I really love watercolors and embossed resist
Mostly Copics, but I’m starting to play with watercolor too.
Copics are my first choice but watercolors are a close second.
I’m not great at coloring, but I do enjoy using my Tombow real brush markers.
I enjoy using my Prismacolor pencils but I find myself reaching for my Copics most often.
I will always love working with ink first, whether direct to paper or sponging. After that are markers, including my Zigs & Staedtler’s or Copics.
Copic markers but I love the multi-step stamping.
Copic markers but I love the multi-step stamping.
Alcohol markers are my favorite coloring medium.
I enjoy coloring stamped images with my Copic markers.
I like colored pencils and emboss resist techniques.
I enjoy using Prismacolor pencils and gamsol.
Copics and other alcohol markers are my favorite for coloring.
Such fun and pretty crafting goodies in this release! My favorite way to color with stamps is water coloring.
My favorite way to color definitely watercoloring!
Copic markers, with water colors a close second.
My favorite coloring technique is watercolor pencils.
Water colors
I enjoy Coloring stamped images with zig markers and alcohol markers the most. I am very new to alcohol markers but really enjoy the control it gives while coloring an image.
I am not very good at it but I love the look of watercolors.
I’m prefer stamping with ink but love Copic markers as well!
My favorite coloring technique with stamps is water coloring. I am not good at coloring, and it is forgiving! I mostly use ink, but try pencils too. I keep practicing with alcohol markers, but I am a long way off from even being an beginner!
I really do love water colors but I’m definitely still a beginner. I do love my Copics-I’m a little more successful with those?.
Probably two step or multi step stamping, and then maybe sponging. I am not good at coloring in images. Looking forward to February release.
I love using watercolors especially with florals.
My favorite is Prisma colored pencils and blending them. Easy and less messy.
Copic markers!
Most of the time I use stamping and colored pencils.
When I add color to my stamped images, I most enjoy watercoloring them using ink from my inkpads.
My favorite is to use colored pencils. I love the soft color that they add.
Rachel Short
Copics, are my go-to, but I love the look of watercolors! So many choices, pencils, Magicals, embossing, distress inks. Love trying to master them all!
I like to watercolor by swabbing an ink pad on a clear block and painting with a water brush.
I love to use reinkers to watercolor outline images!
Copic markers although I plan to step outside the box and try/practice with other mediums and techniques.
I love to emboss the outlines and watercolor to fill in. I don’t do it as often as I’d like, because I love 2-step stamping as well!
My favorite coloring technique is to emboss a design and then color in with Copic markers. There are so many colored embossing powders to choose from it makes it even more fun than using just black! The same technique using PTI kraft paper looks really great too using colored pencils. I can’t wait to get my hands on some February release products!
My favorite technique to use with stamps is simple embossed resist and watercolor. So many possibilities and they almost always look beautiful!
Watercolor. If I’m stumped at creativity, I get my different types of watercolors out to play. Liquid, pencil, cheap old school in a tin. Then I stack the dried pages for future backgrounds. Also like to emboss and paint or do the no line with Smokey Gray or Fine Linen.
Alcohol Markers-no lines and they blend so well.
Copics are my favorite coloring medium. It’s like being a kid again and playing with markers.
Color layering is my favorite.
emboss resist
Copics as I always get good results with shading and saturation. The results are always a winner.
I love my Copic markers for actual coloring; otherwise, I prefer to layer with inkpads.
I love coloring stamped images with prismacolor pencils, & zig real color brush markers. Most recently I’ve been playing with tombow dual brush pens that I just received and especially enjoy using them on bristol paper.
My favourite stamp colouring medium is pencil crayons only because I get the best results. I keep trying alcohol markers because of the instant colour saturation but my blending needs a lot of work!
I find myself reaching for my Copics the most often.
I love using copics with my stamps.
Coloring has always intimidated me but I finally bought some Copics and have started practicing.
My favorite coloring technique is painting with watercolors!
I almost always prefer two step stamping- especially since the Misti was released. After that, I use copic markers.
My go-to coloring method is Copic markers. My second favorite is watercoloring which could become number 1 as I continue to practice!
Mostly colored pencils and some watercoloring.
Copic Markers are my favorite way to color. I’m working on Polychromous and watercolors too.
Layers of Zig Watercolor Markers
I enjoy working with colored pencils–takes me back to my childhood.
My favorite coloring technique with Copic Markers .
