Hello, Everyone! Welcome to Melissa’s Fab Friday Feature

Happy Fabulous Friday!  My card today kind of took on a life of its own as I started building layer upon layer.  Feel free to adjust your layers as you recreate your own to allow your own personality to shine through.  This card can be go from simple to complex according to your own tastes.  Let’s get started!

 

 

STEP 1:

Using the Border Bling:  Tin Stitch die, cut a frame from Vintage Cream cardstock.  Begin stamping your flowers using the Prominent Petals stamp set and the following colors.

~Outline:  Honey Nut

~Pink flowers:  Hibiscus Burst and Berry Sorbet

~Yellow flowers:  Bright Buttercup and Summer Sunrise

~Purple flowers:  Lilac Grace and Amethyst Allure

STEP 2:  Adhere stamped layer to card base.  Cut Border Bling:  Skinny Diagonals frame from pink patterned paper and adhere to center of card.  Cut Bitty Big Lilac Grace striped paper on a diagonal to fit center of frame and adhere.

STEP 3:  Cut Love to Layer:  Scalloped Circles from yellow gingham paper found in the Basket of Blossoms paper pack, and pink circle (from Pattern Play die collection), with sentiment stamped from the Brighter Days stamp set.  Adhere both to center of card.  Wrap seam binding around card and tie in a bow on the right

STEP 4:  Assemble Prominent Petals around sentiment.  Add die cut and stamped leaves to fill in.  Add Lavender Moon Moonshine Sequins to embellish.

STEP 5:  Die cut daisies from the Into the Blooms die collection.  Layer and adhere surrounding your sentiment.  Embellish centers with felt, buttons, and Stickles glitter.
