such a fantastic idea! to allow one of US to be able to design a stamp set with YOU! i am just speechless reading this post LoL. If and i have to be very lucky to have this great opportunity i would love to come up with a stamp and die set as i absolutely love stamps that matches dies.

I consider myself a PTI junkie – can’t get enough of it and love everything produced. I’m always in awe at the creativity you ladies possess and can’t wait to see what you have in store for us this year. I’m still hoping Nichole releases a hydrangea flower and would love to see a set of sweet treats (various styles of desserts) and party animals!
S Fink says
What will you think of next to make us all giddy with joy?! I have been searching high and low for a nicely scaled houndstooth background stamp. I think I would want to design a “menswear” set of stamps – houndstooth, herringbone, suit plaid… with a masculine type font with popular sentiments – thank you, happy birthday, congratulations, … Just a nugget of a thought. Also some mat stamps to coordinate with a die, but instead of a circle, a square or diamond in the middle – more strong-looking than a circle.
Thank you for your generous free download – can’t wait to create with it!
Jaki says
What an amazing opportunity!!
I have no idea what stamp set I would like to see, I am amazed every month at the stamps the PTI designers come up with!!

I’d love to see more ideas and images for young boys as well as teens. I find that most everything I do is cute and girly. Love everything, keep it flowing!
Kathy McDonald says
Thank you for the wonderful downloadable tags! They will be fun to play with. And thank you, too, for the opportunity to enter this great contest. I would love to work with Nichole to create a stamp set, as long as I don’t have to draw! I would love to have a set with funny sentiments, or a set wtih friendship sentiments. Oh, the possibilities. . .
Mendi M says
Wow! This is so exciting!! I would love to see more Mat Stacks with coordinating stamp sets, more Tiny Treats sets maybe for Easter and adult birthdays, more masculine sets, teenage sets (especially boys!), some series similar to the Pure Innocence line by MFT and the availability to puchase the digital version of some of the image stamps sets to be able to create larger images to decorate gifts bags as well as smaller images to make tags with. Sorry my wish list is so long! But you asked, right?!! Thanks for the awesome chance to win!
katevdp says
What an unbelievable prize! Nerve wracking – but exciting non-the less. I love everything PTI, and know that you will again this fill some holes in my collection that I didn’t even know were there!! I’d like to see some more stamps geared towards boys – maybe transport themed? But most of all, I’d love to see a stamp of a stylised willow tree. So serene and peaceful.

I would like to see more stamp sets focusing on different children’s themes especially for boys, like jungle safari, monsters, or dinosaurs.
I would also like to see cultural themed sets which I do not find a lot of.
Thanks for a chance to win an opportunity to design with you!
Sherry in MI says
What a fab download. Thank you. I’m just
learning to “love” tags and these are
wonderful. As for stamp set ideas how about
some more religious holiday stamps…Easter
and Christmas, but with more of a religious
theme. And I’d love to see a stamp set with
rolled roses and accompanying dies. They’re
so big right now….you could even throw in
some stars, too, if you really wanted to.
Thanks again.
Shannon T says
Amazing designers joining PTI once again. I will be looking for scrapping type sets, unique journalling etc.
Jen Adcock says
I’d love more Big & Bold Wishes type sets without the little addons, just big, bold and beautiful sentiments in that gorgeous curvacious font you use. Alternately, I’d like a set that was a little bit more retro/vintage inspired: Old school images. Love. MInd you I’d be packing it if I actually won. *faints*
Joanna lee says
I think everyone’s dying to win this prize cos it’s so awesome!!! I had to put on my comment so I have that 1% chance of winning! Designing my own stamp set would be a dream come true!!!

Wow, this opportunity would be huge! I will try and participate with the link system but it just depends on my printer playing ball! As for what stamp set I’d like, well one of my PTI favourites is turning a new leaf and perhaps we could have turning a new leaf II!

I would love to see a stamp set of faux stitching. I love the look of sewing, but don’t like to drag my machine out every time I craft. Drawing the stitches is always an option, but a set of stamps would be even easier!!

Sara says
Wow Nichole, you’ve totally floored me once again with your generousity and openess with your customers. You are amazing and so are the rest of the DT. It was fun to read more about each of them here.
I’d have to think about it carefully if I were to win this prize, but some of the sets I would like to see would include more animals, like a fun set of fish for ‘just becuase’ or kids cards, or maybe even a scene bulding set. Like trees, houses, clouds, rows of flowers, etc.

I love all your stamp sets and only wish I could have them all…and I will…just don’t tell my hubby! I would love to see some more “retro” looking designs…maybe a large retro flower, that would be cool! I would also love to see more boy stamps. Something retro-ish there as well like a radio flyer type wagon and “old school book” type images.
SueB says
I would like to see a set with Bible verses and images to go with them. I already have some ideas for this. What an honor it would be to work with you, Nichole.
Lorena (Paperella) says
Oh my, that would be the perfect birthday gift as I was born in may! As for what I would want to see, well, you always know that even before I know what I would love to see, lol, I hope that makes sense!!! One of my always requested stamp sets is actually one with sentiments in Spanish and yes, I know there are alpha sets that allow me to stamp my own custom sentiments, and that I can also create them on my computer. But I REALLY want sentiments in spanish and ala PTI style ;D

Wow! what a prize I would like to see some a set including sentiments/pictures (perhaps vintage type pictures) for grandparents, older people. These could be for encouragement/hello, get well, Mothers/Fathers day and may be a couple of sympathy sentiments/pictures. All in a style older people would relate too. Thanks for the pdf, they are great, I even succeeded in resizing them to match my stampin’ up scalloped circle punch.