I love to color with all things, it I am loving watercolor with real brush pens.
I am trying to improve various coloring techniques. I love the watercolor look, but still needing to improve on that. I don’t like the way my dye pens blend. I would say that I get my best results from colored pencils.
Definitely Copics!
I am terrible at coloring with markers and pencils. I prefer the alcohol inking technique, it’s forgiving and fun..
Watercolor with inks.
I love Copics and the embossing techniques!!!
Congrats on your new amazing release!!!
I am too new to stamping (and too intimidated) to have tried any new skills. So I have to say that my newest “coloring technique” is using my misti. I just got one for Christmas and it has totally changed how my images look. The colors are fully saturated now and finally appear the way I always wanted them too.
Ohh, this is a hard one! I love trying different coloring techniques and learning new things. I would say my “most used” would be Copics.
I love the look of multi-step stamping. If not doing that, I reach for my copics.
Using ink colors (stamping) is probably my favorite with Copics coming in a close 2nd I guess.
I am terrible at coloring, so tend to stick to markers and pencils. I’d love to have the budget for copics, but that’s sheer fantasy!
Copic markers are my favorite. Colored pencils too, sometimes, for small details.
Water coloring is my favorite but I still need to practice. I also like Copics and alcohol markers. I love to escape into my creativity world where it’s peaceful and so far away from the stresses of life!
My favorite way to color my stamped images is with Copics.
Watercolor stamped images then spray for very loose and watery card and anyway that I see another designer make a beautiful card that inspires me. You have a variety of designers that provide so much inspiration with your great stamps.
I prefer using color pencil just in case I mess up.
I like to do different techniques, but go back to watercolor pencils. It’s all fun!
My favorite way to color is with Copics, but I recently tried watercoloring and it’s fun, too. Love this release!
Fantastic release! You have a little bit of everything… floral images, kids, babies, party… love the versatility! I like using water colors… I am not very good at coloring so it’s a pretty forgiving medium. I also love fill in stamps! My easy way out! LOL!
Using color pencils seems to be my current favorite. I’m still learning to use other coloring mediums and will continue to practice.
What a tough question! I like colored pencil and Gamsol, Copic markers and sometimes watercolors. But I also like stamp layering, so I don’t have to color at all.
I use Copics…not very good at it, but practice makes perfect, right? Thanks for the opportunity.
Watercolor and Zigs for me!
It’s all fun trying different techniques, but I believe watercolor pencils I like.
I have tried many coloring methods but my favorite for flowers is to emboss them and then color them in with ink applied to a make up applicator. Looks pretty and you can get great shading effects.
My favorite way of coloring is to use the Zig and Ray Azteca watercolormarkers. Just draw a little color on the stamped image and add water..viola a masterpiece magically appears before your eyes!
I am a plain ole ink stamper. I make a LOT of cards and most of the time I don’t have time to get too techniquey…
I love playing with watercolors on stamped images and backgrounds, too. The more I play, the more I learn! ?
Embossing an image and then watercoloring is my favorite coloring method.
I love using watercolors…but know I have lots of room for improvement.
I love watercolor. I use Zig markers to color directly on the stamp, color a stamped image or watercolor on the paper. I also love the look of Distress Oxides.
80% of the time I stamp my colors but the other choice is water colors.
To color an image, I typically like Copic markers, but I am developing a love for watercoloring! It just doesn’t like me so much, yet…trying to get better. Especially love the look of soft, no-line watercoloring!
I love copic coloring, but it’s kind of stressful for me because I want to do it the way the pros do and I haven’t learned that! So I usually go to pencils or watercolor. That’s when it’s very relaxing for me, and it looks very soft.
Coloring with Copic markers is my go-to technique but I also love watercolor with embossing.
Coloring is so much fun using copic markers, but I still think using watercolors is my favorite! This is such a fun release!
When I have the time, Copics are my first choice and Prismascolor pencils my second choice. If I’m mass producing or have limited time to make a card, stamping with a solid stamp to color an image is a good solution.
Although I own a few coloring products, I’m just learning to use alcohol markers and zig markers.
My favorite coloring technique? That’s a hard one but I would probably go with my Copic markers. I seem to reach for those the most.
I have always loved to colour. I would say that I use Copics more than anything else. Thanks for a chance to win. Cheers.
I love using watercolor paints or markers with stamps. Makes for a soft or dramatic look…you can choose. I am loving the new background dies.
