Hi everybody, welcome to our next episode of The Great Cover-Up! Svitlana will be your guide today!
Let’s get started!
One of my favorite layering techniques is the use of vellum. It has a magical way of softening whatever is beneath it and creating a lovely, translucent effect.
I added a layer of vellum behind my frame and added some heat embossed falling snow near the top. The frame reminds me of a frosty, chilly picture window. I love that vellum allows whatever is behind it to remain showing, but in a softer, more subtle way.