Sharon says
Thank you for the gorgeous tags today. I’ve already used one of them on a card.
I’d love to see more stamps that I can use in backgrounds or cut out as extra embellishments for added detail…they need to be several sizes of TINY e.g. little stars, hearts, buttons, flowers etc.
Also – more signature greetings (love them and can’t get enough of them)
Sheryl says
This is kind of scary…but an incredible opportunity for someone who is just a leisure time stamper. I would love to see a set for grandparents – Nana in particular.
Lori Campbell says
Wow! That’s exciting! As for today’s question…I would really love to see a pet lovers series with a stamp set for each type of pet (dogs, cats, rodents/ferrets, lizards/snakes, fish/aquariam, budgies/parrots, etc)! I love all animals but I have two little miniature dachshunds (aka wiener dogs) so the dog-lovers set would be my first purchase in the series!
Ramona West says
I have wanted an opportunity like this for so long. I always say, “I am a book of wealth.” Seriously, my mind papercrafts constantly and I spend a great deal of time in my studio. I wake up at night with ideas. I can’t wait to get home this afternoon and get in my flow! See you in my 9 creations!
Diane S. (momoffive) says
Wow! What an amazing prize! Thanks for the opportunity.
With having 4 sons, I always seem to be at a loss for making cards for them. They range in age from all-grown-up to still being a kid. I would be thrilled to have more masculine images and sentiments.
Jessica says
I have been daydreaming of winning all that PI product for 24 hours, since Nichole’s post yesterday. And now Nichole tells us this! Really, how am I supposed to still be a productive person when there is a possibility of being a part of PI and my brain keeps drifting away to visions of all my papercrafting fantasies coming true. Well onto the stamps…I really like my vintage labels set and how it coordinates it Nestabilities, so I would love more coordinating Nestabilities sets. I am smitten over any stamp set with a coordinating die.
Sue Plote says
What an awesome prize, and I would LOVE to be a guest stamp designer! In 2011, I’d love to see some vintage stamps – vintage looking typewriter, toaster, egg beater, shoes (men’s and women’s), baby bib, crib or gown…my head is spinning!!
Robin says

Lisa Bohler says

Andrea Scoville says
I would LOVE to see a peace related set. A cool peace sign in the shape of a heart – maybe with polka dots on it. The word Peace. Peace on Earth. Let there be peace on earth – and let it begin with me. A couple of whimsical peace signs – a christmas peace sign (with snowflakes on it).
What a dream it would be to help you design a stamp set. You and your whole design team are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Thank you for all of the inspiration!
Amy Gutknecht says
I would LOVE to see some of the Tiny Treats images blown out into larger, individual stamps. If there were dies and new mix-and-match sentiments too that would be AWESOME!
Animals in one set – the dog, the cat, the monkey, the hippo, etc. (even new animal options would be great!). Everyday items in a set – truck, tricycle, wagon, train, etc.
I love using images like these in my cards, but finding ones that are designed well is a challenge. I know the PTI versions would be just what I’ve been looking for!
Mary M. says
I’d like to see some large stamps for journaling that are framed images. I like to have large journaling spots for my scrapbook pages where I have plenty of room to write. Other companies have made framed journaling stamps but they are just not of the same quality as PTI.
Debbie Gaydos says
First, thank you so much for the free tag download! I can’t wait to get working on my project. 🙂 As for what kind of stamp set I would like to see – living in a house with 2 sons and a husband, I would love to see some wonderful images in that timeless PTI style that are of a masculine theme. My husband’s hubby is model trains, so maybe a train border, or a whole set devoted to the theme. Or a new scouting/camping/outdoorsy set. Thank you for the opportunity to enter for this amazing prize!!
cynthia karkut says
Wow what an incredible opportunity. It would so neat to work with you on a set. I would just come out of my skin if I won!!!!

Amy Kolling says
What an awesome prize….I mean the chance to design with non other than THE Nicole Heady?!!!! This question is actually hard…..what stamp set would I like to see that PTI hasn’t already done? Well, I love to use background stamps to create my own pattern papers. I would like to design a set with background builders with some beautiful sentiments and with your help Nicole, this would be a dream come true!
Edna Morrisedie says

Jennifer Delaurier says
Oh my God, oh my God! I am so excited about this! I have always been waiting to see if Papertrey would ever release a set dedicated to the kitchen, I am a chef and I love to make food for people, so I would love to see a set revolving around kitchen gear, utensils, that sort of thing. And to be able to help designing it…swoon! Thanks for the great opportunity!
Lisa V. says

sara m says
Day2 is just as good as yesterday’s prize in my opinion….wow! Thank you for a chance to win : )
Donna de Peyster says
I have to choose 1 stamp set I’d love to see designed? Not possible! I’d like to see something based on dolls – think rag dolls, baby dolls and the like. I’d also like to see a set based on travel and one on knitting and crochet. How about another with cookie jars? What about one just for kids with easy images for them to color? Or boats and fishing? OK – I’ll stop now.
janet mack says
More Friendship Jar Fillers. I have a ton of ideas unless Mish thought of them first.
Also sentiments. Maybe ones that you can piece together.
P.S. Thanks for the download.
Maureen D. says
What an amazing prize! The opportunity to create my own stamp set is a daunting thought, but an absolutely exciting one. I am looking forward to the rest of this anniversary party!!
Jessica says
Wow, this one is exciting! I’d love to see a stamp set geared towards boys–boy stuff, or maybe a combo of boy/girl (kids stuff)–trucks, or truck parts to make different trucks/cars, princess crowns and dresses, dollies, etc… for the kids in our lives!
Leslie E says
Thanks for the download designs. I’m looking forward to playing with them. I always enjoy seeing the new stamp sets. I love the mat stack die series and can’t wait to see more. I’d really also like to see a vintage labels set.
Suzanne says
Now THIS is a prize that would be a dream come true. I would lobe to brainstorm a masculine set geared for teens or guys. A set that isn’t distressed or aimed at the outdoorsy type of guy. Just something clean and modern.
Danielle says
What an amazing prize! Really a dream come true. As far as what I’m looking for – everything!
Kathleen says
So excited that so many of your designers are back! I love so much of their work! This year I’d love to see a set geared toward tween and teen aged boys—girls, too, actually. Since birthday parties continue to be a big part of our lives, as my son gets older, I’d love to see more sets actually geared to that age group. I can’t wait to play this afternoon—gotta get to church! Congrats on this 4th Anniversary!
Cathy says
Papertrey continues to amaze with amazing images and designs.

Joan says
OMG! I can’t believe that another year has passed. Last year I participate in all the challenges and had a great time. During 2010 I became a total PTIHOLIC!! I love your stamps and dies and all the great cards of the design team. I would like a masculine tag set with cars, tools, BBQ’s and lots of masculine images and quotes. I know you can come up with something so wonderful….. ahhhh…sight 😉 I can see all the little circles with cute images….. Thanks for all the things you do to offer us great products to help us survive in this crazy crazy world.
XOXO, Joan
Barbra says
Gosh, you all do such a great job bringing new stamp ideas that it is hard to try and think of something that I would like to add. I suppose it would have to be something to do with music. As I am a singer I would love a neat set with some microphones. Perhaps a jukebox?! Very exciting release this month! Keep it coming! Thank for this fabulous chance to win!
Marica G. says
Another amazing announcement! Love the tags created by the uber-talented designers for PTI! The opportunity to help design a stamp set?!?! Awesome!!