I have been enjoying using colored pencils and working on my blending. Otherwise I really enjoy alcohol markers and watercolors.
I like to watercolor with distress inks. I am not very good and only dabble, but
I do try. Great release and an awesome look book!
Coloring with Copic markers is my go-to technique but I love watercoloring with embossing.
I have an equal love for watercolouring and alcohol markers- it just depends on the look I want to achieve!
It depends on the stamp and what I am trying to achieve, but most of the time I use alcohol markers and sometimes colored pencils.
I love using my colored pencils or my Zigs! I am hoping to experiment more with watercolor techniques.
I love to color so when it comes to using a technique with stamps it’s my copic markers. The process of shading and mixing colors is so relaxing and the end result is pure joy!
I have a small collection of Copics that I use the most. I need to find time to play with colored pencils and watercolors more!
I pretty much only use my Spectrum Noir markers to color stamped images. I have used pencils, but I’m not good enough at blending with them and I love the bold colors of the markers.
I mostly just stamp, sometimes I’ll watercolor with ink and a water brush, I want to try coloring with other techniques but I seem to spend my money on stamps and dies, there’s none left to invest in pencils or markers, oops 🙂
I am definitely not good at coloring. So I tend to use more solid image stamps but I do have colored pencils and Zig watercolor cause you know I had to have them.
Either painting the color with a brush or layered stamping with ink.
The first thing I reach for is my Copic markers, but watercolors are a close second!
My favorite way to color is with Copic markers. But I also love using the Zig markers to do a bit of watercoloring. Thank you for a fun release week. I am looking forward to having my new Papertrey Ink supplies arrive soon!
I don’t do a lot of coloring, but when I do I use my copic markers, or watercolor pencils. I have been inspired by all of the watercoloring recently, but haven’t had time to play much!
Copic markers are my favorite. Although, Betsy has me wanting to do more watercoloring! I’m so sad to see her go. PTI just won’t be the same. Thanks for all the inspiration in this release.
There’s nothing like a juicy ink pad in a gorgeous color to bring a stamped image to colorful life! Ink will always be first for me — but next is definitely my zig markers.
Most of my cards, the colour comes from the cardstock. I don’t really have that many ink pads, no markers, no alcohols, just water colours and a few cheap pencil crayons. I am more about layering dies and using sentiment stamp sets. (I am a very boring card maker!) But I can’t help myself, I just love making cards anyways! But I have gotten a few layering stamp sets and I do LOVE them. So I need to pick up some more ink colours in different shades. I also really like embossing powders. I have a rainbow of colours and I don’t think a card goes by without me using some colour that way. And hopefully I don’t post this 10 X but it keeps saying I am posting too quickly?
A few years back I would have said I don’t color and never want to color! Then a sweet crafty friend spent some time with me showing me the wonderful world of copic markers and now I am hooked!
I like using Copic markers but would love to be proficient with water coloring.
My “go to” technique is always ink pads, followed by copic markers to shade with. I would love to see a Make it Monday video on how to shade. I have just purchased my first set of ZIG watercolor markers & am anxious to try them.
I mostly use copics.
My trusty dusty favorite way to color stamped images has to be with Copic markers…I always reach for them. A very close second would be to use my watercolors.
I’m still fairly new to paper crafting and don’t have a lot of coloring supplies. My favorite right now would be watercolor pencils.
I love copics!
I love water colors and copics!
It has to be watercolor, but I just bought my first copic markers, so that may change!
My favorite is using Polychromos pencils with Gamsol but I also love my Copic markers.
Watercolor’s are my first choice, I have a variety in different forms , copics would be next.
The one I use is watercoloring. I have tried alcohol markers but they were cheaper and dried out, so I haven’t tried with others.
I go through phases. Last year it was watercoloring. Lately, it has been Copics. Coloring is fun and relaxing to me no matter the method.
I actually would like to stamp colour instead of colour! However, if I have to colour I usually use my watercolour pens.
I like multi-step stamping best – it always produces beautiful results, especially with the MISTI! That being said, I do love and use both my Copics and watercolors quite often.
I like to use colored pencils and baby oil , a tiny bit goes along way in blending and the project smells good too.
My favorite coloring technique is water coloring using inks and ink pads.
Using watercolors is a lot of fun because it gives so many variations in how the colors mix together. I also love a more controlled look using markers or just plain stamping a solid image.
