Thank you for showing us the many options we have to achieve glitter buttons, Ashley! The button trees are adorable.
This is such a pretty project. I love the way the buttons look ! Your card is adorable,Ashley . I love the jar card you made too. TFS can’t wait to make something .
Oh Ashley! That card is so pretty!! Love the second one you showed briefly. Now I I want Berry Sorbet twill ribbon (I wasn’t a fan til I saw your card) and I want the tree stamps as well as the Think Big Favorites!! Thank you for the enabling:)
Fabulous video, Ashley!! Glitter buttons, bow tying and stamp positioning lessons, all in one! Fabulous!!!
Gorgeous card and love the glitter buttons.
Oh, Ashley, this was such fun to watch. Your card is so pretty and sparkly. I actually cringed when I saw you start to re-stamp that sentiment! First, I would have been so afraid to stamp a sentiment directly on the card in the first place after all that work. Mine would have been ruined, for sure, but then to re-stamp it? There is a reason you are on the DT! You are brave! Very fun video today.
Great card and video ..thank you Ashley!
Love the glitter buttons, thx for the video!
Love all the ideas here, and especially love the doily hills! I can do that!
Very pretty, love the orientation of your sentiment!
Thanks so much for the fantastic tutorial – I love trying new techniques and the glittered button put my card over the top with cuteness!
Love the tutorial. But the sound was odd – sounded like you voiced over but had some sounds that were out of context/order with what you said.
Ashely,
Thanks for that tip with the positioning tool, that is really helpful!
Beautifully done project and video, Ashley!!! Your work is AMAZING!
These glitter buttons is way too cute! I never actually used glitters in my buttons. And I just thought, its so lame of me.LOL Anhyways, thanks for sharing this!
Must one use PTI stamps?
Great cards, great video! Love to watch you work! I just about died when I saw you start to stamp your sentiment twice… ouchieeeee, I would have ruined it! Beautiful work!
Just wanted to say that I love your new packaging. Everything is useable and the new index labels actualy fit all the stamps. Everything is streamlined and beautiful. I can’t wait to get the DVD cases so I can start organizing. I am so glad you are switching to DVD cases I prefer them. Thank you agian for a wonderful product.
Great video, Ashley! Those sugary glitter buttons look good enough to eat. 😉 And the tip on using a stamp positioner to double-stamp and get a good solid impression… WOW. That would’ve been worth a whole video just for that tip. Thank you so much!
Great tutorial, Ashley! I tried the technique using liquid glue (Scotch Quick Dry) and my coverage wasn’t nearly as nice as yours. You can see on my card that the glitter only partially covered the real button, and the die cut paper ones weren’t too good. I have a note to pick up more spray adhesive next shopping trip out! Thanks for the fun tips!
Great inspiration, makes me want to go crafting right now! My friends and I get together when we can to scrapbook and make cards, but I think we need to get together more often!
What a friendly video and sweet card! Many thanks!!
The buttons are amazing <3
The video must be tired right now… can’t get it to play 🙁 Have it bookmarked to try later.
Love your accent! I’m from the UK and it seems so sweet and friendly 🙂 Thanks for the video
Thank you for the inspiration! i really breathed a big sigh of relief when you used Stickles towards the end of the video as i stay away from powdery glitter as far as possible 🙂
Love your technique & your tut. Thanks a bunch for sharing.
Huggies ~
Sharron♥
If you wanted to use these buttons for clothing purposes would you spray them with a clear coat after applying the glitter? Thanks 🙂
This card just ticks all the boxes for me, thank you.
