    Great release! Loved seeing all the great samples from the DT.
    On a rainy day I like to stay in my PJs and stamp and read -maybe throw in a little baking also!

    Well we haven’t seen a lot of rain in the west for a few years now, but I will try to remember what it feels like. There is no finer day for me than watching a period film and crafting …. Be it with fabric or paper!

    Rainy days are God’s way of refreshing us. I love to catch up with chores and half finished projects. When that’s done the fun really begins….creating new creative projects!

    My favorite things to do on a rainy day are to quilt and/or to stamp! Sometimes it’s hard to choose between the two crafts, so on a really good rainy day, I might get to do both! Another great release ladies!

    Rainy days are the perfect times to satisfy that need to be yourself. The creative self working on projects that have been waiting. I love retreating to my workshop and puttering around while listening to the rain. Or settling down for some reading time. I really enjoy my own company when it is raining.

    Here in Florida it rains frequently…I really like watching the lightening displays (from inside of course) ….and at the end of the storm a beautiful rainbow appears.. Magical, I say.

    Depends on the kind of storm. If it is a lazy soaking rain, I tend to snuggle under a quilt with a good book and alternately read and sleep. but if it is a rolling thunder storm it feeds me energy and I re- organize and clean my stamp room and create create create!!! so your weather and book series here are going to do serious damage to my budget!!Smiles!

    I’ve always loved to curl up with a good book, but we’ve had so many rainy days this year in Western PA, I have new favorites. These days I like working on a brightly colored quilt project, or playing with a new stamp set and bright inks.

    Rainy days in our house is ‘Arts & Craft Day’. Beautiful papers, colorful inks , textured materials, stamps, dies, scissors and glue, good music, cookies with coffee- what a GREAT way to spend the DAY!!     A rainy, stormy day is one of my favorites!
    Since I was a small girl I have loved storms and love to sit or stand and watch Gods power in action!

    When there is no lightning (FL is lightning capital of US) I use an umbrella and LOVE to walk my dog. She loves splashing in puddles just like a kid and her nose is smelling everything like it’s brand new.

    I am spending my first summer at the family cottage in Bay View, MI this year and watching summer storms move in across Lake Michigan while bundled up on our front porch, sipping tea in grandma Thelma’s china tea cups and rocking the afternoon away in her wicker rocking chair…total bliss!

    I may be the only one, but as soon as it starts to rain, I head out the door to take a nice long walk. When it’s warm I find someplace to sit and just get wet. If it’s cold, I just wander around until I find myself back home. Then it’s time to snuggle up with a good book and some tea!
