There seems to be as many die cut techniques as there are ones of the stamping variety. Betsy's here to give a quick how-to on one more. She uses partial die cutting to pop up parts of a die cut shape. And for a bonus, throws in some inlaid die cuts as well. It's a winning combination. Enjoy!
If you are joining along this week, here are the details concerning the Make It Monday Challenge.