Sue in Grapevine says
Wow! What a fun & scary opportunity to think about – designing a stamp set?
I would like to see a western-themed stamp set – not too juvenile – w/a nice cowboy boot, tag images w/rope borders, bandanna print, cowboy hat, etc.
Also, thanks for the download.
Jessica C. says
I would like to see more stamps that are good for little boys, middle-sized boys, grown men. It’s a difficult area, and I have 5 boys — so that means lots of boy birthday parties that I need cards for.
Kara says
I look forward to the stamp sets that Maile will be designing. I love her clean and simple style that always has an element of inniovation!!

stephanie says
gee, i would like to see birds – cute and simple. owls would be great. and sewing types would be terrific.
Heather Mills says
What an incredibly intimidating yet awesome prize! Sets I would like to see are some with animals (cats, dogs, bears, etc), maybe a small version of the year of the flower sets, and as has all ready been mentioned, something masculine. But you all do such fabulous work, whatever you come up with is amazing and “must have”!
Cyndie says
Wow, what a wonderful and unique opportunity! To die for! I have a few ideas for sets. For one, I am always in need of more sentiments for all occasions, both for inside and outside cards, maybe with a touch of humor. I find myself using the same ones a lot! Then how about a set that looks like stained glass windows? That would give folks that like to color plenty of opportunity. I would love a set for trees with matching dies, and speaking of dies, how about a set of bows and ribbons with matching dies. I’m just brainstorming here, but I keep coming up with stuff! Call me! (kidding…well, maybe not!)
Jennifer bradley says
First of all I love the sets you design to use with buttons and the “bitty” sets (valentine, Halloween, Christmas and birthday). I would love to see either one of these sets designed for either sea life, pets, sports or babies ( I know you already have a button set for the last one). Thanks for the opportunity to design with you!
Lara Carson says
this is awesome! I would love to see one stamp set that had little sentiments for the inside of cards that was perfect for different occasions. Not just the standard “Happy Birthday” or “Thinking of you” but something like: from someone who cares or wanting to make you smile…it is hard to put things on the inside that goes with the outside of the card without buying individual stamps.
JenGallacher says
I’m always looking for cool background stamps. 🙂
Laura M says
What a lovely opportunity! I would love some more big sentiments(especially for birthday and thank you) perhaps with block letters. I would probably love coordinating flourishes for the sentiments or letters with shadows of flowers built into them. Those are definitely things I feel I am always up for buying, and it would be an honor to help create with you all.
Renee Sendelbach says
What a great prize!
I would like to see more sentiments in all different fonts (maybe even Dawn’s handwritting) for the inside of the cards.
Male stuff – well, it might be that I just have a hard time creating cards are males – my poor hubby has expected he will get frilly cards.
Danielle Daws says
Wow! What a brilliant prize! I’d love to see a masculine set. 🙂
Anika says
So excited to see what Maile has to add to the PTI stamp mix!! What an amazing prize! Looks like I have some crafting to do before the Super Bowl!
tuffigirl says
Goodness what an exciting preview !!!! I’m ALWAYS looking for more tags and I’m sure PTI won’t disappoint… you never do !!!
Rebecca Deeprose says
I love the concept of this ‘challenge’ and prize. I’m looking for word phrases that are from the heart without being maudlin or sticky-sweet. Genuine and heartfelt would best describe what I want. Phrases intended for the inside of a card are the hardest to find.
Thanks,
Rebecca Deeprose
Carol Weatherspoon says
Wow this is one AWESOME prize! Just having the opportunity to work with you would be worth it’s weight in gold! I’m not the most creative person in the world but I’m sure brainstorming with you would be quite the experience! I would love to win this prize.
Jude says
What a wonderful contest! Thank you for offering this.
I would enjoy seeing a set to use for thank you cards for volunteers – school, church, community. “Regular” thank you sets work OK, but something more specific to the time and service that dedicated volunteers give would be great.
Jennifer Ferrell says
One stamp that I would like to see is a quote from the movie Lemony Snicket’s A Series Of Unfortunate Events. “What may seem to be a series of unfortunate events, may infact be the first steps of a journey.”
Pehaps the sentiment with footprints. Then maybe the poem Footprints. It could be a big background stamp. Speaking of background stamps I’d love to have one that tells the whole “Twas The Night Before Christmas”
Kind regards,
Jennifer Ferrell
Maureen L says
This is amazing … another win-win with the download and prize opportunity (intimidating as it might seem 🙂
I love grafiti so would love to see a PTI styled grafiti set

Wow. Very great prize today! In the next year, I would like to see stamp sets that coordinate with the tag dies, geometric background builders and more sentiments that work for cards & scrapbooking…
Renee Lynch says
Thank you so much for these gorgeous tags!
I love them and have been putting them to use…
would LOVE to win this AMAZING prize!
But I think whoever does win…
they’re going to discover it’s not as easy as we sometimes think it is.
PTI has the best…
and that’s why it looks so easy!

