Throwback Thursday: Through the Trees stamp set

By September 28, 2017General

Welcome to Throwback Thursday at Papertrey Ink! Today we have a few of our design team members revisiting the Through the Trees stamp set.

First up is Lizzie with a gorgeous fall tree to send a note of thanks:

“Over the years, Through The Trees has gotten quite a workout in my studio, but I admit to using it a little less often recently. It was a joy to pull this set out again to create an autumnal thank you card using some of my current favorite techniques. I hope you’ll stop by my blog to see all the details up close!”

Next up is this colorful sunset behind a silhouette of trees from Dawn:

"Fall is fast approaching here, so I couldn’t resist going in that direction with my Thinking of You card using Through the Trees today.  I love the flexibility of stamping the tree silhouettes and then watercoloring them any way I choose and really enjoyed playing with color, using an almost sunset-like color palette here!  Pop over for all the details and then bust out your Through the Trees set and give it some love, too!"

And finally, a soft calm winter scene from Heather:

“Through the Trees is such a timeless and versatile set with both its images and sentiments. It works to create a card with a masculine theme to something serene to send your sympathies. I have a card today to share that would work for the winter season or even just to send someone a note of encouragement.”
