Raspberry Fizz was actually developed at CHA this past summer. My dearest friend, Dawn McVey, had been hinting at a "nice deep fuchsia" for a very long time. We attended the show together and she presented me with a not-so-subtle bag of goodies, all in shades of this deep fuchsia that she really wanted to see some to life in the Papertrey line-up. Needless to say, I loved the color and we instantly agreed on the name Raspberry Fizz. Don't you just love it! I keep repeating the name over an over out loud, it just rolls off the tongue in such a fun way! And so we now add this new color to our collection, and we are so thrilled with how it turned out. I think Raspberry Fizz is one of our best yet! All five ribbons, palette ink and cardstock will be available in this color beginning tonight at midnight EST!

I have loved this color and its beyond fun, playful, spirited name from the moment you introduced it with the forest friends peak. I also really want to say, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for the color comparison shot! I know you said you didn’t plan on doing this in the future. And even though I was dead on sure I want this color in my personal ever growing color collection, I Still LOVE seeing the color comparisons!! Sometimes, I like to think out my projects in advance in my head or on my computer and having this resource and reference makes that SOOOOOOO SOOOOOOO SOOOOOO much easier. I understand that it is more work, but it has led me to purchase colors that I probably would not have purchased and its reminded me that I need more of something as well. Hmmm…if you give a girl a “Raspberry Fizz”, she’s going to want some “Orange Soda” to go with it. And if you give her some “Orange Soda”, then she might need some Referees in Striped Shirts stamps to go with it. Then she’ll need a large dog to stamp next to the referee in the striped shirt… :)(Yay for Dawn’s idea!)

I LOVE THE NEW COLORS! All my cardstock is becoming PTI. I am not buying Stampin Up anymore. I love your colors much better.
