Good morning! Welcome to this month’s Moments Inked Planner feature. I couldn’t let the year end without creating a new year at a glance calendar so that’s exactly what I have today.

Following the same design as before, I updated the days to match the year, included on the top right corner, with the weekends in gray for easy identification, room to stamp or write below the day numbers, and a slightly larger margin at the top for a title and stamped touches.

Like my other printables, you need to print it at 100% on standard 8-1/2 x 11 paper or card stock – and be sure that “fit to page” is not selected. The pdf file (available below) has cut and score lines for cutting and scoring with a paper cutter. Then you can line it up with a binder page for hole punching or you can score it along the score line and then cut it with the full binder page die, as long as you make sure the fold is just inside the right edge cut line.

This year, I’m heading back on the college tour circuit with daughter number two, so I decided to copy my original year at a glance tracker to help us keep track of school vacations and college visit trips.

It seems like just yesterday that we were starting the same journey with my current freshman (oh yeah, it kinda was!!), so it’s not surprising that I still have the travel section in my planner. No need to reinvent the wheel!

I simply tucked in the new year at a glance insert. Folded it’s the same size as the rest of the planner. (Note: If you prefer to use it as a wall calendar or in another format, you can experiment with size by printing larger than 100% until you find the desired size – many print dialog boxes have a preview that will help.)

Open, it’s all ready to go to work. I’ve highlighted the days off from school this spring with a stamped yellow circle right over the number, leaving room below to add the trips. Now, to get the list from the daughter…

I’d love to see what you’re tracking – habits, steps, pounds, calories, laps – the possibilities are endless!

Until next month…
