Mother. Someone who we can turn to for advice and count on no matter what . One of the few people who has know you your entire life. The annual holiday set aside to observe this important person in our lives is right around the corner, May 10th to be exact. In order to make this the most memorable Mother's Day yet, for both you and your own mother, myself along with our incredibly talented design team have put together THE best collection of homemade gifts from the heart. All of which use our NEW Mother stamp set. A bit further down this post, keep your eye out for the FREE download that includes complete supply lists, instructions and full-color photographs of all eleven of the gifts mentioned by the team today.
Want to know the BEST part about today's presentation? I know the economy is hitting a lot of folks hard right now. Everyone's trying to make a dollar stretch as far as possible as the price of necessities seems to increase overnight. Isn't this the PERFECT opportunity to create gifts that are inexpensive to the pocketbook, but extravagant when it comes to meaning and gratitude?
Almost all of the gifts that the team and I have created
would cost less than $15 to put together!
Talk about a bargain! I can guarantee you that the recipient would prefer it over a new purse or a gift certificate to a spa ANY DAY! So, what are you waiting for! We are giving you plenty of notice! Start planning now for what you would like to create for Mom! Just you wait and see how good it feels to give a gift from the heart!
Before I get to the rest of the team's presentations, I wanted to share my personal project with you. When the idea for this gift came to me, I was SO excited to execute it! It was fun, easy and will surely serve as a very memorable mother's day gift for my mom.
To begin, you will need one of our clear top nugget tins, spring moss Bitty Dot Basics paper (cut to 3.25" x 5") and four photos that are cropped to measure about 2" x 1.25".
Adhere the photos to the spring moss paper. Apply Scor-tape around the outside edge of the clear window on the top of the tin lid.
Adhere the photo mat FACE DOWN on the top of the lid. The end result will be your photos peeking though the interior of the lid.
Next, you want to create a pretty top for the tin. I found that if you cut your cardstock down to EXACTLY 3-7/16" x 5-5/16" and round the four corners with a corner rounder punch it will fit perfectly. I love this sentiment from my new Mother stamp set,
"Everything I am today, I owe to you because your love showed me the way."
This is exactly how I feel about my mother, so I knew this would be the perfect phrase to use.
I adhered the completed piece to the lid of the tin with Scor-tape, just so I know it isn't going anywhere. It's definitely a good idea to do all of your embellishing and stamping for the topper before you adhere it in place. Just makes everything easier!
I wanted to put some pretty little feet onto the tin and decided to do so with beads. You could easily just glue four beads to the bottom of the tin, but I decided to take it up a notch and add a decorative silver bead as well. After some brainstorming as to the best way to attach them, it occurred to me that these headpins I normally use for making my own stick pins, were the PERFECT solution.
I turned the tin over and pierced one hole in each of the four corners of the tin bottom. I used a paper piercer to do this. A few light taps with a hammer allowed it to go through the tin bottom easily.
After adding the beads to all four headpins, I simply inserted them through each of the holes I just pierced, folding the end of the headpin down so that it was flat against the tin bottom. I used strong tape to hold down these ends.
The finished bottom looks like this. It is amazing how a small, quick & easy addition like these beaded legs really dress up an ordinary tin!
In case you were wondering what my vision was at this point, I wanted to create a jewelry box. To continue, every jewelry box needs dividers. I designed some super easy-to-use dividers for our nugget tins for Christmas a few months ago.
You can go HERE to see the original post and complete directions on how to assemble the dividers.
Or, you can just go directly HERE to download the FREE template!
I began by printing the template onto a piece of Stamper's Select White cardstock. I then used Heat-n-Bond iron-on adhesive to attach some pretty cotton fabric to the WRONG SIDE of the template. (I used a quilter's grade cotton and it worked beautifully. I'm not sure how other fabrics would work for this particular project, but I would love to hear from you if you try something else that works well too!) I was REALLY impressed with how well this technique worked and look forward to making more "fabric" paper in the future! Look out Amy Butler! *wink*
I then flipped the cardstock over to the RIGHT SIDE of the template, with all of the printing, and cut out the divider pieces using a craft knife and ruler. I scored on the appropriate score lines using my Scor-Pal, just as I would if there weren't any fabric on the opposite side. I folded them according to the original instructions and was thrilled with how well the fabric took the folds!
Here is the tin with the fabric cardstock dividers officially added. I just LOVE how it turned out! The addition of fabric really helps to make the tin feel more sophisticated and inviting. I'm sure you noticed the addition of the decorative metal piece on the front, too. It is just a little something from my stash, but I did find a source for similar bits and pieces that you can check out HERE. The piece was adhered in place with just a few small dabs of Gorilla Glue.
So this means the jewelry box was complete! Although… shouldn't there REALLY be a sentimental piece of jewelry to put inside…
This is a bracelet and accompanying poem that I wrote, inspired by other "color symbolism" bracelets I have seen around the web.
You can download a copy of the poem here…
Download Colors of Mother Poem
I picked out beads for the bracelet based on the colors listed in the poem. After a bit of bead play, I found an arrangement I liked.
The poem is designed to be trimmed and rolled into a scroll that will fit in the long compartment in inside the jewelry box. I love the idea of my mom using this small tin as her *everyday* jewelry box. Perhaps kept on her bedside table to put her jewelry in as she prepares for bed each night. It warms my heart to think about her reading the special message on the lid each night, and then seeing all of the special photos inside as she tucks her jewelry away. I think it will really be something that she cherishes for years to come.
I decided to create a card to go along with my jewelry box, and of course the two need to coordinate! I used the flourished "Mother" image in the lower corner of the card, flanked by another one of my favorite sentiments from the set.
"I never knew the depths of your love until I became a parent myself."
Don't you just LOVE that Mother image! I think it has such a pretty flourish to it! Because it it still maintains "clean" lines it can go from vintage elegance to understated simplicity with just a few changes in color and embellishment choices!
One of my favorite details is the leftover fabric cardstock strip I added to run down the center of the card. It was a great way to use up a leftover scrap and help to integrate the two projects together.
Here's shot of the completed ensemble.I'm just over the moon with how it all turned out and I hope you feel as though this is something you could easily recreate on your own after all these detailed instructions!
So now it's on to the rest of the team! To help you execute all of the design team's projects, I have compiled a thorough pdf that you can download and keep on hand as an easy reference. You can download it here…

