I’m a little confused by the title of this post, as it doesn’t look like Heather used a diecut on her card…. she stamped directly onto her cardstock and sewed around it… Do we need to use a diecut?
Love the stitching effect on her card. I have not tried this technique, but I think it will definitely be put to use soon.
Yes, it must have been a typo..as no die cuts are used. Looks great though,I really like it–thanks for sharing Heather!
beautiful card, love the stiching effect. TFS
where can i find the little ruler with the piercing holes in it? that thing is genius. does PTI carry it?
I watched the video, even though no die cut was used I thought I would try it with one and I really like the effect. I will do it with out also, Thanks again for another wonderful video.
Thanks for the opportunity to win your awesome products
I am looking forward to spending my winnings.

Great tutorial, Heather, and fun card!
Wonderful tutorial. I’m going to have to try how you know your floss.
I loved the ruler with holes!! Will have to get one!
Nice card! Love the movement created by the flowing sentiment and the sparkle of the rinestones. The stiching adds just the right touch of texture to complete the card! : )
I love this technique used n cards/layouts it really gives it a homespun feel rather you choose to hand stitch or use a sewing machine. I was curious about one thing thou, did you do the same stitch around the entire image, or did you change your stitch pattern in different areas? Or maybe I need to invest in some glasses. (which could very well be)
I love seeing the design team in action, plenty of inspiration on MIM for sure!
Love this card Is the star a die cutout or just a stamp?
Love the video and wonderful cards and projects.
Nicely done, Nichole! I always love to see stitching on a card. It adds so much interest & dimension.

I like this idea. I have been wanting to do hand-stitching on my cards and layouts. Now I am even more inspired. Thanks
Heather, loved your MIM video. Where do we find that ruler? Thanks!
