Welcome to Throwback Thursday! Today, a few of our design team members are revisiting the Polka Dot Parade #9 Mini Stamp Set and coordinating die.
“Since this is the first time that I’ve used this stamp set, it feels completely brand new to me! 🙂 One of my favorite things to do when creating is to mix and match different patterns, so this set immediately caught my attention. I adore the different patterns that make up the tree layers and can imagine so many different ways to create with them! Pop over to my blog and I’ll share details on how I created my card, along with a couple of tips!”

“When I pulled out this set for this assignment, the first thing that came to mind when seeing those little tree layers was an ombre effect, so I had fun creating one with a variety of ink colors! And let’s face it…it’s the holiday season and that means most of us are BUSY, right? This stamp set paired with a couple new release die sets made for a fast and easy set of tags and this is even one you could create with your kiddos! Die cut and stamp all the pieces and back them with foam adhesive and let your littles assemble them for you! There’s no better time than Christmas to teach the joy of a family craft night and the value of a stack of handmade gift tags when you’re done!”

“This week’s Throwback Thursday challenge was a super fun one, for sure! There’s something so charming and sweet about the Christmas tree from Polka Dot Parade #9. It’s also a great size for both cards and tags alike, so you really can’t go wrong. I paired it with some more recent products to give it a refresh and I’m just tickled at how it turned out! This set was the first PTI item I have been falling in love with. I still love to use it, and over the years I’ve been falling in love with a lot more PTI sets.