Nichole, this project is simply amazing – the addition of the feet to the box, the beautiful fabric you’ve used, the gorgeous braclet you’ve made – WOW, I’m sure your mum will love it and treasure it forever!
I loved all the projects the team did. The setiments are the greatest. I think I will have to make a photograph frame of my family to give to my mother for that day.
while all the projects are great the jewellery box is lovely and something that I would like making. A real lovely keepsake.
Your jewelry box is adorable–love the jewel feet! This project is very inspiring. So many ideas spinning off from this and under $15. Thank you for the opportunity to win. You and your design team never fail to amaze!
I’m really impressed by some of your ideas, and I’m sure that I’ll be making one (or two) up for her birthday I particularly like the now and then and the coffee mug), but this year I’m hyper organized and I’m just adding the finishing touches to an album all about my mum’s mum who died just after christmas.
What mother wouldn’t love to receive this gift from the heart from her daughter? Beautiful!
Wow – this is gorgeous! Thanks for the awesome ideas!
Oh my goodness… It’s just so amazing! I am speechless!! What mother wouldn’t love that? (Or – what woman, actually, because I sure wouldn’t be mad if anyone gave me one of these!)
I’m definitely gonna make one of those… For my MIL maybe – because my mom is an angel and they don’t seem to have a very well organized postal system up there.
🙂
The jewelry box was stunning! Definitely my favorite! I can’t wait to try the cloth on paper idea…
In order to be closer to her only grandchild and help out my brother & his wife, Mom and Dad set up a trailer for Mom to live in during the week while she cares for my niece. Most of my mom’s “comforts of home” are left at her house. I KNOW she would love that little tin for her trailer and cherish it for years to come! I would love to win this set!
Oh, wow! That is just super gorgeous!
You, and the entire design team, did an incredible job honoring Moms everywhere! ♥
I was constantly grabbing for a tissue.
Nichole, your jewelry box is adorable. I love the “feet”…very clever!
Thank you for putting together the gift idea sheet. It’s wonderful!
Hugs!
that is so amazing !
This is gorgeous! I definitely want to try making this lovely jewelry box. Thanks for all your inspiration!
This tin is absolutely beautiful….this project is definitely one to keep. So many ideas…so little time. I can’t wait for the set to be released.
LOVE IT ALL! Wow, what a neat surprise this morning. I love your project, Nichole, and the others are great too. Looks like I have a couple of Mom’s Day & birthday gifts for this year:) The sentiments are what sold me….love them and so approriate.
This is absolutely stunning. All the ideas are wonderful as usual and the love just shines through in eachproject.
What a wonderful gift! Can’t wait for the release.
WOW!!! You never cease to amaze. You also help me to be the most thoughtful and caring person ever!
It’s a good life!
Terri E.
So beautiful and so meaningful!! Thanks for all the great ideas!
Your team has given so many amazing ideas for personalized gifts. I love them.
All the gifts are great! What a great set to show the love for our mother’s! I need to add this set to my list!!Come on the 15th!!
A jewerly box out of the nugget tin…..wow, wow!!!! Nichole you are amazing! I can’t wait to see the complete set.
Mother’s Day here in the UK is this Sunday – I think I just about have time to try out the fabulous jewelry box if I’m a good girl and work hard 😉 It’s a wonderfully inspiring gift!
sooo cleaver….totally goregous!
I have to say that I had tears in my eyes looking at all the beautiful projects! Mother’s Day should be once a month….at least! I can’t tell you what I liked best….from all the beautiful paper, ribbon and the stamp sentiments…..Thanks PTI for all of your amazing products! Now if you’ll excuse me……I need to call my mom!
All the projects are fabulous! The ideas that I would most likely use would be Lisa’s travel mug or Dawn’s sweet memories jar.
Wow! These are all so cool! My mom passed away 8 years ago, but I do have a dear friend who has been like a mom to me. I would definitely make her the travel mug.
Great job Nichole! I love the jewelry box. I really want to try that and the fabric paper. I love Lisa Johnson’t gift too and just the beauty of the handmade paper she made. Thanks for all the he;p and downloads to get us started! Blessings!
I am sad to say that my mother is no longer with me. She would have loved any of these projects and I would love making some of them for her since she gave me my love for handcrafted things. There are a lot of other people I could do the projects for in her honor.
What a beautiful Mother’s Day gift!
How beautiful! I usually give my moms jewelry for Mother’s Day so this box is just perfect for me.
Something else to add to my order! LOL~
Oh my – this month’s DT creations has probably been the sweetest and most inspiring ever. I’m not sure that I can make any of the gifts, but I definitely see some cards like yours, Nichole, and Betsy’s that I would love to do something sentimental with for my mother…with some fabric and some stitching….just seems to be sweeter and represent more.
I never knew the depth of your love until I became a parent myself – this really sums up how I feel! Even though I’m over here in US and my Mother is over in UK we still make sure we talk to each other EVERY day!
Your jewelry box is stunning. What a wonderful gift for any mother.
I think this is beautiful! Honestly gorgeous! I think I would love to try to make this gift for my mom – since I have a million beads – just ask hubby……lol!
you are amazing…. its beautiful!
I am in awe of all the projects you and your team created! I don’t even know which one I would choose to duplicate because they’re all so pretty! Can’t wait to see the set on the 15th!
Your jewelry box is amazing!! Thanks for sharing the template and poem as well!
I love the sentiment about not knowing the depth of love until you become a parent yourself – so true!
Everyone’s samples are beatiful! I really loved Debbie Olson’s quilt card and picture frome. Such a good idea to enlarge the quilt squares and print them.
Your tin is beautiful and I loved the saying on the front too. Can’t wait to see the rest of the set.
Thanks Cynthia
Wow, what a beautiful set!
Oh my goodness, what a GORGEOUS gift! The poem is just precious. I’m sure your mother will ADORE this gift!
Oh my – this is gorgeous! I love the idea and the way you dressed up that tin is just stunning! Thanks for having the DT put together such wonderful ideas! This is a beautiful stamp set – can’t wait to see it all!
WOW!!!…this is so awesome!!!….adding the feet to the tin sure “classed” it up, beautiful & elegant!!!…
Nichole, how DO you do it? I love all the projects but this little tin is just beautiful! I think I might just have to put a little different spin on it and make one for my niece who is going to college (and my alma mater!) in the fall.
How cute! Love sentiments! What a perfect set! Thanks for all the inspiration!
You have designed a wonderful gift set and your team has come up with so many great projects this month! Congrats on a job well done!
Good grief, Nichole, how can I choose a project to do when they all look so fabulous!?!?
What a fantastic sentimental jewelry box! Love all the special details and your bracelet poem is wonderful. Love what I have seen of this set so far. Great font and sentiments!!!
I absolutely love Lisa Johnson’s Mother’s Day gift set! Using both the Mother & Life stamp sets together beautifully!
Your creativity in designing the jewelry box is just — WOW!!! Brought tears to my eyes with what a special gift this is!
All the projects were wonderful! My mother is deceased, but I have her sister, my aunt, who means the world to me. Debbie’s quilt square-themed frame and card would be perfect for my aunt since she is a quilter. On one side of the 2-frame project, I would put a photo of the two of us on one of our European trips.
What a beautiful tin…. thanks for the inspiration and for a chance to win such a meaningful stamp set!!
oh nichole….i can’t believe how beautiful these projects are….i make my mom scrapbook pages of her family every year for mother’s day and these stamps will definitely help! i think i might just try out your idea as well….right down to the bracelet which i think is fabulous!!! tfs!
Wow! Fabulous projects. Love them all.
Nicole your jewelry box is just beautiful. The entire team has done great work.It just brings tears to my eyes thinking about my mother and the memories. I did pick up some ideas I could use to make some sort of memory collection. Thank you all so much for being who you are. I am looking forward to the 15th.
This box is so lovely! Your ‘trick’ to make these dividers in the box is so genius, you know? I know another way to make them but it’s not as good as yours. I’ll certainly try to make a box like this one sometime… I think I’ll try to make what Lauren and Geny made too… Maybe for my mom or my grandma.
Thank you for all this inspiration!
Looks like another gorgeous set, Nichole. And your creativity continues to be amazing – wow – what you can do with a nugget tin!!
That jewerly box is just so adorable. You make it look so easy to make, the paper and card are so very beautiful. TFS.
These are wonderful projects! Amazing how many different ways you can use this set. I love Debbie Olson’s Quilt Block Frame. Beautiful colors and stunning.
Your tin is beautiful…don’t know if I could accomplish it, though! I think I will for sure try making Dawn’s Memory Jar. My own mother passed away when I was a baby, but my mother-in-law would love seeing memories from all of her kids.
Wow, these projects are stunning!! So many different gifts that our moms will surely love. Great job all!
I just love the sentiment used on the top of the Jewerly Box! What a cool stamp set!
When I saw the jewelry box, I knew it was a gift that my Mom will love. I defintely want to try making one. Also, I love the travel mug and card that Lisa made–the colors made the flowers so realistic. They’re all great projects! Thank you for the wonderful ideas!
thanks for the opportunity and cool stamps!!!
I really like the project you made best, Nichole!!! What a beautiful keepsake! It would be perfect for any woman in our lives!!!
Who would ever think of doing that with the nugget box???? What an amazing idea!
What a lovely Idea!!
Love Love IT
Your jewelry box has blown me away! I have to try it!
My jaw is still on the floor with your project today, Nichole…how do you come up with one fabulous idea after another?!? This box is top of my list for my own mother, and I can’t wait to get this set to make it happen for her!
I like the sentiment ‘words can never express how much you mean to me’. Lovely set! Thanks for the chance to win.
It would be hard to choose just one. I like that they don’t say “mother’s day” and could be used as gifts all year long! Great ideas!
I am just amazed by this box!!!!!
What a beautiful set! All of the gifts are wonderful and I look forward to making many of them!!!
What a beautiful idea!!!! I have to say I especially love Dawn’s idea-what a treasured keepsake for a mother:)
What wonderful ideas for any mother! Although my Mom is no longer with us, I can’t wait to do something with this set to give to my granddaughters to give to their Mothers! Just to let my daughters-in-law know how special they are! Thank you!
Your jewelry box is gorgeous! Thank you for the chance to win!
You gals outdid yourselves! (I guess mothers inspire us that way don’t they.) All the gifts and cards were just beautiful! Too many pretty things to choose just one! Thanks for sharing your ideas and creations with us!
Your jewelry box is just beautiful. It’s feminine, elegant and so full of thoughtfulness. I simply love it. I know for sure I’ll go for this stamp set as we never thanks or reward with love our mum enough.

