Come_grow_logo_lg_2If there is one thing we value above all others, it’s our customers.  We understand that you are the key to our success, therefore we are committed to providing the best quality and service possible and you have noticed.

We have been overwhelmed with the positive response we have received and would like to show our appreciation by offering this program called "Come Grow with Us." This program is designed to reward our most loyal customers.  It is very difficult to express the gratitude that we feel, but hopefully this will be a good start!

Here’s how it works..

-You purchase 12 unique stamp sets from Papertrey Ink between February 15th, 2007 and February 14th (11:59pm EST), 2008.

-You will receive a very special package from us in the weeks following our anniversary on February 15th containing an exclusive, limited edition stamp set! 

-This stamp set will ONLY be sent to those who qualify with the above purchases.  It will not be available for purchase.

Do you know if you qualify?  We just completed a very straightforward database for ourselves as reference, and have expanded it so that you can access the information too.

SrNo= your total set tally.  This example shows that this customer has purchased 7 sets that qualify towards the anniversary set.

Order Date= when the set was ordered.

Promo Item= the item number of the set (you can look these up on our website if you do not have your invoices saved.  The numbers are provided on each stamp sets individual page near the buy button)

PLEASE NOTE

-The tally that we are providing only includes orders made prior to JANUARY 19th.  Any orders made after this date are not included yet.  The final tally will be re-calculated on February 15th and published at that time.

-If you see a discrepancy in your records vs. ours, please contact customer service.  DO NOT leave a comment on this post.  Customer service has the necessary information to access your records and make sure that you are thoroughly taken care of.

-If you have ordered through more than one zip code or email address, you may contact customer service to be sure your order tallies are combined.

-I know someone will ask, so I will just address it now!  If you have purchased 24 sets, YES, you will receive TWO anniversary sets!

-And YES, international customers qualify for this special program too!

And no worries if you won’t qualify this year!  The slate is wiped clean at 12am (EST) on February 15th.  A new tally will begin for NEXT year’s FREE anniversary set.  We hope that you will come grow with us in 2008!

    IMHO–I think the date cut-off would be helpful information on your website for people who don’t frequent your blog. Since the website says 12 unique stamp set purchases made between February 2007 and February 2008–it’s a little misleading if someone thinks his or her purchases would count with the next release.

    I went to order some stamps to try and make it into the eligibility, but it says they are unavailable. Are some sets sold out? Is there any way to order them, and have them count towards the anniversary set?

    how exciting is it all – I am imagining what your anniversary set is going to be – I’m hoping there is trees in there somewhere – come grow with us!!     wait! i was holding off buying my last sets until feb08’s release. so now the second half of february doesn’t count?

    I am also bummed, I didn’t know about your site until last September and I bought at least 10 sets in this time frame and then not to qualify for something I didn’t know about.

    Oh well life goes on.

    I just emailed Papertrey, but I bought at least 14 sets and it’s only showing 8. Any purchases prior to September are not showing.
