Oh my gosh I think this means you’re going to open a retail store. Can I just say how jealous I am of those that live out that way. Hmmmm. Maybe I can find a reason for a business trip out that way!
January 22, 2009 at 10:51 PM

January 22, 2009 at 11:02 PM
I don’t even know how to type out the gasp that just came out of my mouth. Whatever the shopping bag means, it MUST be a great thing!

January 23, 2009 at 12:31 AM
I think you’re going to start selling your stamps at local scrapbook/stamp stores, and I think that we’re suppose to be your guest…
January 23, 2009 at 12:35 AM
An expense paid trip of shopping trip at PaperTrey headquarters??
Or, a certain amount of $$ and whoever wins can shop till their hearts desire?
January 23, 2009 at 12:36 AM
we can all be guests at Papertrey’s new stamping resort?! where stampers can getaway and stamp all day and we each go home with this lovely bag full of goodies!

Oh, that would just be the “bees knees”! Would it be your own retail store and also have your products in other LSS? Either way, that would be so exciting!
January 23, 2009 at 5:43 AM
It is all sounding very exciting, now if you are planning a bricks and mortar shop can I please request one of those shopping bags on my next overseas order.
Just think a reusable bag on my arm swinging it’s way around the UK. I’m all for free advertising.
January 23, 2009 at 5:58 AM
Ohhhh…. a guest and a shopping bag!!!! Could it be a real store where you can caress and adore Papertrey items IRL??? If so I hope it’s by me we have NOTHING in the way of real papercraft stores, Michael’s just doesn’t cut it.
In my wildest dreams I would be the guest and it would be a stamping and shopping event at Disney World…or a Stamping Disney Cruise….or I really would just be happy with a Papertrey store within reasonable driving distance. If it were close enough I’d even volunteer to be your first employee! A gal can dream right????
Julie Smith says
January 23, 2009 at 6:39 AM
hummmm……i like the idea from the forums this may mean an all expense paid trip for the next PTI cruise!!!!!!!! what a lucky, lucky girl that would be.
January 23, 2009 at 6:43 AM
A store? Oh I hope so!! That would be so awesome for you (though I doubt it will be anywhere near me)
This is just too much!!

I would treasure that shopping bag. If it’s a store, please consider Knoxville!
January 23, 2009 at 7:20 AM
I am totally intrigued now! Could it be a shopping spree of some kind? I could fill that bag very easy (which by the way is an awesome bag).
If it is a physical retail store – I will beg and plead for them to allow me to open one here in Washington.
Angie J says
January 23, 2009 at 7:30 AM

A store! I hope so and if it’s in Cincinnati where their headquarters is I can visit. Woohoo! Or, maybe they’re going to sell PTI products at a chain store? But then they wouldn’t really need the PTI bags. I can’t wait to find out!

That sounds interesting! Don’t forget about the UK. I haven’t been able to buy anything from Papertrey since the shipping was changed to include insurance for overseas customers (the shipping is more expensive than the goods in some cases)so I would just die to be able to buy Papertrey Ink products over here! Can you imagine the British crafters delight if they were introduced to PTI products! Pleeeease!
January 23, 2009 at 10:31 AM
Hi, I’m guessing you will be in stores now or someone gets to be the guest and shop and visit with Nicole.
January 23, 2009 at 10:53 AM
OMG – Please make it or them close to me. Or at least a great place to visit. Who am I kidding, I would visit just because of the store.
April G says
ohh, a retail store?!? selling to LSS?!? I would love to be able to get the sets from my local scrapbook store! I could use a cupon!
January 23, 2009 at 11:07 AM
Are you coming to stores?! Stores, as in plural? Or just one big PTI Store heaven???
Which one? Oh my goodness!
January 23, 2009 at 11:15 AM
I would love to schedule a vacation around a visit to a store! How exciting! I love the bag!
Tricia T says
January 23, 2009 at 11:28 AM
Hmmm, you only said one guest in the first hint and a shopping bag, so I think one person will get an all expense paid trip to papertrey hq to have a shopping spree. But I really like the idea someone had of a Vera Bradley bag filled with PaperTrey goodies!! 🙂
Ann Lind says
January 23, 2009 at 11:43 AM
I hope you are going to continue to have online sales for those of us who live in the boonies. Online sales means those of us who are off the beaten track still have access to the latest and greatest from Papertrey. We live 150 miles from the nearest Joanns or Michaels. Online shopping for me means I have access to the same products as those who live in large centers with lots of stores. I used to be able to shop only once or twice a year when we went to shop for a weekend. Now I can shop whenever I NEED or WANT something. Ann Lind
January 23, 2009 at 11:54 AM
Oh, gosh! If it’s a store in Austin, I’ll need to go back to my ‘hang out’ town (thanks for the vote, Melissa!) and have more fun….Stubbs, here I come!
Heather in Montreal
Maybe you will also be selling accessories (like a canvas logo bag) soon?

I love that shopping bag!
January 23, 2009 at 12:58 PM
Can you see me jumping up and down with excitement? Does this mean a brick and mortar store? Oh, why do I have to live in the wrong state. Maybe just maybe you’ll be selling at Michaels or AC Moore and then I’ll be in heaven.
January 23, 2009 at 1:15 PM
Ooooh, I hope this means that we can buy the products from brick and mortar stores near us … BUT it would be even better if PTI had their own cute store!! So exciting!
January 23, 2009 at 1:55 PM
OMG! A retail store??!!! Can it be in the hudson valley NY??! oh, please, oh please!! 😀

January 23, 2009 at 2:19 PM
I’m stuck in Florida and there’s no good SB manufacturers here, so I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to visit. But maybe it’ll be in a good destination spot? And I can plan a vacation around it? Lol! It would be cool if it’s a store.
January 23, 2009 at 2:45 PM
My first thought was an actual store too – but I am just hoping we get our anniversary set in that bag :-)!

Are you starting a bed and breakfast type place….where one can go to be the guest of the house and then shop in a store that is attached?
January 23, 2009 at 8:54 PM
The *rumor buzz* is flying now ~~ if it is a store of the “real 3-D kind”, I hope you’ll consider Canada as one of your home bases.
Can’t wait for Hint #3 🙂
January 23, 2009 at 10:18 PM
site revamp; packaging change; shopping spree…..whatever, it will be great I’m sure.
January 23, 2009 at 10:20 PM
WOW, could it be at a store/mall near me? I can’t wait to hear the news.
January 24, 2009 at 12:35 AM
are you going to have a contest and the winner will be able to fill the bag with whatever stamps they want?
I really wish you came out with a canvas bag with the PTI name/design on – will be a winner!
January 24, 2009 at 1:21 AM
SHUT UP! PTI going brick and mortar? Wow! There will still be online ordering too, right?

January 26, 2009 at 2:56 AM
Love the bag…if it is a retail store I hope the online store doesn’t change. Being stationed overseas doesn’t help me but I would be excited for those who could shop there. For some reason, I don’t think retail store is what the hint is referring to…guess we will have to wait and see!
January 26, 2009 at 5:06 PM
I can hardly wait to see what it all means!!! The suspense is killing me! 🙂

Since I am late reading this, what happened with the shopping bag. I love the bag and hope you decided to replace the shopping cart with the bag. Did you open a store, or what? I don’t know where to purchase your supplies, because the only stores we have are Michael’s and AC Moore and I don’t think either one sells PaperTrey Ink supplies.