WOW is all can say! I just love the jewelry box and bracelet that you’ve created! That fabric paper is fabulous! I would love to try this project out; the sentiment you used on this card is my fav so far as it is definitely true in my life! I have 2 kids but my mom has 11 and you have no idea how many times I asked myself how mom ever did it with so many, as I was struggling with 2! She’s a saint!
Kathy Camasso

I read your blog first.. and beads and tins are some of my favorite things… but I have to say that you were edged out by Lisa Johnson! Her travel mug is exquisite! It just looks so elegant and can be personalized in so many ways.
All the stamp sets are great this month. I shall have to really focus on selling some things on ebay, as any money in my paypal account is earmarked for papertreyink products!
After seeing more of the DT work this set is gorgeous! Great project!
Absolutely gorgeous! I love the card, so beautiful.
My mother is no longer living, but I am part of a card-swap group that makes cards for our local library to sell (for $1–we are an impoverished rural area) and defray the cost of books. Mother’s Day is one of our biggest holidays for card sales and this stamp set would be PERFECT! Count me in!
I can’t wait to see the full reveal on this one! The gift ideas are simply beautiful and SO inspired. Some of my bestest gifts from my kids are the ones they have made for me 🙂
Nichole, The project looks amazing!!! My favorite part is the sentiments. The ones from Life are beautiful. My favorite is the one you chose for your mother’s jewelry box. “Everything I am today…” That sentiment really fits for my mother and me. I can’t wait for the 15th to get the set!
Thanks for the chance to win.

Not all mother/daughter relationships are as “unambiguous” as some of these sentiments represent. But, as always, I enjoy seeing the projects!
Wow! Beautiful projects from the whole team.
This is one of the best posts from PTI. =D I just found out that I’m pregnant, but that quote sure is hitting home even before my little Jellybean has been born.
Lovely set.

