Ways to Stencil:
  • Light blending over stencils for soft backgrounds
  • Use multiple stencil layers for complex designs
  • Use die cuts as DIY stencils

Do’s:
  • Tape your stencil in place to prevent shifting
  • Blend lightly and build color in layers
  • Try combining stencils with ink blending

Don’ts:
  • Don’t overload your brush with ink
  • Don’t skip securing the paper—it’ll blur your design

Recommended Supplies:
  • PTI Stencils
  • Inks & blending tools
  • Background dies that double as stencils
