For years, Betsy Veldman has been known in the industry as an innovator and a trendsetter.  As we mentioned in February, she is now taking that talent to a whole new level as she develops her skills as a product designer and coordinator for Papertrey Ink!   Betsy will be releasing kits periodiclaly throughout the year.  There is no set schedule, but when they are released it will be on the 1st of the month.  You will see an announcment and sneak peeks of a new kit coming on the 15th of the release prior, so today I get to announce the latest kit!

Here are a few general details about the Make It Market Kits…

  • They will be released periodically throughout the year.  If a kit is coming soon, the announcement will be made on the 15th and then the kit actually released on the following 1st of the month.
  • These kits as a whole will be exclusive limited edition.  Because of the specialty products they contain, there are limited quantities of the kits.  
  • If a kit sells out of it's original inventory within the first 24 hours, we will make additional kits available as pre-order items for a publicized length of time.  Customers should know that pre-ordered kits could potentially have small product substitutions of equal value.  Also, shipping times for the pre-ordered kits can vary greatly depending on the number of pre-orders received and how much inventory vendors have on hand. It can range anywhere from 4-10 weeks.  You will be notified via email when your pre-ordered kit has shipped.
  • The kits will contain exclusive product that Betsy has designed especially for the kit.  The products will not available for purchase separately.
  • They will also contain high quality accessories, embellishments and tools that we do not sell elsewhere in the store.
  • The prices will vary depending on the kit.  They are shipped separately in their own box, free U.S. shipping is included.  (You may contact Customer Service about any specific kit and the applicable international shipping charges that may apply)
  • Promotional team members will showcase sneak peeks of the kit on the 15th of the month prior to a kit being released.  They will post their full projects on the last day of the month, with the projects highlighted in the newsletter on the 1st of the month.
  • During the months that a kit is being released, they will be available for sale at 10pm EST on the night of the 1st.

Preview

The next Make It Market Kit will be released on October 1st and it is entitled "Tinsel & Tags".  My goodness, ar you ever in for a treat!  This holiday kit is just chock FULL of  tools, embellishments, papers, trims and more to inspire you as you kick off your Christmas paper crafting!  Everything you need to embellish your wrapped gifts, create show-stopping cards and even craft keepsake ornaments and gifts!  Every single thing in this kit works beautifully together!  Using it will bring the holiday spirit alive in your studio!

September 15th, 7am EST: Sneak Peeks will be showcased here on the blog (below).

September 30th, 7am EST: The Promotional Team will be sharing projects on their blogs using the kit.  The full kit contents and price will also be outlined here on the blog.

October 1st, 10pm EST: The Tinsel & Tags Kit will be available for sale on our website.

  19. Thank you for splitting the kits – I would buy anything Betsy designed but didn’t want to buy all the extras when I have such a big stash of my own. Just when I thought I didn’t need any more Christmas stamps…better start making room!

  24. oh my word! this is the one i have been waiting for. i have resisted the ‘make it market’ kits so far (just barely!) but i know with this one i have met my match. i cannot wait to see the whole thing. thank you, thank you ms. betsy!

  39. I’m very interested in both Kits if I can afford them, I have and love the Shakers Cards and also the watercolor one. I missed the County Fair but might have to get that one if it’s available again. Love working with the Kits. Stilling waiting for the dies that sold out on the Christmas Al-a-carte addition! Hope they are available for this year!

  42. Oh my gosh….are you kidding me! Talk about FABULOUS! I absolutely love this kit. Those domed ornaments are exquisite. I would put those on a package in a heartbeat! Wow…..I’m speechless!
