Hi Everyone! We are back with one of our guest designers today, Michelle Lupton.
Hello! I’m Michelle from Melbourne, Australia. I spend most of my time teaching biology to Uni students, but try to find as much time as I can to make cards. I’ve been crafty for as long as I can remember, but only started my card-making blog in 2011. My card-making style has evolved a bit since then, but I always seem to gravitate to clean and simple. I am so excited to have been asked to create with these gorgeous products from Ink to Paper! You can find my blog HERE, and you can also find me on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
I moved the alcohol ink around on the Yupo paper with a Ranger Distress Marker Spritzer so I could keep some control over where the colours went and how much blending I got.
I embossed the Yupo paper with the cover die before adding the alcohol pearl inks, so there is texture on the Yupo behind the sentiment.
This card is a one-layer card – I started with the border die, then masked off the bottom edge and stamped the foliage using a bunch of different green inks on the central area of the card.

Beautiful cards – I especially love the rainbow and am curious how you did that without getting the colors muddy! Great job!

Beyond gorgeous. I especially am taken with the unusual delicacy and color contrasts of the last card. Thank you.