Megan LaBelle says
I’ve always hoped to see a sweet dog set in the amazing PTI style – fingers crossed!
Jen Carter says
What a super fun prize!! I have several ideas for stamp sets but the one that I think would be super fun is an ice cream cone building set! I would love a larger scaled ice cream set with a regular ice cream cone, a waffle cone, a single dip, and then another scoop that you could layer on top of that, a drip of ice cream melting off the cone, a sundae bowl with scoops to go inside, a cherry, etc…you get the idea!! 🙂 I would also love to see another Scripture verse set! Thank you so much for this chance to win!! I am such a super huge fan of PTI and I LOVE how you execute all of your products…no other company does it better!
Charlene says
I would love to see a set with Scripture verses that encourage and offer sympathy. Happy Anniversary Nicole and team! Thanks for the inspiration!
Kate says
What a fabulous opportunity! I would love to work with you on a sympathy stamp set – especially if you are doing all the drawing!!
Stephanie says
WOW. What an awesome prize. I don’t even know what to say. I saw your post last night and was dreaming about stamp sets that I might create. I think for the new year I hope to increase the variety of stamps. I would love another Hanukkah stamp set and would also love a patriotic or another 4th of July themed set. Perhaps an american flag jar filler would be fun. I would also love some sets with animals- I love any stamps with cute animals and fun matching sentiments.
Carol R says
Wow. I’m in awe of what this Team and Company has done for us and continues to provide for our pleasure in creating. Thank you for the images! So what would I like to see for a new stamp set? I’d like a set with cute dog and cat images. Playful poses. Cute cuddly ones. Sentiments to match too. OH, and second set would be one with everything to do with Chocolate! With such a snowy day today, I’m off to use those new images!
Kristie says
Oh I love the tags! Can’t wait to make something with them 🙂
Thanks for the opportunity to win such a cool prize. I would love to see more pet/animal themed sets.
S. Gold says
Thanks for the opportunity to win this absolutely amazing prize. I can’t wait to play with the tags. I am a little unsure as to how to print them- I have never used a digital stamp. I’m not sure if my printer can handle cardstock. I will try though! I can’t wait to see what everyone creates- the projects yesterday were absolutely wonderful. I would love to see a sweet set with candy and cakes and perhaps a small gum drop machine etc.
Cathy says
Sure would be fun to design a stamp set. I would want something vintage. I love that you just came out with more birthday themed sets–your older birthday set is my most used PTI set. A travel themed set would be awesome as well.
Lauren says
My oh my!!!! What a DREAM COME TRUE that would be to work with you side by side to create a stamp set!!!! I am OVER THE MOON about this idea!!! Thank you so much for this opportunity!!
♥Wendi says
I ♥ Papertrey! It just keeps getting better and better! I would love to see some more sports inspirational quotes. I would also LOVE to see more inserts/words for the tickets. I use mine constantly and need more more more!! Thanks for another chance to win. My fingers and toes are crossed!
Cindy Lee says
Ooohh! Wouldn’t it be fabulous to win this! To actually have one of the many ideas bouncing around in my head come to fruition!! Wow, the best prize ever! As far as designs for this year, more of the same, clean, graphic and fun designs!! Thanks for the chance to win!!!
Katie Gehring says
Oh my- what a tremendous opportunity! My suggestions for future PTI stamps sets would be a set geared towards young boys and teen boys- with two young nephews, it’s sometimes a challenge to create cards for them that are appropriately boy-ish, but not too grown up. Looking forward to completing all my housework today so I can play with the tags- thanks again for the inspiration and the opportunity!
Cindy O says
OMG! This is the prize of a lifetime. Love your designs. So creative and versatile. Happy Anniversary … here’s to many more.
Ginny Schleich says
What do I want to see in stamps this year??? You and your design team are so awesome in coming up with new designs. Just when I think “this month is so awesome! How can they top this?” You do! I look forward to every month to see what you and the team have come up with. I know that whatever you do, will be amazing.
Barb W says
Wow, this is only the second day and …. how are you going to continue and top what is already up for prizes? I have three suggestions for stamp sets. A Stamp set for boys/men, college kids and military. It is so hard to come up with a birthday card/thinking of you etc for men. My uncle (age 80, widowed, retired Col. from the Army) uses lots thank you cards/notes and asked what I could make for him. It wasn’t an easy task for me. Also, college kids. They are that in between age that they are to old for those juvenile stamp sets but flowers can be boring also. All college kids LOVE to get mail, I know, I have two in college right now, but coming up with new ideas that simple and easy is another task. I as recently asked to make 3 different Retirement cards. This gals brother was retiring from the Navy and she wanted my cards for her family, her Mom and her sister to give him. I lost sleep over this one. Happy Anniversary PTI – I know you gals will keep us busy this year!
Shauna says
I would love to see more scripture stamps! but honestly, anything PTI works for me 😉 hehe- off to play with these amazing tags! Thank You!!!
Stampin Pam says
An amazing opportunity to design a stamp set of my choice! SO many things to think about but meantime thank you for the fun tags! They’ll be a great addition to my collection of PTI goodies.
Margaret Peltier says
The download is awesome as well as all the designers projects that e shared – what a wonderful opportunity to be able to create a stamp set and be a guest designer – congrats on 4 years may there be many more!
Donelda says
Oh wow, how exciting! I can’t wait to start creating with these tags and I’m thrilled to see Maile in the line up and know she will bring some fantastic stamp designs in the coming year. I would love to see a stamp set or even a series that focus on the guys in our life. I know this gets requested a lot … but it tends to be one area that has the least representation. So, some specific ideas … rock star with guitars and stuff, video gamer stuff, camping stuff with tents and marshmallows, skiing and snowboarding images, and skateboarding stuff. All of these are specifically connected to my son and his buddies which would make it easier to create birthday cards, valentine cards, halloween cards, etc for them. Mmmmm, maybe if I win the contest, this could be the focus of my design input!! 🙂 Thanks for the chance!!
Leigh Ann Baird says
Yikes, what a prize! I’m looking forward to more stamps and matching dies this year!
Eveline van Heijst says
Thanks for the download. I’m off to make a card. Trouble is, I like all the images. Hard to pick one to start with.
Winning would be awesome.
Eveline.
Jennifer Ferrell says
I’d love to see some stamps that could coordinate with Spellbinders Labels Sixteen. Something like Vintage Labels.
I’d love to see a heart to coordinate with background basics Woodgrain. It could say “me + you” as if it were carved into wood. I’d also love to see more masculine stamps sets. Pocket watches, gears, golf, tools and a trophy. Something to coordinate with fillable Frames #10, Love Potion no.9 and Poison.
Kind regards,
Jennifer Ferrell
Karen says
Wow that would be amazing just to talk with you and how you get your inspiration! I love the mat stack dies and coordinating stamps. I would love to see a continuation of something like that, maybe centered around homemade gifts (not just food but maybe spa items, etc). It would be a great addition to the Make N Take section to have not only the great packaging but recipes/ideas to go along with it.
Connie Pruitt says
I love flowers so anything floral.
Keisha says
Wow, this prize is amazing!! What a fantastic experience this would be!! This year I as thinking that I would like a stamp set that you can use to thank the special people in your life, like a Tiny Treat kind of thing for people of different occupations (firefighters, nurses, etc.). Also I think it would be great to have more stamp sets that could crossover into scrapbooking as well as card-making. Just some thoughts! 🙂
Michelle H in IL says
What a truly amazing opportunity to work with you!!! The digi tag set is so much fun. I can’t wait to see what everyone has in store for 2011! I know my wallet is in serious trouble. LOL!
Patsy in Idaho says
I love stamp sets that can be incorporated into many project – cards, scrapebook pages, home decor, notebooks. I have two teen daughters and I’d love to see a set geared toward their age group. Nothing too cutsie, something hip and fun with a touch of classy.
Kristin says
Wow… to design a set is incredibly scary. But the opportunity to work with you would be so exciting! Sets that I think I would like to see would be those with versatility: Wreath for All Seasons is a great example and the Mat Stack Series is another. I can keep those *out* and use something from those sets for what I want: baby, get well, sympathy, birthday, just because, etc.
Katie M says
Maybe more button bits? I would also love to see a Papertrey nativity set and other religious offerings.
Carol Kennedy says
What an inspirational opportunity! Papertrey is all about creativity and fun… what a fantastic prize. I’d be amazingly honored to have such an experience to be guest as part of your team!