All I can say is WOW. Nicole you always have such great ideas. I am sure your mom will really love and cherish that jewelry box. That is such an awesome idea. Great job by your team and you! I love all the projects, especially the jewelry box. I, too, make jewelry and am eager to try both the box and the bracelet. Thanks for all!!
I’m definatly making yours Nicole just love it the box and bracelet. I may even have to add a pair of dangly earrings my mom loves them.
It’ll be a wonderful gift!
All of the gifts are amazing. There are some that I can see myself doing more than others because of comfort level, but I think i would like to challenge myself and make the jewelry tin. It’s so incredibly beautiful!! :o)
All of the Mother’s Day gifts and cards are great. Thank you for creating the downloads of the examples for us again this month. I really like having all the examples in one spot, I have been printing them off and putting them in a binder for easy reference.
No words for this box!!!!
Your jewelry gift box is absolutely gorgeous, and the jewel feet give it that special final touch!
loving the jewelry box and lauren’s keepsake box…..thanks for a great set, I know i’ll use this@!
Wow, that tin is beautiful! Thanks for the chance to win!
You never cease to amaze me with your creativity. Thank you so much for sharing you fabulous ideas.
This is a GREAT project. I love how your blog steps out of the stamping “box” and takes us all to another crafty level!!! Thank you!!!
Beautiful project! Can’t wait to see the whole set.
I have truly enjoyed ALL of the projects shared and I hope to create a card or two. But the one that spoke to me most is Lisa’s project…because my mother died in 1994 and Mother’s Day is a tough day for me. I DO celebrate the fabulous women in my life and I know just the lady who would truly appreciate something like Lisa’s project.
Thank you so much for your attention to detail and the love that oozes out of everything you create. You are fabulously talented and we are all blessed because of that talent and your generosity!
What a great project. I am definitely going to have to make that one.
I really loved Dawn’s memory jar idea and this sentiment “I never knew the depths of your love until I became a parent myself” is so true I almost want to cry.
they are all stunning projects. I love the jewelry box alot! I think I may attempt it.
thank you for the free download too!
That box/bracelet are GREAT!
Wow. And the DT always rocks it out of the park. WOW…
Wow, what a great project! your creativity never ceases to amaze me!!
All I can say is wow, truly amazing! I would love to try and replicate that jewelry box!
I love your jewelry box! I have some of the tins stashed away from a previous purchase and would love to make one for my mom. It may also be exactly what I’m looking for to make as bridesmaid gifts for my daughters upcoming wedding! I think it would be really cute to tuck this into one of Michelle’s small patchwork bags that she posted a few months ago. Now, if you would only come up with a sunflower stamp set, I’d be all set!
Such gorgeous projects from the entire team…I can tell that this is going to be a “must have” set! smiles…
Oh, I have been waiting for a set like this! What a beautiful job all of you have done…very inspiring!
Nichole, I absolute love your personal jewelry box. Thank you for the idea – it’s the perfect gift that my mom & so many others moms will treasure for many years to come!
Oh my gosh girl you are simply amazing! Can I have a blood transfusion? lol I think if I could just have a drop it would give me some great creative mojo! 🙂
I love the idea of a divided tin — and my mother loves jewelery so it is the perfect way to wrap a great gift for her!! Thanks for the inspiration!
Wow! this is very elegant and great for all mothers out there. Fantastic handmade jewerly and tin, too.
Wonderful! I really need a jewelry box like that- I currently set my things on the bathroom counter in the lid of an old loose powder container. Not quite as elegant as your creation!
They are all lovely gifts. My fave project is Nicole’s box & bracelet set but…..I think Lauren’s heartfelt words about her mom was the sweetest. Brough tears to my eyes actually. Great work girls.
I can see myself making a notebook such as the one Niki Estes made. My Mom is very busy running her own business, so a place to list things she needs to do would be great.
I love how your brain thinks. 🙂 Your projects always come out so well though-out and beautiful!! 🙂 I also love the sentiments included with this set…just perfect!
I love the jewelry box that you made and also Lisa’s project. SO much inspiration from everyone!!
oh.my.word.
so totally and completely AWESOME!
Spectacular — wow what an amazing gift for your Mom!! I love how with PTI sets, you can create the most elegant, gorgeous gifts!
Wow I just love what Lisa did! That really confirmed that I need that stamp set!
I’m thrilled about this stamp set. Everyone love their mom — a perfect addition to my stampin’ supply! Your project is incredible — talk about taking it to the next level! You go, girl!
very cool!!!
Thanks for the steps!!! LOVE IT
My favorite projects are the jewelry box, the memory jar and the tumbler. Each of those would be wonderful gifts ~ not just for a mom but for a dear friend. I will be trying all of them soon! Thanks for another round of great ideas.
Beautiful gift and stamp set! Thanks for the chance to win ~
I love all of the gifts, but I especially love the everyday jewelry box in this post. Think I’ll give that one a try…it would be a terrific gift for anyone you love!
My Mother would have loved this gift. (She’d even be happy with the poem alone) What a gorgeous idea! I do have a daughter that fits the bill…hummm. Thanks Nicole.
Love love love!!!
What a great project!!!!
Fantastic post, beautiful set – so inspiring! Thanks for the great ideas!
The entire design team provided such lovely ideas! Your project in particular would be PERFECT for my mom as beading is to her what stamping is to me! She is a jewelry fiend and I think she would LOVE this little jewelry box!
So many great ideas! I might put together a jewellery box and/or the to-go coffee cup. Thanks for the inspiration! Wonderful sentiments in this stamp set!
Thanks for the chance. I hope to win!
Oh my I would need to make a late gift as here in the UK mothers day is 22nd March, It wouldn’t be a hardship though as my Mam is a very special ladt who deserves an extra special gift.
I would make Lisa’s tea project, I love the colours and the idea.
I love the little chipboard book that Heather Nichols (Pine) made…so beautiful and unique. I can’t wait to make one for my own mother!
Wow!!! I LOVE what you made for your mom. That was amazing. I hope I can recreate that sometime because it is totally worth a shot, especially seeing how beautiful it is when it is done.
Yeeeeaaaahhhh… love this idea!!!! Thanks
So lovely. I’ll do one for my mom!
This is beautiful–entirely too cute! Off to check out the other creations. Thanks for sharing and all the great directions!
All of the Mother’s Day projects are so touching and beautiful! I just love the sentiments that I’ve seen so far in this set. It really comes from the heart – Thank you for creating something so inspiring and beautiful.
This is totally awesome! How clever and lovely!
i’d probabaly try to do your project nicole. 🙂
I love that sentiment of not knowing the depth of love until becoming a parent myself. Its is so true and I can’t wait to use it. As for this project, well….. I am just in awe. Truly. the little details to the tin, the poem, the bracelet! It is all so fantastic! I absolutely love it. I also love Pine’s project with “matching” photos between mother and daughter. it is so thoughtful and sweet. I hope to make something like that this year. Overall, (and once again) I am blown away by the wonderful designs from you and your DT. absolutely fabulous!
Wow! the design team out did themselves for this occasion, all have beautiful projects. The one that really pulls at my heartstrings is the jewelry box you made from the nugget tin. Every year I have made my mom a special bracelet for Mothers day and have always tryed to come up with a special box to put it in. This year she will receive her bracelet in this beautiful tin jewelry box and I know she will ask me to make her several so she will have a keepsake box for all her other bracelets. Love the “Mother” stamp in this set. Thank you to the entire team for sharing all your creativity with us.
Wow! What an increditable team you have!! Such talent. Thanks for sharing!
All the gifts are beautiful and mothers is an awesome set I cannot wait to buy. To honor a mother is to honor ourselves. TFS
I think I am going to put a spin on your jewelry box and make some notecards… my mom and MILs love my PTI notecards!
Thanks for all the inspiration!
Thanks for the great tutorial! This is a great project. Can’t wait to try it. Thanks so much for taking the time to share such neat stuff with us. Cathy
Another great set….the projects are all wonderful…thanks for all your hard work on them, Design Team@!
Wow! Everyone did such wonderful projects for their mothers…Of course I got teary eyed looking at some of them and reading their stories. I’m definitely inspired to make something heartfelt and wonderful for my mommma this year. I’d have to say that the jewelry box was my favorite and I’m very grateful for the free template.
All of these projects and stories are just incredible. I’m about to become a mother in the beginning of April and can’t wait to celebrate my first Mother’s Day!
I love all of the projects, but I think I might recreate Mish’s. The sentiments brought tears to my eyes, but my favorite one is about not knowing the depth of your mother’s love until you became a parent yourself. I know my mother would love this. Great job as usual, Nichole.
The jewelry box is adorable. I love Lisa’s travel tumbler too. Might have to try both!
I love Betsy Veldman’s word book created for her mother. I think I would like to create this for my mom, as well. Your new stamp set is just beautiful and a must-have! Can’t wait to win (or buy) my set!!
The gift items everyone created are absolutely beautiful! Love them all and appreciate that you share so many lovely things.
Absolutely beautiful! I love this project and cannot wait to attempt it! I love this set!
I love Lisa Johnson’s travel mug. That is so like my mom. One she loves coffee and two she has always had a wonderful garden. Everyone made lovely gifts. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for giving me so many more great ideas for handmade gifts for my mom! She adores these kind of heartfelt gifts more than any other. I can definetly see this set finding a permanent residence in my home.
I love this project and your idea about how to use fabric is genius! I also love that I have another use for all of those “nugget” tins I have in the garage gathering dust!
