Ever since the beginning of Papertrey Ink in 2007, our floral designs are some of our best sellers. Despite flowers only typically blooming during the warmer months, our floral designs bloom year-round in the form of stamp sets, die collections, and paper products. These versatile designs can be used for any occasions from Mother’s Day cards to weddings to even Christmas.
We’ve asked some of our product designers to share a few of their favorite floral designs from over the years to help inspire your new creations this spring.

I think Gran’s Garden is still my favorite floral stamp set because of its “vintage-y” feel and its ease of use. It provides so many options for layering and playing with color that it is not only fun but means you can create so many different looks. And it pairs well with so many other stamps and dies, which makes it super versatile!

I’m currently loving my recent Flower Power stamp set and dies. I love the bold and whimsical feel of the flowers, and as the first dedicated flower set I drew, it will probably always hold a special place on my list of faves!

One of my favorite floral sets (because we all know that you can’t have just one favorite floral set!) is the Better Together set. I love the whimsical design of the flowers in this set, plus the sentiments are just wonderful. I love embossing an outline image with clear embossing powder and then watercolored it in. This set is just perfect for that technique. I remember that I really enjoyed watercoloring the images and creating projects with this set!

Tulip Time will forever be right at the top of my most favorite floral sets. I love the two-step stamping involved with this set because it makes the tulips come to life. It is so much fun to mix and match colors and come up with new color combinations. It’s also very simple and easy to stamp with, but the results are always breathtaking!

It’s nearly impossible to choose a favorite floral, so I guess I’ll pick a current favorite. Botanical Bounty has quickly won my heart. The flowers feel so organic and effortless. They lend themselves to all sorts of techniques and the fact that they’re not specific flowers means I feel like I can use any color scheme and it always works.

The beginning of any well-appointed stamp collection must always include a “go-to” floral stamp set. For me, Farmer’s Market Florals has pushed aside many other worthy contenders to become one of my favorites! The variety of images paired with the multi-step stamping makes this one shine on almost any project! It transitions nicely between card styles and yields itself to a myriad of color combinations! I know that I’ll be using this for years to come!

As you can see in our favorite floral designs, flowers can be versatile and fun for all occasions. Now it’s your turn – what’s your favorite Papertrey Ink floral design?
Meadow Greens is one of my favorites. Queen Anne’s Lace is one of my favorite wild flowers. It’s so airy, Lacey and ethereal. It’s also one of my very first purchases from PTI!
I have so many PTI floral stamp/die sets but if I had to choose one it would probably be Rosie Posie. I never have trouble getting a card made when I pull out that set.
I really love The Sweet Life. Need to practice more getting the layers done correctly, but honestly–it’s beautiful without perfect stamping!
the dahlias are stunning when I get the layering right. on my to do list to try it with my misti now.
Rosie Posie, plus step two!
What stunning cards! So pretty. Your products never disappoint.
Used to be Rosie Posie but now it’s Gran’s Garden! My opinion isn’t worth much because I honestly don’t own that many floral sets. I know it’s hard to believe. ?
I absolutely love Gran’s Garden and it is my ‘go to’ when needing a floral.
Love all of the DT’s creations!
Brushed Blooms is one of my very favorite stamp sets. I love the way those flowers look stamped straight up or with water added, especially the latter. The set is on my table right now waiting for me to make a card with it tonight.