Patti Gingrich says
Thanks for the download and the great project ideas from the designers! This is an amazing prize offering!!! I’m still looking for a stamp set that suites my husband. He loves history and politics.
Stampnurse says
Wow, what a wonderful idea. My idea for a stamp set is something elegant with words of encouragement for someone who isn’t going to get better but we still want to wish them a good day and think of the good things. They are so hard to find. Thanks for opportunity.

If I should win, I really would have to put some thought into what I would like in a set of new stamps. I’m sure I could come up with something and the experience would be amazing. I just love all of your talents and I can’t help but think that you must really LOVE what you are so fortunate to do together. It’s like having fun at work. OH….I know it is work too….but at least it is a work of love!

Thanks to all the designers for the great download!
Bonnie says
The type of stamp set I would love to see in 2011, would be something for the guys in our lives, I know you have a few already ( I grabbed them as soon as they were released), but I would love to see more, it is really hard to find stamps sets geared to those wonderful men we love so much, and creating cards for them is always such a challenge too. I know your wonderful design team could knock it out of the park.
Thanks for the free Download !!!
Barb says
I’d like to see a set with herbs. Thanks for all the new fun ideas.

Would love to have the chance to add my creative juices into the mix.

Sharron Gregory says
Wow, Nicole–what an totally awesome prize! I love all the images created by the designers. Thanks so much for this added gift. PTI Anniversary Releases are just the best! As far as stamp set ideas, I would like one with a chocolate theme. Don’t we all love chocolate! And there are two I have especially been wanting. A set with postage stamps in several sizes. There are so many possibilities for images and companion stamps–even plain ones so we could use images from existing sets (just think TT!). Oh, and don’t forget the dies!! I also like the idea of a set emphasizing time–clocks, cool sentiments and maybe even a whimsical Alice in Wonderland rabbit. Both of these could so easily be used for masculine cards and for children too!
Kim FAucher says
wow, the opportunities you provide to creative people is just amazing!
I always love how you incorporate the different sets in new sizes, fonts and how they all coordinate with one another.. countless possibilities!

Heather J. says
What an exciting opportunity 🙂 I can’t wait to see the new stamp sets from all the designers – and a big welcome to Maile.
Andrea Varona says
I would love to see stamp sets that build on stamps or dies I already own. Working full-time doesn’t allow me lots of time to stamp so any set that leans toward being quick and simple, but yet looks like lots of time was spent on it is a win in my book. As an aside note I love that you are going back and re-visiting old stamp sets. Not only does that make good business sense for you it also gives me new ideas on how to use sets I have in my stash. Thanks.
Audrey T. says
Oh what I would give to win this prize! It would be an amazing experience for sure! I love the adorable tags… can’t wait to get started on my projects! 🙂
Steph says
Oh Nichole………..the thought of a stamp set based on my ideas makes my heart go pitter patter! Because my head is constantly spinning, I already have several ideas for a stamp set. I frequently share them on the forum. I don’t want to spill everything, but I will say that they are mostly geared towards the males in our lives. I also love any kind of tag, label, or frame and have a few ideas for those as well. Thanks for the opportunity!
Stacy W. says
I would love to see some stamps for older children, especially boys. The ages 7-14. I struggle at times with what’s too young, too old. Video games, skate boards, bikes…I would also love to see more scrapbooking type images. Journaling squares and circles, dates. Family tradtion stamps would be cool too. Like road trips, movie night, roller skating night, parks, boating, camping, swimming, amusement parks, No matter what you create this year I know we will all love them! Thanks and now I need to get to those downloads! So glad I have something to do during Super bowl now 😉

Tanya says
This would be so wonderful!!! My daughter is getting to a certain age that it is a little hard for me to stamp for her and her room. lately we have been re-deoorating her room and I have been having her draw different things. The little things these kids love right now 🙂
Thanks for a chance to win such an awesome opportunity.
Denise says
Thank you for the free gift. You and your design team are so very talented I second what another person has already asked for, a stamp set with pets and sentiments. Our dog passed away on New Years Day and I know how much we have appreciated notes and cards from family and friends.
Mindy Waters says
This anniversary celebration is so much fun already!!! Thanks Nichole for organizing all of these festivities 🙂
I would like to see more fun stamp sets that have images that coordinate with sentiments such as in the way this works in your Honey Bees stamp set. This set works so well for card making, because the sentiments match the images and I just love the fun font!!! Keep ’em coming 🙂

I need a minute…to pick my jaw up from the ground! Okay this prize is out of control! To say designing a set is a dream of mine is a HUGE understatement…this prize has no cash value because its priceless! Whoever wins this prize is the luckiest gal in the whole crafty world!
Colleen says
What an amazing opportunity it would be to work with Nichole in any capacity. It takes my breath away to imagine it!
As for new stamps sets I would love to see:
1) a beach themed set with realistic looking shells, palm trees, sand, ski boat, sea oats, waves, etc. and sentiments or quotes about the sea. They make great masculine cards.
2) sentiments using a plural pronoun (more appropriate for a couple to send) ie. “you are in OUR thoughts” or “You make US smile”
3) more inside sentiments
Mel Tallman says
What an amazing opportunity. Oh the possibilities!!!!
Cyndi says
What an incredible opportunity and prize this is, Nicole! Equally as amazing as the prize, is the opportunity to pass along my idea for a future stamp set–I’m loving it!!! So here goes–I would love to see an inspirational stamp set, made up entirely of inspirational sayings. Not the cliche’ sayings like “If life gives you lemons; make lemonade”, but sentiments that get at the heart of everyday issues. Just as important as the sayings included, is the desire to have each saying be designed two ways–one way for portrait oriented cards by having the sentiment be in two or three short lines; and one way for landscape oriented cards by having the sentiment be in one long line–or a “one liner” if you will. This set could give so much bang for the buck in that the expressions could be used for any number of situations/occasions, plus each expression could be used for either portrait or landscape orientations. I would be in heaven with a set like this, and thanks again for allowing me the opportunity to pass along my dream stamp set.
Sandra Korten says
This is an unique prize to win!! Wow!!! A dream come true.