Wow – the design team blew me away today!!! Everyone has such wonderful stories of their mothers and such great gifts!!! I have to say that although I loved them all I will definitely be recreating your jewelery box – my mom would LOVE it!! The other project that I can’t wait to make is Debbie’s quilt frame and card. My grandmother is 93 years old and still hand stitches the most beautiful quilts. I know she will LOVE this. Thanks for all the inspiration and the chance to win such an awesome set.
This is gorgeous! I’m always amazed at what you come up with.
Beautiful jewelry box – and gorgeous card too. Your sentiments are outstanding.
All of the projects were wonderful. I may have to give Dawn’s project a try, as I really think my Mom would appreciate this one. Love this set!
Oh my gosh, that box! I am SO impressed! I am taking a mental note of how you did your dividers… Definitely something to remember!
Thanks for sharing!!
Cindy
wonderful gift! thanks for sharing
OMGosh… such talent, how to choose?
I loved Heather’s project because of all the nostalgic photos.
Nicole’s jewelry box is amazing! How incredibly creative your mind is, I’m in awe every time I see what you’ve made.
This will be the 1st yr. in 40 some yrs. that I will not be able to give my Mother a Mother’s Day card since passing away in Nov.; however, memories of her will always be with me.
I am collecting pictures of her, starting when she was young and I am going to put together a scrapbook together in honor of her memory.
I loved my Mother dearly and she knew it. We talked every day on the phone, and I don’t think there was a day that went by that we told each other “Love You” Alice R.
WOW! I loved all the beautiful projects from the design team members! Gorgeous ideas and a beautiful stamp set. It made me think of all the happy times I spend with my mom! I am hoping there’s a “MOM” stamp in addition to “Mother”. My mom hates being called Mother (she thinks it makes her sound old/stodgy)… So I’m hoping there’s “Mom” and “Grandma” in the set and something for those “like a second mom”… Love it!
I love all the gorgeous gifts and ideas. The jewelry tin is beautiful. However, I will probably try Dawn’s idea first. Thanks for the chance to win this great set!
Amazing how you can transform a simple box into such a beautiful, heart-felt gift! Little touches like the “feet” and the embellishment make such an impact.
Such a beautiful gift for Mom, or anyone. I can see so many possiblilies. Can’t wait to see the entire set.
Absolutely gorgeous awesome job to the team! Love the sentiments!
Beautiful!! Just thinking what my mom has done for me brings tears to my eyes. I can’t wait to make her something beautiful for Mother’s Day!
I love all of the mother gifts. They really inspired me to start some new projects. Thank you. Also thanks for the giveaway.
Nicole that will be such a treasured gift for your mother. I am sure she will love it. Mother’s day is always a sad day for me, I lost mother 19 years ago next month. Even though I am a mother of 2 wonderful children I have a hard time enjoying the day. I only hope that I will be around a long time for my daughter to enjoy our time together.
Thank you for sharing,
Marla
This is so beautiful, so unique! Any mother would be proud to receive such a personal, sweet gift from her child.
I loved seeing what everyone came up with. You guys rock!!!
I can’t wait to see all of this set. The sentiment about love and becoming a parent yourself has to be one of my favorites. Can’t wait to use it for my mom!
How Pretty…..I’d love a chance to win.
I am intrigued by the sentiments in the Mother set. I have a fantastic mother, but have other women in my life I consider my other mothers, I think the sentiments would work as well. Nichole, The jewelry box and bracelet are fantastic. I want one for Mother’s Day!!!
I Love Love all the ideas and cannot wait to get my hands on this stamp set. It is beautiful. The other ones are great too. LOVE the jewelry box idea.
I have to try a few of those projects, very beautiful!
Oh Wowzers! What a beautiful, stunning gift. You are so clever and crafty Nichole. Who wouldn’t love to win this set and who wouldn’t love to receive this on Mother’s day:)
Another beautiful idea. Your blog is so informative!
I LOVED your jewelry box Nichole! Those little feet you made with beads are just precious! I can see lots of uses for this little box beyond jewelry too. Thanks for the cool idea (and the chance to win!)
~Meredith
The only word I have for this jewelry box is “STUNNING”!…which is the same word I used when my daughter came out of the dressing room in THE wedding dress! I can’t wait to make this box for her and give it to her with a special gift from my heart to hers on her wedding day. Thank you, Nichole…what a precious gift idea.
These projects are all INCREDIBLE…I know I say this every month – but the DT has outdone themselves!!!! Way to go! I think the sentiment that most ‘got me’ is the “Someone who can take the place of all others, but whose place no one else can take” it says it ALL. WOW.
I absolutlely LOVE the box you made Nichole. I will be making one for my Mother for sure and maybe even my sister … I can’t wait for release this month. Thank yo ufor all you do Nichole and the team.
I love your jewellry box if I hadn’t seen it through the steps I wouldn’t have recognized it as a nugget tin. The finished product is elegant and the pictures, bracelet and poem would be sure to bring tears of joy to any Mom. Thanks for sharing this beautiful gift idea as well as all of the design teams contributions. Ann Lind
What beautiful projects all of you have created. The one that I plan on making first though is yours, Nichole. I’m changing it a bit and designing it for my little girl who loves jewelry and boxes. Won’t she be surprised when she opens it up and sees photos of the two of us together. Thank you for inspiring me ladies. As always you’ve outdone yourselves.
I think I will definitely give the jewelry box a try. I love that idea. Everyone did such an awesome job on all of their projects. The detail everyone used is amazing.
thanks much
I can’t just choose one project so my favorite 2 are Nichole’s jewelry box and Lisa’s travel mug. Awesome projects. Thanks everyone!
I love the tin. SO beautiful.
Really lovely. I love the what I see so far!
Hi Nichole,
What a lovely gift! I’m sure your Mom will be honored to receive it. I’m so looking forward to the release this weekend! All of your sneak peeks and samples have been tantalizing! Thank you for sharing!
All of the ideas really are wonderful!! I do love the little coaster memory book and your jewelery tin is a really neat custom idea! I even have a nugget tin left over in my stash to play with. Looking forward to the full reveal!! :>
All the projects were just fabulous! I really loved the jewelry box with the bracelet. I just love how it all coordinates and then the bracelet with the bead meanings is wonderful too! Thanks for the chance!
These are all such amazing projects!!! I don’t know if I can choose just one to make for my mother! AND the sentiments are wonderful! I teared up just reading some of those sentiments!!!
What a beautiful gift… You are truly so inspiring….
What a wonderful idea, thank you for sharing your talent and ideas!
Wow, all these projects are so inspiring. Thank you for such a place of inspiration. I really am drawn to mini albums so my natural tendency is to make the mini album by Heather and that gorgeous word book that Betsy made. I love them both.
what an awesome project Nichole… it is just stunning!
Aren’t Mom’s the best!
Wow, what a beautiful tin! Your mother will be so lucky to receive such a thoughtful gift. Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank goodness for your blog! I could never come up with such creative ideas on my own. Beautiful.
WOW…I loved the Quilt Block Frame. My mom loves to quilt and that frame would look great paired with a picture of her granddaughters (only grandkids). Thank you so much for sharing all the wonderful ideas! I have made my mom some kind of mini scrapbook every year for the past 3 or 4 years for Mother’s Day.
What a great sneak peak from everyone! I love Nikki’s gift set-so simple, clean and elegant. Something my mom would love!!
HOPE J
All the projects are so special! You inspire me daily. Thank you.
What a beautiful set…I would love to make the card Nicole made…my mom has Alzheimers so spending time with her and making a lovely card will be perfect for her. She can still read a bit. I love the flourish of the new set.
I just love that the Design Team developed such thoughful, priceless gifts that are inexpensive to put together. Thanks to you and all of the Design Team for the inspiration!
Thanks for the chance to win!
I love the jewelry box idea!! I love making jewelry and so this is a perfect thing for me to make!
This set is absolutely beautiful! Sadly my mother has passed on, but I am inspired to make this ‘In Memory’ as gifts to my 3 sisters. Thank You for sharing your wonderful ideas.
Your Mother’s Day set is stunningly beautiful. Your creativity never ceases to amaze me. Wonderful, superb, incredibly lovely…. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely gorgeous. For those of you that still have your mother – spoil her and let her know what she means to you.
What a beautiful jewelry box! I love the other ideas, too, and I’m looking forward to seeing this set in its entirety.
Your jewellery box is absolutely stunning!! I will definitely be trying this one! I can’t wait to see the Mother’s set as well – it’s definitely on my list!!
It is the highlight of my day to open up the computer and see how you will inspire me today! I love how much joy the entire DT brings to my day! Of course I have a few personal favorites I go to first! LOVED both Nichole and Lisa’s projects! Perfect for the mom’s in my life. Happy Mothers Day to all.
Thsnks for the chance to win!
So beautiful…your project is one any mom would love to receive!!
OMG, this looks awesome! I think I’m going to make one of those! Fabulous idea!
Beautiful. The perfect way to get us into gear and remember to say thank you to our moms.
This is such an amazing gift Nichole, makes me a little sad, my Mom has passed, and oh how she would have loved this! I should make them for the other Mom’s in my life!
I love the jewelry box and the Then & Now book. The ideas are all so great. How can you pick just one?
Nichole, this is just gorgeous. Your mom is definitely going to love it. Can’t wait to see the whole set too.
This is an amazing idea. I am always so surprised at the creativity you all possess!!! I just love this!!
WOW! What an AMAZING gift! You are all so talented!
Wow so many great ideas but I am guessing Pine’s, since facebook I now have all this pic os my grandmother that I have never seen beofre so I would like to make her a mini album of them!
Wow! the feet – the fabric – the saying – what a great gift idea for mom or anyone. My mom is gone but I might make a couple of these for my friends to give their mom’s.
Beautiful projects! Everyone’s mother is going to be glowing with pride when they receive such lovely and heartfelt gifts. I plan on making my mom a recipe box for Mother’s Day using these projects for inspiration (along with lots of Papertrey Ink products). Thank you for the chance to win!
This is a beautiful project, thanks for such wonderful inspiration.

