The Great Cover-Up

July 7, 2021      Papertrey Ink      Leave a Comment

Hi everybody, welcome to our next episode of The Great Cover-Up!  This weekly feature is all about using pigment type inks. Amy will be your guide today!

Let’s get started!

Florals are so fun to create with…..heat emboss, color, direct stamping.  The Sidewalk Chalk Flowers are perfect for a clean and simple card by just direct stamping.  Try stamping them with pigment type inks for vibrancy just on a panel.  No die cutting.  For a bit of a bold statement, stamp the cluster of flowers selectively in black ink to tie in with the sentiment panel.  This stitched panel, from Border Bling: Flower Frame Die, was layered twice, with the back panel flowers colored in with bits of watercolor from the Distress Inks.