wow! just to be given a chance to think about a set i would design is too fun to even imagine! there are two sets that i have envisioned…one a set to design birthday cards and what not for boys in the six to twelve age range and another with sort of kitschy holiday sayings along the lines of ‘riding by with a valentine hi’ or something to that effect.
Meghan says
This is actually a pretty scary prize. I think the pressure to create something Papertrey-worthy would be immense but so exhilarating!
Tabby A. says
Fun, fun, fun! I would like to see some more sets geared toward masculine cards. I always have a hard time with the guy cards!
Helen says
Thank you for the free downloads!
I would like to see more stamps geared for scrapbooking. I was a scrapper first before a card maker. I know that lots of the sets lend themselves easily to scrapping, but I’d like to see more. 🙂 I like the It’s Official set, and the Library card set. I also like the background sets for scrapping.
What a wonderful idea for a prize!
Deb says
I have been so happy with the Mini Scrapbook Series by Heather Nichols this year and would love to see it grow. I was first a scrapbooker, then card maker so this has been wonderful. I am always looking for stamps and tools that are versatile for both.
irene says
Love the free download, thanks a lot. Bye Irene
Cindy Otto says
What a great opportunity! Since I’m a vintage gal, I would love to see more vintage sets, like, aprons, baking supplies (sifter, cookie cutters, measuring cups, mixing bowls, old game boards, doilies, lace, hankies, “gingerbread” wooden cutouts, old sewing machine table, hoosier cabinet, spinning wheel, and silhouettes of children. I think it would be neat to have patterned paper with vintage embroidery, flowery 50’s patterns, and calicos, too. I’m just old fashioned, I guess. Keep up the great work.
Kristi Yanta says
My first time commenting, and what a prize!!? Love PTI! Would be thrilled to see more masculine-themed stamps in 2011 (I’m a mom of 3 boys), as well as some Asian-inspired ones (I’m of Korean descent).

Maybe some vintage looking stamp sets or different animals, I love dogs. Different dog breeds or handstamped by me and my dog stamps. Hopefully that helps. I will keep trying to think of more ideas. Congrats again.
Chris says

I really liked the Year of Flowers and hope to see some similar releases this year. Love backgrounds and larger images/tags that can be used as focal points on cards (with dies to match!)
DooDuhh says
OH MY!!!!! What a dream come true for the winner!!! Unfortunately I do not have a computer that will accept photos, so I will have to comment – for now. I would like to see images of old fashioned toys/games – like the pinwheels on the free download. Yes, I am an old-timer, but these inspire warm comforting feelings – jacks, tiddly winks, pick-up sticks, cat’s cradle, etc. with uplifting, inspiring sents. Another idea would be a set of backgrounds for the banner dies – kinda fun! Nichole, you are a wonderfully humble, grateful, generous, amazing lady!!! We are all blessed by having you in our lives as well as your design team in our lives too!!! Loves & Hugs
Kris says
You certainly have been filling the niches in my stamp collection this year! I find myself looking for apron stamps as of late…surely PTI is “cooking” up something along those lines in the near future!

Laurie Hunt says
Thank you for the digi stamps, can’t wait to use them. Stamps in the coming year, hmmm. That is always a tough question. I know that I am stretching into some mixed media work and vintage images are calling to me more and more. That is all that i can think of how bad is that.
Terry says

leish says
OoOh, I’m so excited for this prize!!! I would love to see more masculine stamps…but…not vintage-y or too mature-y. I’d love to see some boy-ish stamps like trains, monsters, robots. I’m thinking something along the “tiny treats” type, but BIGGER with lots of areas to play with copics! And, sentiments in fonts that go along with them.

Another fabulous prize offer from PTI ~ thank you! What a great prize and I am loving the downloads you are providing each day. I’m looking for more stamp designs for the guys I make cards for. I’m thinking sports, grilling, tools and maybe even ties, jerseys (which you could customize to team with colors) and briefcases. On the other end of the spectrum, I tend to make fashion focused cards, so I’d love to see a set of dresses, hats, purses and shoes to mix and match (maybe some coordinating dies too!!) Thanks for the wonderful anniversary contests -they’re great!
Summer Braxton says

Bonnie Sharp says
I would love to see stamps sets that convey the love between a grandparent and grandchild. I know that I can’t get enough of my grandchildren and I treasured the few cards I received when they were born! Great idea huh??!! lol!
Deannavanzee says
Thank you for the free downloads. I am just getting into scrapbooking, and I started out with a love for card making. It is quick and gives me practice to get good before I start putting my skills with my favorite pictures. This year I still want to endour card making. I love the designs that can be layered, and have quoted that are great for card making. Multi uses is a great seller for me as a beginer. I know this sounds crazy, but what about stamp sets that are designed to go along with cricut cartridges? I know alot of people here are avid stampers, but the cricut is actually what brought me here, I wouldnt have started this passion previously with out someone putting that lil bug in my ear. So if there was a stamp set that coordinated with some Cricut cartridges I would be really interested in them. Just a random thought from a rookie, please be nice to me for that. Its was not meant to downplay the value of a beautiful stamp set. Thanks
DeAnna 🙂
Theresia says

Here I sit, blown away by the fantastic prize offered and the generous gift of the fab download. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Dawn and Lisa, your projects with the download really put a smile on my face. I am crazy for those vivid color choices. As for what I would like to see in future stamp sets, I echo one of the previous commenters in that I would love more options for masculine cards. I also love the idea of adding to the patriotic themed sets. I sometimes make cards for the Thank a Solider program. And there you have my thoughts on the subject. Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work!

