Today I thought I would share a blast from the past! For the March 2010 release I shared this video tutorial on creating a clear card as well as a few Copic Coloring Basics. Can we use another alcohol marker? Love the freshness of this card.

Riette,
You can definitely use whatever coloring medium you want, and actually your project doesn’t even need to utilize coloring if you prefer. Just as long as it uses a clear card base. I hope to see your project soon! 🙂

Super sweet card and I’m excited for today’s Make it Monday challenge since I’m fairly new to using the clear card stock. My question is, do you have a chart that lists the copic colors that coordinate with your ink colors? Thanks so much in advance!
ndheady says
Birgit,
If you go on our website and check out the Copics page, they are all listed in trios with our color names, so you can make matches that way.

Hi Nichole,
Please forgive my ignorant question: What is the name of the stamp set you used in your video today? I can’t seem to find it…thank you! LOVE your card!
Nichole Heady says
Debra,
The white cardstock is cut 3″ x 4-1/4″ and the red mat is cut to 3-1/8″ x 4-3/8″. Hope that helps!

Love the cards and ideas. Do you have a technique tips for lining up the outer ring of the doily stamps. Just received my stamps and I’m having a hard time with 2 of the outer ring. Appreciate any help. Beautiful doilies.