I am in awe of your craftiness. You inspire me everytime I read your blog. Thank you for sharing this idea and this wonderful set!
OMG! I’ve only recently found PTI and I’m so addicted. I made my first order last month and love everything. All of the ideas and creations make me so excited to create. Thanks!!
This project is so beautiful, Nichole–the embossed top, the fabric, the beaded feet, the flower. Your design abilities continually amaze me!
Incredibly beautiful and moving.
The projects are so varied and thoughtful that I am having trouble deciding which one I would duplicate. Definitely more than one for sure. I can’t believe you were able to turn a nugget tin into a jewelry box. Wow!
I really liked the special touches you added to your projects! It was just the thing to take them from great to FANTASTIC! Can’t wait to see the entire set images for this release.
Of course, all of them are wonderful! I love Heather’s…I’m getting into using all of these coasters I have laying around!
And I totally want to make yours, Nichole, I’ve never made jewelery, or even desired to…but you did it! Must make one of those!
Your jewlery box is fantastic but I think I have to copy Heather’s idea this year. 🙂
I love your jewelry box. I might try it with a smaller tin, though. I’m thinking something to keep in your purse to tuck an extra pair of earrings into. Or maybe to keep in a desk drawer in your office (in case you decide to go out after work). Hmmm…. The scheming begins 🙂 Thanks for the great inspiration!
I am so doing your project for mother’s day. i love it
i love the sentiments in mother’s day!
I’m not sure when this will end or if I’ve missed the cutoff. (WEDNESDAY March 14? Do you mean SATURDAY March 14 or was this supposed to be posted earlier?) Anyhoo…regardless whether I’m entered or not, this is a beautiful project. So incredibly creative and inspiring. In short, WOW!
All the gift ideas were wonderful (and even though it’s only March, they would make wonderful holiday gifts this year) – but I thinking Heather’s mini-album was so very cool and oh-so do-able since I’ve already got some nifty little coasters!!
Thanks for the continue inspiration!
Beautiful! I like the color scheme you chose. And those are such lovely sentiments!
Your team is the best design team! There are always cute and creative ideas that never fail to impress me. Thanks for sharing your creativity!
I have ENJOYED my little blog hopping this AM.. I ADORE all the projects.. I dont know how to pick one.. good thing my moms birthday is in June! 🙂 FABULOUS ideas all the way around…. looking forward to owning the NEW stamp sets.. and PINK paper, ribbon, ink, buttons! 🙂
have a WONDERFUL weekend!
So hard to choose, they are all soo lovely & creative. What a beautiful set! I think though that my favorite is the travel mug that Lisa Johnson did. Thank you for the opportunity!
OMG this is so beautiful and all the quotes I have seen so far are perfect for my wonderful Mom..hope this comment is a lucky one!!! Deidre M
The jewelry box is just beautiful-I look forward to making one for my mom as well as my mother in law!
Gail
Thank you all for sharing your stories. I love the jewelry box, coffee tumbler and Melissa P’s LOVE banner. I think combined they would make my mom feel very special. Thank you. All of the sentiments I read would apply to my mom.
Wow! What an amazing gift. You’re mother must be very proud of you!
Oh my goodness Nicole, your project is awesome!!!!
I wish I could have my mom alive, but I have tons of great memories with her.
Thanks for your generosity
God bless
Giovana
It’s so true that moms appreciate the home made gifts the most. I love all of the gifts but I love to find a few special photos and make a mini book. I can see the sentiments in this set being perfect for that.
I adore this project and can’t wait to give it a try! Thank you for the inspiration.
I just love Dawn’s memory jar! Just a great idea! I think I will make it for my grandmother with all her kids and grandkids!
Everyone on the Design Team came up with wonderful gifts for their Moms but the one that I would like to duplicate is your Jewelry box. Its beautiful and I know my Mom will love it. Thanks for the chance to win the set!
love it! And $15 is right in my price range right now 🙂 Great job – this is something every mother will cherish!
Nicole, this gift brought tears to my eyes, it is so very thoughtful ~ I am certain your Mom will treasure the jewelry box, bracelet, photos and card forever. Your creative talent just amazes me!
I absolutely LOVE the jewelry box!!! This would also work for a traveling jewelry box! I would love to make one of these for my mother and sister!
What a cool idea Nichole, your ideas alone will sell a stamp set anyday!
You are amazing!
Kisha
The jewelry box is drop dead gorgeous! Be still my heart. I love it.
What a great jewelry box Nichole! You are a great inspiration!
*hugs* Heather x
All I can say is: “I wanna be YOUR Mom!!!” What a lucky lady to have YOU for a daughter, friend, and creative genius!!! 😀
I’m blown away by all the thoughtful and pretty projects the team made for this event. Some had me smiling, others had me in tears, all of them were worth the time and effort to make. I’m sure I’ll be making at least 5. One for my mother, one each for my daughter and daughters-in-law and one more for my sister. All my favorite “Mothers”. 🙂
My mother would be in tears if I made her the little jewelry box. She loves things with meaning, the way you did with each stone of the bracelet. Yes, she’ll get that!
I can’t wait to see this release! Wonder what other goodies you have to surprise us?
Hugs,
Jan
I wish I had just a little of the creativity you ladies always have. This little jewelry box is just the cutest thing…I am off to check the other blogs.
Cant wait to hit the purchase button on my order this month.
Blessings.
Amazing! I’m always inspired by your incredible creativity. Also, thank you for all the time you spent creating the pdf. Wow! I already have a blank notebook to embellish for my mother, so Niki’s notebook and pen set idea will be perfect! Thank you!
The jewelry box is as Lauren says.”Over the moon”! What a great gift with a small price tag. I will definately give that ‘paper fabric’ a try. It looks so amazing on your project. Thanks for the new ideas.
this is amazing! Great ideas in time for mothers day (and every day of course!) The jewelry box is great, and the sentiment you used nearly made me cry! it’s so beautiful!
too cute, what an awesome idea for a cute little gift.
Omgoodness…this is a beautiful project. You amaze me wth your ideas!
What neat ideas! I know my mother would much rather have something I made; it’s the personal touch that counts!
All of the projects are so amazing!! When I saw the sneek peek at the word “Mother” the first thing that came to mind was a picture frame with a special picture.
Oh! Nicole, What a wonderful gift idea! I absolutely LOVE the poem. I have just gotten into creating jewelry. I would really love this wonderful stamp set to share with my mother and grandmother.
This was the most moving look at “gifts” for mom! Faboluous job ladies, your inspiration is phenominal.
I just LOVE Dawn’s project and will be recreating for my own wonderful Mom!!
I love all of the projects from this beautiful set. I will have to say though, Lisa Johnson’s set was absolutely my favorite! It sold me right away!
Love this set! Always looking for new things to make and this is just gorgeous!
All of the projects are great! I really love the jewelry box and Betsy’s book too! But I think the one I am most likely to reproduce is Dawn McVey’s jar with the memories. However, I will likely use it for my parents 40th wedding Anniversary in August – they would love that! Now to just get my siblings to cooperate 😀
I really liked all of the projects. I liked the frame by Debbie Olsen and I also really thought Dawn’s idea was really clever. The jewelry box you made is awesome, (I love jewelry and handmade jewelry about as much as I love stamping!) This set looks really beautiful.
OMW! This is soo lovely- what Mother would not swoon! I know mine would 🙂
I especially love the adorable litte feet.
Thank you for the chance to win!
Holy COW!!!! This is amazing!!! Your creativity never ceases to amaze me Nichole. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful ideas with us!!
All the projects are amazing and beautiful! I would love to win this beautiful stamp set, thanks for the chance Nichole!!
Thanks for the download with all the ideas. I especially likes the jewelry box, the travel mug, and the frame with the pictures in it. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas and the chance to win this set.
This is an amazing project! Your creativity never ends. I love each of the sentiments in this set.
So many terrific ideas, not just for Mother’s Day but great for birthdays and holiday gifts too! Looking forward to seeing the full set!
This is wonderful! I know what I’m making for Mother’s Day! Thank you Nichole!
Oh my God you have made me look at my thin in a whole different light I am so glad I have a stash of them in my scrap closet
The Mother’s Day creations that all of the PTI team members made for their mothers are so special. My favorite was hard to pick but I most likely will use Michelle Wooderson’s idea and use the tin in some way from Nicole’s project. I would really like to win the Mother’s Day stamp set!
I loved all of the projects! This set will be special for me. My mom is my dearest friend in the world! She was a single mom that raised two kids and is amazing! I always tell her if I am 1/2 the mom she is I will be happy. Being a mother of three young children I can’t believe she raised us all by herself! I was hoping for a mother’s day set with sentiments and now I have it!
This is incredibly clever. I love the beads on the bottom. I love this idea, my mom would love it 🙂
This is a great girlfriend gift. It’s so pretty. I love it! Thanks again for the wonderful ideas!
all the projects are great but the notebook and pen are more my style and my Mom as well. I like the product and the monochromatic look.
I loved looking thru all the projects show cased today. I’m inspired to try a Mother’s Day project for my Mom who will be 99 yrs. old in Nov.
Debbie’s choice of the two picture frames and the incorporation of the quilting. My Mom is a quilter and I piece quilts so it is something we share.
Nicole, everyone of your designers have made beautiful gifts to be given as Mother’s Day Presents. It would be so hard to just pick one to make. LOL!! I could see myself making one of each actually, but unfortunately my mother is deceased as well as my mother-in-law and they would have truly loved receiving any of those as they both were crafty women and loved receiving homemade items more than store bought because of the love and time it took to make it special for them. I would love to win the set as I think your stamp sets are so beautiful and the sentiments always touch my heart in some way of memories from the past and how I was brought up. I could see myself making some of these special gifts for some of the elderly ladies at my church as a token of “Christian Love”. Keep up the Good Work, you and your team are all truly blessed from the Lord with your talents. {{{HUGS}}}
The “I never knew the depth of your love until I became a parent myself” sentiment really rings true with me. I understand and appreciate my parents much more since becoming a parent.
The sentiment about not knowing the depths of her love until becoming a parent is so perfect not only for a Mother’s Day card but to announce the news that she’ll be a new grandmother (what better Mother’s Day gift could there be???). This is another great release, your creativity and generosity inspire me!
Wow!! Every one of the design team projects are gorgeous. I love Dawn’s idea of the candy jar full of “sweet memories.” Your jewelry box blew me away. I wish I had the team, and means, to replicate each project myself not only for my mom, but my sisters, daughter-in-law, and other special mothers in my life.
Your project is breathtaking, THANK YOU for sharing!! I have several of the nugget tins and I’ve been waiting for “just the right project” … I think I may have found it!! I know my mother would love to receive ANY of the projects the design team has created, guess I’d better get busy! 🙂 Thanks so much for compiling these into a download.
I’m so blown away! These projects are beautiful. My Mom’s birthday is in 10 days and I know she would love a handmade gift using this stamp set!