Thanks for the chance to win and what a cool prize! I am looking forward to some great new colours and neutrals plus some modern stamp sets with fun new images and sentiments. Happy anniversary!
Kimberli Sarsfield says
Wow, what an awesome idea! Since you guys always always hit it out of the ballpark with every release so that I am never at a loss for a great die/stamp set, it’s hard to find a new idea but if I had to suggest one: maybe a border builder stamp set where the images build on each other. The FF and the Mat Stack collection are amazing and so versatile, so maybe something with a different shape?
Karen B. says
What an exciting prize1 It would be awesome to work with you, Nichole, you are so talented! I have been wanting a doily stamp set, but it looks like one may be coming out soon in this new release. I will be watching for it…

I think this year it would be great to see more stamp sets directed towards scrapbookers. I love to make cards, but I am much more dedicated to my scrapbooking, and would love to find new images to incorporate into my 12×12 pages. Larger fonts, words, etc would be fantastic!

This is the best anniversary party ever…and it’s not even done yet!!!
Something I would like to see PTI do as a stamp set is those little journaling tags I see on scrap pages that are small enough to add directly to the photo. …and would like to see a large handwritten font days of the week and months of the year! Would be a great stamp directly to photos too!
Margo says
Thanks for the download. They are sooo cute. I’m torn between wanting a ticket that has lots of options (birthday wish, party, health, hugs etc.) and a beautiful rocking chair with accessories and wishes
freckleface says
WOW, another amazing prize. Would be such a great experience to play just a little part in designing a stamp set for Papertrey!! So annoyed that our printer has chosen this week to go on strike so I can’t join in with the free download!! Thanks for giving us two ways of entering the contests! I am really into tags at the moment so would definitely like more tag stamps to create wonderful focal points!
Susan Bennett says
Thanks for the free download – in 2011, I would like to see more sets geared towards the regular scrapbooker – lots of sentiments, please.
veronica says
i am always interested in flowers and leaves. but what i would love is more of the backgrounds for the mat stacks. i see that you will have a new one released this month, but i think it would be great if you had a small set like the Fillable Frames, maybe just with 2 backgrounds, and a couple phrases.
Cathy Weber says
I have actually had this dream before. We here on the forum feel like you are our personal friend and you will never know how often we dream about crafting with you! What a wonderful experience this will be for the lucky winner.
SmilynStef says
So fun to see each designers style combined together on one page of fabulous downloads … I would love a set of stamps that provide encouragement for those battling difficult diseases like Cancer or MS … get well doesn’t really do it, and thinking of you seems too generic. Thanks for all of the great designs & ideas.
Sandy Kay says
What a fabulous opportunity! I’m going to start dreaming now! Thanks for the freebie download – got mine printed out and colored the ones that were not already. Now to carve out some time to create!

And as for the prize – OMG!!!! Yesterday’s was just fantastic, but today’s is out o fthis world. What a fabulous prize for one extremely lucky winner!
Rachel H. says
What a fun prize! I would love to have this opportunity! As far as ideas for stamp sets, I’d enjoy a complementary set to the all booked up set, geared for children and the way they read – perhaps with popular children’s books as themes? And I love the pinwheel on Maile’s tag – a stamp set of pinwheels would be so wonderful!

WOW! what an amazing prize package! I couldn’t even imagine designing a stamp set…let alone with Nicole for PTI! The one set that I could use, and I already see a lot of requests in the comment section asking for, would be for men/boys! My husband said Classic Cars with trivia about the cars would be a great set. I think this is a good suggestion also dies to match..like the VW bug you offer already. Thanks for the free downloads..I Love them!
Darla says
Wow! Thanks so much for the fun contest! What a fantastic chance for some lucky stamper!
Gail says
I would like to see a stamp set that’s very vintage with a little girl and boy all dressed in play clothes, maybe a little wagon, ball, tricycle, lemonade stand, etc. It would be a nice set to have for making childrens cards but could also be used to make general blank cards for anyone. It would be so exciting to get picked.
Michelle S. (abzzymom) says
Just the chance to chat with Nichole would be great. To work with her would be an amazing experience! What a fabulous prize!
Beverly LoPinto says
I love the downloads, but actually am having trouble getting them to print in black–my printer prints them in blue! 🙂 Anyway, this is an amazing opportunity. I think would like to see some stamps related to travel and/or stamps using motifs from other cultures–India, Asia, European countries. Wouldn’t that be fun? Thanks for the amazing opportunity. Bev
Rosie Lilya says
Amaaing prize! I would like to continue to see more dies for “treat” containers and more flower dies too. Thanks for the opportunity!

I would love to see a cooking utensil/appliance set for all of us who love to cook and give food gifts. Something a bit more than just food label images like before, with images of rolling pins, cookie sheets, baking pan, mixing bowl, spatula, stand mixer, and maybe a cookie image with decoration add-ons.
I would also love to see a set for boys. Not cutesy, but images that work for toddlers to teens.
Tracey McNeely says
This is crazy, so much fun packed into this weekend. I love all of the anniversary tags and I am off to get to work. When I think that there isn’t much more that PTI could think of with stamp sets, boom another amazing release. I would really like to see a stamp set that allows you to create and customize your own 1.75″ or 2.5″ calendar spots in any PTI colours. Where you could customize it for any week–baby’s birthdate, wedding or anniversary date. I can’t help but think how useful that would be. Love you PTI!
Peggy Allen says
I would love to see some silhouette stamps, victorian and masculine stamps.
God bless,
Peggy

I’m super excited about all the new things coming from Papertrey Ink this year. Thank you so much for the tag download; they were so fun to play with and I already made two cards from them. I’m hoping to see some more gorgeous flower images from PTI this year. I have lots that I already love, but I can’t resist beautiful blossoms. 🙂
Janelle says
Another fabulous prize… can’t imagine what else could be in store for us as the anniversary festivities continue! I’d love to see some scripture stamps in PTI style.
Karen B. says
Great challenge, PTI! I’d love to see some hardcore get well stamps, for the REALLY tough moments in life.
Linda W says
I would love to see more of your flowers. They’re so beautiful and fun to color. I’d love to see a Coneflower, Hydrangea, Lilac. But mainly just keep doing what you do. Nobody does it better!
Dawn Griffith says
Thank you to all the stamp designers. I look up to all of you. Welcome Maile!
I would like to see more colorable images like the Year of Flowers series. I love to color with my copics and I want more of that. I also would like to see more sentiments in handwriting styles. They look so personal!

