Introducing Seeds of Knowledge

April 13, 2015      Nichole Heady      663 Comments

Teachers play a very important role in the lives of our children, so giving them sweet little gifts to let them know how appreciated they are is a great thing to do!  That being said, we're bringing you a few new products today, to make your gift-giving just a bit easier!

SEEDSOFKNOWLEDGEDIES

Every May, we celebrate our teachers and the time, dedication, and talent they invest in our kids. So spring not only means flowers and renewal, but teacher appreciation too! Why not combine the two themes into some sweet, garden themed paper crafted goodness for your favorite teacher? Several carefully cultivated sentiments bring the two themes together and rustically designed elements finish them off nicely. Pair a project created with the Seeds of Knowledge stamp set with a bouquet of pencils created with the Pint Size Wrap Die and Pencil Bloom Dies for a sweet and useful gift. Several frame and floral elements can also be used with other sets for even more possibilities.

The Details:

  • Seeds of Knowledge will be available for purchase on April 15th.
  • It will retail for $24.
  • Seeds of Knowledge contains a total of 30 images.  The large door measures 1" x 2". The "seeds of knowledge seal" measures 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" and fits nicely on the small Limitless Layer Circle Dies. The sunburst element measures just shy of 2-1/2" x 2-1/2". The large watering can measures approximately 1-1/2"  x 1". The "Every child is a different…" sentiment measures approximately 2-3/8" x 1". The large flower measures approximately 1" x 7/8" assembled.
  • A coordinating die collection will be available for sale separately, retailing for $11.  This collection includes a total of 13 wired dies.

PENCILBLOOMSDIES

These clever pencil blooms can be cut from felt or paper and layered onto pencil erasers to create a "bouquet".  An easy and inexpensive gift for teachers and kids!

The Details:

  • Pencil Blooms die collection will be available for purchase on April 15th.
  • It will retail for $7.
  • Pencil Blooms die collection contains a total of 6 wired dies.  The large blooms are 1-3/8" in diameter, the small blooms are 1" in diameter.

PINTSIZEWRAPDIES

We have plain white pint size containers that we will be carrying that can be customized with these easy dies.  The circle can fit on the lid of the container, while two cuts of the sleeve will cover the bottom.   Just think of the possibilities!  Stamp your own custom wraps with monograms, add your favorite patterned paper, or anything else you can dream up!

The Details:

  • Pint Size Wrap die collection will be available for purchase on April 15th.
  • It will retail for $18.
  • Pint Size Wrap die collection contains a total of 2 wired dies.  The large sleeve wrap measures 6" x 4". The circle for the top of the lid measures 3-1/4".

Plain Pints

Papertrey is known for carrying fantastic basics and these new Plain Pint containers are the perfect thing to add to your stash.  These containers can be used to contain a pencil bouquet, candy, baked treats or whatever else you dream up!  They come with lids for even more options.  You can even add one of our popular Clear Dome Tags to the top with one of the scenes from Petite Places!

The Details:

  • Plain Pints containers will be available for purchase on April 15th.
  • A set of 3 Plain Pints and Lids will retail for $4.

Your DT projects were all superb and with those products, its no wonder. Three products stood out to me the most (meaning, my MOST COVETTED! LOL)…The apple die (YUM!), the flower stamp set and the sentiment stamps. (Sorry, I can recall the names of each at the moment.)AND, your release is in time for the end of school year, for teacher gifts. (My children are grown & married but for those with young ones…)

Oh, I’m in such terrible trouble this month! My favorite creations are cards, tags and gifts for teachers, those often unsung heroes who shape the future of the next generation. They deserve so much more recognition and gratitude on a daily basis and PTI has made that so much more achievable this month with their delightful creations. I am so thankful for not only the terrific product lines but also for the incredible talent and inspiration shared by the gifted design team. Hooray PTI for once again hitting it out of the park!