oh WOW! That gift is gorgeous and perfect! I know your mother will love it!
Thanks for the inspiration!
Lisa’s travel mug and Michelle’s note pad are both practical gifts I know my mom would use and love, but Lauren’s frame would touch my mom’s heart the most I think.
This is such a wonderful gift! I love it!

I just love the bracelet that Nicole made! My Mom always wears bracelets so this is perfect. I’m definately going to have to print out the poem & see if I can find some beads.
Everything is so gorgeous. thank you all for getting this out to us in plenty of time for Mother’s Day. The months fly by and it will be here soon enough!

THANK YOU so much for creating the pdf file with all the information we need to create these wonderful projects! It’s so much easier than printing them from everyone’s personal blogs, and it’s a great way for me to be able to save the file to refer to. I so look forward to seeing the complete versions of all the new sets!
This set looks fabulous. Unfortunately I lost my mother almost 7 years ago. I love all the quotes I’ve seen on the sneak peeks and think this set would be perfect to use in a tribute album, I keep telling myself I’ll do one some day. The little jewelry box from the tin is adorable, have to try that soon!
I Love everything I have seen from this set. The flourished Mother, and all of the sentiments. Definitely a must have!

I have never posted on your blog before but I read it always and have it listed as one of my favorites. I am going to make it and the bracelete for my sister for Mother’s day. She is a great mom and a special auntie to my daughter. She will love this. We always make a little gift for each other for Mother’s day. Thanks for the idea. I hope mine turns out as beautiful as yours did.
Wow. I’m in awe of your creative process. That box is stunning! I’d love to try to create something like that myself.
And the sentiment from the Mother stamp set that I really like is: “I never knew the depths of your love until I became a parent myself.” because it is so true. Once I thought about the relationship I want with my daughter, I knew I needed to have that same relationship with my mother.
What a heartwarming set! I love the jewelry box you created – so darling. The beaded feet add an extra special touch. The bracelet you created along with the poem is something any mother would cherish. I think all of the sentiments tug at your heartstrings. I can see this set being used over and over.

OH this is so beautiful and amazing this is would be prefect.. I am so sad I don’t have any pictures of my mom and myself when I was small..I do have a couple now when I was older and a mom myself. I have learned how much my mom really loves me and its taken a LONG time for me to really know that since we always use to bump heads but its amazing indeed and feel so blessed and I would love to be able to do something to show her this year I love this project you put the wheels to turn 🙂

Simply amazing!! The stamp set and sentiments are just terrific and the projects — wow!! Thanks for a chance to win Nichole!
What a lot of great gift ideas! Thank you for all the inspiration!
I think I will have my brothers and sister-in-laws, along with their children write special memories so that I can make a memory jar for my mother-in-law. I really like Nichole’s little book of her and her mom as well……….maybe that for my mother. And would it be sooooo…….. bad if I made the jewelry box for myself??? 😉
I loved Lisa’s travel mug. Those flowers are just so delicate and beautiful! Can’t wait to use them.
These were all great projects, and the stamp set is amazing! The project I’ll be working on first is the memory jar that Dawn created. My mom has Alzheimer’s, so this project has special importance to me. We’ve been trying to capture and share some of our favorite memories of time with my mom, so that my daughter has them to hold on to as grandma draws more into herself. The project is beautiful, and oh so meaningful!
What a beautiful project! I can’t wait for the 15th to see the new releases!
You are so creative!!! This is stunning!
WOW! such unique and gorgeous gifts! thanks for the inspiration!
So many great projects. I think that both the jewelry box you did and the quilt frame are something i will make. They would make good gifts for My Mom, and for others. Thanks for all the great ideas, as usual, from you and your design team.