I would love to see more images that can be used for baby cards or children’s birthday cards. The Tiny Treats: Birthday certainly is a step in the right direction! And in my book, you can never go wrong when adding images that can be used for sympathy or encouragement cards.
I giggle with absolute glee just thinking of what’s up for grabs today. Thanks so much for all of you do for the industry and for all you do to help us “regular” stampers!!
Carolyn Lomeo says
Wow…what a prize! I would love to see something utilizing beautiful, graceful hands to hold various objects (an additional stamp set of tiny objects). I may just scamper to my craft room to get a card made for entry.
Ohhh Snap says
This is truly the dream prize! Many’s the time I wished for certain stamps that are just not easily found :D.
Jennifer S says
I would love to see some more kid oriented stamp sets. Maybe a set dedicated to boy stuff and a cute little girl set? I can’t imagine designing my own stamp set. That would be a dream come true!!
Allison T. says
This is without a doubt the best prize that PTI has ever given away! I can’t even imagine what it would be to have my dream job for day (and work with such a great inspiration!)
Crossing my fingers…

Thanks for the tags! Stamp sets I’d like to see: more button bits, more images for treats and gift packaging, more jar fillers, and a set dedicated for performers. (comedy/tragedy masks, microphone, “break a leg” sentiment and others, tap shoes, theatre spotlight, curtains…you get the idea)
Julie B says
I would love, love, love to have an alphabet set with coordinating dies. I know, that’s a tall order. But wouldn’t it be wonderful? Thanks for the download too. It will make quick time of making several cards as I work full time and go to school part time.
Debbie says
Like many others, I would feel very humbled to be chosen for this opportunity. Thanks for all you give to us, including the downloads offered today!
Sonia Holland says
Wow..a guest designer?!?!
Well, I think one thing I would be looking for is a set that incorporates the favorites from the “Tiny Treats” collection, but in a larger size. For example, I am in LOOOOOOVE with the little hippo, and relish the thought of using him in small and large sizes for a project! Not to mention the awesome Halloween images….that would totally float my boat. Of course, the best part would be creating with Nichole, but I would settle for a stamp set with a larger hippo 🙂
Judy Walsh says
I’d love a set that would be aimed at making birthday and congrats cards for teen boys…I have three teen boys myself, and it’s hard to make them something they don’t think is dorky.
Kimberly S says
What an awesome prize! I love the sentiments and greetings, you can never have enough! I’d also love to see a larger image journaling set. 🙂
Kris Turner says
Thanks so much for this amazing opportunity and the free downloads – what wonderful gifts! I would love to see more ideas with musical instruments (more realistic/less cartoonish)- possibly drums, jazz and rock instruments – and with silhouettes of musicians playing the instruments. Can be very simple outlines with sentiments to match. These would go great for male and female, teens and adults alike. Thanks!
Monica L says
What an exciting opportunity! Several ideas came to mind as I pondered this for much of today…such as office products, doors and doorways, chandiliers, quilters sampler impression plate that is a strip rather than all over (or spaced such that you could cut apart). But, if I had to narrow it down to one I would suggest purses (and related finery). Or postage stamps and post marks, or kitchen appliances, or…
See, I can’t make up my mind but any such an experience would be thrilling and a once in a lifetime opportunity. I hope I win!
Thanks for the download too!
Dana F. says
First of all, a big thank you to the stamp DT for free download! Loved to see what everyone has created with it so far. Also, what an amazing offer to let someone help designing a set!! Oh, the possibility… 🙂 What I would love to see this year is big, classy focal points that are not flowers, ha. Good luck everyone!
Jen R says
Wow- such an amazing prize! It would be like a dream come true! I’m not sure what I’m looking forward to from PTI this year, but I’m sure everything will be fantastic!

This prize is worth gold. What an amazing opportunity that would be to go through the process of creating a stamp with you Nichole.
Regina Mangum says
Wow, talk about an experience of a lifetime! This may well be, hands down, the BEST prize you could ever offer! What a wonderful and amazing chance to be, for just one little moment, a part of the PTI family of creative designers. Thank you so much, by the way, for the fabulous download…just what I was looking for to make the perfect birthday card for my son’s teacher! Happy Anniversary!

AS I am always amazed by your endless creativity, the chance to work with you would be soooo exciting! I love cooking and I bake for a local food coop, and ever since since you showed a drawing that you did when you were a student,of an old egg beater, I have hoped that you would design a baking/cooking stamp set:0)

What an amazing prize this will be for somebody, hopefully me. 🙂
I’d like to see a couple new religious Christmas sets from PTI this year.
Gabriela says
What a wonderful prize, I hope to be selected. I would love to see more flower stamps, especially a “build your own flower”, with different size stamps to cut and create different flowers.
Amy Wanford says
Wow! What a prize!!!! That truly is a stamping dream come true!!!!
I would love to see more of what we’ve had – fabulous background sets that compliment existing sets. No creation is complete without some PTI background stamped on it 😀
Though if I had to suggest something new…..well I think some Tag themed stamp sets would be pretty cool too ;D
Hugs,
Aimes

Oh, I’d love a stamp set with Londony (is that a word?) things. I live here now and cannot find anything with Big Ben, Beefeaters, Double Decker buses etc…..

Since my husband got into mountain climbing and hiking, I’ve been on the search for a great outdoors set that features mountains. I know this is a departure from the usual PTI look but think that if one was offered, it would be simply amazing. It is hard to describe the humbling feeling of the seeing true beauty in this world.
Jeanne says
Thank you for an opportunity to win such a prize. The very thought of designing a stamp set, with Nichole, for Papertrey Ink is awesome. That would be a lifetime dream come true. The Anniversary Tags today are such a way to celebrate Papertrey’s Birthday and Anniversary!

This is an amazing, exciting prize! What I would like to see in 2011 from Papertrey Ink is more shaped label dies with matching stamp sets. Also, would love to see more ribbon in different widths! But I know whatever you guys have up your sleeves for us this year, it will be amazing!! Thanks for all you do! Hugs, Joy
liz says
Wowie! What an awesome prize! I really want to see more masculine sets and sets geared towards kids this year.
Susan McCormack says
I have just recently joined and received my first set of dies and stamps. Truly awesome!!! The quality and variety exceed my expectations. As for a stamp I would love to see added….maybe a set of dress stamps that would go with the dress form die or that just stands on it’s own. I can think of many of your embellishments that could be used to enhance the dresses!!! Just sayin! Love love love your products! Thanks for inspiring us all!
Carol K says
I love your style and the coordinating colors are wonderfully easy! Everything is on trend and makes me want to buy everything! Maybe I won’t have to if I win???? Or maybe I still will! Thanks for the fun.
