Spiral Bouquet stamp set

Many of you noticed the grammar error contained in one of the sentiment stamps included in our Spiral Bouquet set, which was scheduled to be released on October 15th. Because of our focus on customer satisfaction and product quality we have made the decision to postpone the release of this set until November 15th.  This will give us time to replace the sentiment with the correct version and therefore offer you nothing other than the best.  (Just think, you have already received a sneak peek of what’s to come!)  I will not be sharing any additional samples created with this set until the next countdown begins on November 10th.

We still have two AMAZING sets to share with you THIS month!  I am quite certain that you will love the versatility and style that both offer.  Watch my blog tomorrow for some projects that help illustrate just what we have in store!

    We understand. You do a great job and mistakes happen. How you handle mistakes is the true test. You have handled this very well. Can’t wait to see the other sets.

    I am totally good with this. It saves me a little bit of cash this time. But wait…does that mean I have to buy 4 sets in November? Um….yeah, I’m OK with that too! LOL.

    I think you made the correct decision. I’m sure it was not an easy one, but definitely it was the best one. I can’t wait to see the whole set in November.

    Sniff, Sniff I was so very excited about this set it is my fave of the trio. However I do understand your decision, but as someone said I would be happy to have a deffective set if you are left with them in this process.

    Nicole I absolutely love the set and will be purchasing it come November. I’m glad that you’re correcting the set. Little grammatical errors like that get to me (I’ve always had freak-a-zoid English teachers growing up)!

    i think that you made a wise choice. your customer base is loyal and you demonstrated your commitment to quality instead of just profitability. can’t wait to see what’s coming though! i have birthday money burning a hole in my pocket!
