“Try using a variety of different embossing powders when stamping your trees. I’ve used white glitter, aqua glitter, and pink glitter in two shades to create this card. This creates lovely wintery shades, perfect for a holiday card.”
“I’ve mentioned before that I struggle with adding larger sentiments to a card with other images. I usually always start designing a card with the images in mind first and then add the sentiments as an almost after thought. I did the opposite with this card. I really wanted the emphasis on the sentiments and planned the card around them. Embossing the trees in the background for a subtle pattern was the perfect way to draw the eye to the Joy sentiment.”
During Holiday CreateAthon, we are offering a weekly $100 Ink to Paper Gift Certificate!