Oh my gosh! This is beautiful! I was looking at your picture and thought…oh my gosh this would be so cute to use as for bridesmaid gifts! I love this thanks so much for the great idea! Now I just have to print it out and then try to make it before the big day (I have a little over a year!)
This is beautiful. It nearly brought tears to my eyes. I have such a WONDERFUL mother and she would be grateful to receive something so beautiful. I am now a mother myself and only hope to touch my son’s life the way my own mother has touched mine.
I thought Debbie’s paper quilt was simply lovely. I may have to try my hand at such a project. All of the ladies did an absolutely wonderful job and I can’t wait to get by hands on this set to see what I can do!
Everything is just beautiful and so I can imagine making several of these projects. My daughter is out of school at the moment and we are visiting my Mother right now!

Well, I’m not really sure which project I could really pull over. Your designers are just amazing. I really like Dawn’s jar of memories and Melissa’s gorgeous project. This was all sooo wonderful to page through. Thank you for organizing all of this for us. Spectacular job, Nichole.
I would love to do the special memories idea of Dawn’s. My mom would really love that. She is our family rock and she needs to know all the ways she has encouraged, stood by, and loved us. I will need to get on that one soon.
Thanks again.
So clever!! The soft colors and sentiments, stitching and button – truly lovely!! Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you for sharing that creation ~ one in a million !
I loved your project, Nichole! What a great idea.
I also loved Lisa Johnson’s altered stainless steel travel mug. That is definitely something I would make. I’ve made one for myself, but I could definitely see myself making them for the coffee and tea drinkers in my life.

You are absolutely inspiring! This is beautiful, and would make a treasured gift for any mother. Thank you for sharing!
They’re all awesome! I will definitely be doing the jewelry box and the memories jar! Thanks for sharing all this wonderful talent.
I soooo love all the projects created by the design team. I do have to say that Lisa Johnson’s card and travel tumbler are my absolute fave. I can’t wait to try that one.
If I have to pick just one it would be Debbie Olson’s quilt ensemble–I just love quilts.
You never cease to amaze me!
Wow this is really a stunner! I am dying to make one for my Mom! Thanks for all the great ideas!
I love the Mother’s day set! I will definitly try and make the tin jewelry box.
What an awesome set! Just gorgeous, Nichole!
You have done a wonderful job….love the stamp set…as always another great one…
This is just beautiful Nichole – I’m sure your mom will just love it! The stamps in this set are wonderful to honor all mothers!
I love this! The gifts are amazing and so much fun. Thanks
The jewelry box you made is something I will do for my Mom!! Love it!! Thank for all the inspiration!!
My favorite mother’s day project was the shadow box on Lauren Meader’s Blog. I loved the primas and butterfly and the pic with the sentiment. I love your project too! Its so beautiful and elegant. I love the poem and bracelet. Brillant idea!
I’m swooning over this project! and thanks for the download! I always print out all the projects anyway and put them in my PTI binder for future reference! this puts them all in one place for me!
Nichole, I’m a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and just love your work. But this jewerly box and poem with braclet just took my breath away. I wanted to get permission to copy your project, I’d love to do a Mother’s Day class and this would be the perfect project. Please email me and let me know if this would be o.k. first. Thanks for sharing. Kim
The stories these ladies wrote about their mothers brought tears to my eyes. Sharing something personal is why many of us are so passionate about stamping…it allows us non-artists (me) a chance to give something beautiful.
LOVE it! So many great ideas for Mother’s Day.
Oh I love this so much!!! Too bad my father made a jewelry box last year for her!
All the gifts are amazing and truely from the heart! I think I’m going to make the jewelry box for my Mom, she travels a lot and it would be the perfect size for her to take a piece of us with her, as I’m SURE she misses us so much LOL!
Thank you so much for sharing all your ideas!!

Love your jewelry box. This looks like
another “must have” set.
The bracelet is lovely and so meaningful!
Beautiful! What talent you have. There is not a woman out there that would not love to receive such a gift.
I love the colors you used in your project. I have so many tins sitting in my drawer, now I have something to use it for. Thanks again for another great idea.
Love it. Awesome idea. I’m sure your mom will love it.
I think any Mother loves a hand made gift more than the boughten one and this is gorgeous! I think I will have my daughter make it with me for my Mom and drop alot of hints! Can’t wait to see the mother set!
The jewellery box is amazing – I love it. And the picture frames, statationary sets and mini albums – all lovely
I think even I might be able to make that jewelry box. The directions were great. All the projects are superb. The card set is a must do – Nimmy
As always, lovely. While the card sentiment doesn’t apply to me (being childless makes Mother’s Day kinda suck at times), I know the women in my life would love this set. Great job.
What a beautiful idea! Wow!!! My mom would love something like this, thank you for the wonderful idea!
I love the little jewelry box. My mom would have loved it too. All this hoopla about “Mothers” is making me a bit sad since I don’t have either of my parents any more. I guess I would just have to make it for myself – hey great idea! Anyway, thanks for sharing the project – I love little boxes and this is so cute. I love the flower on the box and card too. Both well done!
Beautifully done, Nichole! Your post brought tears to my eyes! Thanks so much for sharing and for all you do! 🙂
happy mother’s day 😀
I have been wanting to try and make jewellery for sometime now and this is a great opportunity…thank you for the inspiration your box is amazing….I will definately give this project a try 🙂 Bonnie x
it’s very good idea.but boxes’re very small in turkey.I hope I can find boxes of this size in turkey…:D:D:D
Nichole and staff,
Thank all of you so very much for all the time and work you went to in the development of the gift templates, ideas, cards and downloads. There are so many items of PAPERTREY INK that I want to order after looking at all of you work for two day almost nonstop. The time is bad to be spending money on crafts as our live at home son just lost his car and contents to the Nashville flooding. But now that I have fooud this site I do not plan to lose it. Both my mother and MIL are gone now, but I have sisters and SILs that are all mothers. Any of them would love the gifts. I have made them handcrafted note cards and stationary in the pass by dry embossing and my husband turned them wood writing pens. I love to make and give things from the heart.
Thanks again,
Marie
What a great idea. You have such a creative streak. I never would have thought of making a jewelry box out of a tin.
Oh, this entry brought tears to my eyes! Your creation is simply beautiful…SO stunning…and definitely made from the heart! I will definitely try my hand at making this gift set. TFS!!
I LOVE this jewelry tin idea, how super sweet and cute! I don’t know any mother who would NOT love this!
This is just so classy! I can’t wait to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.
I want to thank for that information which is provided here. I also thank the people who contribute their comments on this blog.
A perfect gift to show the love we feel for mother, because mother is always next to us,and mothers always care our back.
This gift set is so sweet and sentimental. Thank you for sharing the great tutorial and the beautiful poem. 🙂
