Watercolors without actually painting? I have got you covered!!!! …….If you love watercolors but find it difficult then this Effortless Blooms layering stamp set is just what you need! I simple stamped the blooms and added some watercolor paint on top to make it look like I painted them from scratch. I then finished it off by adding some paint splatters and added a sentiment.
