Welcome to Simple to Spectacular!
Who doesn’t love a simple, classic sugar cookie? But then you icing and it gets even sweeter and more decadent. And then you pop on some sprinkles and suddenly it’s a party! The idea of this feature will be to show how a single stamp set can be used to create a card from clean and simple to downright fabulous with a few extra layers and embellishments.
Lizzie is participating today and she has progressive card designs to share using the Secret Agent stamp set and coordinating dies. Enjoy!
“When Secret Agent debuted I remember thinking it was one of the most innovative and unique stamp sets I had ever seen. At the time, my nephew was a little too young to really get excited about spies, mysteries, and all things cloak and dagger. That has certainly changed! I thought it might be fun to use this challenge to create a non-traditional Valentine for him, along with a couple extras I can have on hand for other kiddos that might also get a kick out of a cute, retro detective.”

I LOVE this set too!!! I got it long after it came out, & used it for a kids class at church. They ALL became little detectives! I used it throughout the time I taught them in every lesson. We created little booklets for them with this stamp set & other coordinating sets! 😉 It makes a SUPER CUTE VALENTINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉 (February 1rst is ALMOST HERE!!!)
