Are you ready for your very LAST challenge? It is all about using up some of the bits and pieces (and maybe even rejects!) left laying on your table at the end of the day!
But first, since this is a "Make It Work" challenge, how could we not honor Tim Gunn and his fabulous way with words? His critiques are always a highlight of any Project Runway episode! Take a look at this mash-up of some of his best lines!
And check out these clips too! Tim is just the coolest!
I don't know about you, but I just love him!!!! Now YOU get to make it work!
We told you to save all of your partial cards and rejected creations from throughout the day to use in this next challenge. Now is your chance to pull them out and put them to use! Tim Gunn is famous for his "Make it work." phrase and now you will get to apply it to your own paper crafting creation. Take apart one of your rejects or alter it to "make it work", just as Tim always says.
Take a look at the team's take on this challenge! Be sure to click through to each of their blogs to see the details of what they changed and why!

–-Add your project to the InLinkz list below.
–You will have until 7am EST, Tuesday, September 1st, to add your link to the list to be eligible to win. And you can enter as many times as you like.
–TWO randomly selected winners will be chosen from ALL the entries within this list and each will receive a $25 PTI gift certificate. Winners will be announced on our Tuesday night Stamp-a-faire winners post.
We look forward to seeing what you share here as well as having you back here in just a bit for the next challenge! We're also available in the forums for a chat if you need company while you're stamping!
Tim Gunn is the best! I love the dictionary video lol.
Kudos to the PTI Design team. I only “played along” by viewing all of your wonderful posts today. So many awesome projects. I especially love the Wedding and Runway projects.
So sad the day is coming to an end.
Oh my! This is my first SAF, and I am addicted! LOL 🙂
The inspiration by all of you has been unbelievable. I watched the day unfold, for he first time, and am in awe of everyone’s projects. The videos are wonderful and the examples, beautiful. The inspired work by all the participants is fantastic, I hope to join you next year. Thank you!!
Wish I had more time to stamp. SAF this year was fabulous. The best one yet…
Of all the challenges I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE – Make it Work the best. Wish you could do this one challenge every month. I see cards I think are just fine but then hear the designer doesn’t really like it. It helps to understand what the designer doesn’t like and then see what they did to complete it. Their thought process is one we all need to listen to and learn from. You learn best by errors IF you correct them. Experience is the best teacher. ETC, ETC. So please, please, do this again with lots of decisions, whys, why nots, you know – thinking out loud on video! Thanks for such a great day!
It has been fun to watch all the videos and then the creations!
I have really enjoyed the beautiful cards and videos. I love using Project Runway as inspiration.
Such a super fun post…love the new ones each time better!
I love this! What a great challenge!
The ‘Make It Work’ Challenge was a great opportunity to rethink and make changes. I am so grateful for the inspiration shared by the entire PTI design team. They truly are the BEST! This was the first time that I participated in Stamp-A-Faire. (The past two years I just watched.) The hands-on experience today was absolutely wonderful. I have grown as a card maker in so many ways! Many thanks to the entire design team for your thoughtful inspiration all year long! ♡
This was another fun challenge! I will go back to all of the SAF ideas again and again. Thank you!
I love this because I can find a card I did or someone else and change it up to make it my own! Great SAF challenges! So much fun!
