"We had a whole lot of fun with Stamp-A-Faire last weekend, playing around with different materials and creating faux metal and leather looks, all from paper!  But sometimes it’s fun to use the real deal.  I’ve been experimenting with combining real leather with my Papertrey Ink dies to add details not just to paper-crafted projects, but to some sewing and knitting projects as well!  A bit of leather, even a simple tag or label, can really elevate a project and give it a finished, polished look.  I hope you’ll stop by to check out what I’ve been working on!"

Oh the possibilities that are out there waiting for me to come play! Leather is the new way to create wonderful boy cards and still have a great time making them.

Wow….I would never have thought of using real leather and my dies….such a great idea. I love all the things you used leather on and especially that little tag with the cut out heart. Your right in saying it give it a polished look. Thanks for sharing!!