I enjoy coloring with Copics but still have a long ways to go.
I like multi-stamping—quick and high-impact.
My favorite coloring technique is probably Copic markers, although I haven’t practiced enough to feel confident. I love the look of watercolor, but also haven’t practiced enough at that for the results to look good. Evidently I need to buckle down and practice, practice, practice. Thanks for the chance to win a lovely gift certificate!
I usually watercolor with ink pads but have been exploring other mediums.
Love water colors – with pencils, inks, and even blender pens…. but have been contemplating investing in some Copic markers.
Copic markers are my go-to.
Copics are my favorite for coloring stamped images!
Watercoloring with water color pencils brings me the greatest satisfaction! And I really love to do it 🙂
My favorite method of coloring with stamps is using my Copics. I also have colored pencils and watercolors that I would like to try.
My favorite coloring technique would have to be using Arteza Watercolor pen brushes on Bristol Smooth cardstock. I love the vibrancy of the colors these brushes have to offer.
Copic markers are my favorite!
For me it’s copics and stamp pads, although this year I want to try watercolors.
Love to use the various inks, one of the reasons I love PTI multi step stamping sets!
Early stamping started with inventing my own ways of coloring until I found out the realm of possibilities the pros use. Prismacolor pencils was my love at first sight then, chalks, 2-step inking, sponging, alcohol inks, but now my favorites are Copics and trying to get better at watercoloring with inks and Zig Markers!
With a heavy heart, it is so hard to bid Betsy goodbye! What a gift she has and a heart of gold. She shared her gifts, talents, her love of family and the Lord. She will be greatly missed indeed. Thank you Betsy for 10 fabulous years!
My favorite coloring method is copic markers.
That’s kind of hard to answer quickly. I love almost every way there is to color. I have copics, markers (permanent and water based), watercolor pencils, watercolor crayons, dove blender, colored pencils. The finished card design usually helps me to decide what technique I want to use. I love resist. I love heat embossing. I’m addicted to card making and color. Currently I’m into a colored pencil groove. Loving it.
My favorite coloring tools are alcohol markers. I love the smoothness of their blending.
I like to stamp my images in black ink, laydown some color with Tombow markers and then spread the color around with Clear Glitter Wink of Stella – (I’m not so good at blending with copics!)
I reach for my Copics first! I recently bought a mini tote to organize them, and make them portable. Thanks for the awesome chance to win!
My first choice is always colored inks, but Copics and water colors are a close second! Wonderful release this month!!
i use watercolor colored pencils it helps the look of my coloring.
Love the unicorn – my favorite!!!! My favorite way to color is Prismacolor pencils and gamsol. I am trying to get better with Copics, though…
Karen
Copic markers! The only drawback is when the colors bleed through to the other side of the paper.
For colouring stamped images I definitely prefer Copics.
If I absolutely must color, I prefer my alcohol markers.
Copics — even if you’re not really good w them, it’s easy to get a good look.
I love to either stamp them with their solid image counterparts or color them with my copics.
I like using Zig markers and a Wink of Stella marker to make things shiny!
Great release PTI!! I love using my Copic Markers.
My favorite coloring technique has “evolved” over the years. When I first started stamping I used to love solid stamps and used ink pads to fill in the solid image. Then, I moved to colored pencils as they were relatively easy to store and port. Many years later I turned to Copics, and now I’m trying my hand at Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.
Until I practice with the Zigs, Copics are still my favorite.
I enjoy using markers with stamps. It’s fun to capture various colors with one pass through from stamp to paper. I also like spritzing a little water on distress markers and getting that cool watercolor look.
I use stamping most often, but will occasionally use colored pencils. Great release!
I really love to use copic markers and I just increased my stash! They are soooo fun! But I need to try watercoloring!
I love working with watercolor but I am not very good at it so I always find myself returning to my old reliable copic markers!
I use mostly Copics and colored pencils with my stamped images.
I love all ways of coloring but watercoloring is my favorite! I usually use my inks to watercolor! Thanks for the chance to win! Love this release!
Definitely markers. Although I am trying to branch out more.
Using Zig markers. Thank you for the chance to win!
In not into coloring, I prefer two step stamping. My first method would be comic markers. I am trying to do more watercoloring, but not too good at it yet.
Copic all the way!!! (With a bit of water color every once in a while!!)
I love to use copics!
Love coloring with alcohol markers. Also like colored pencils. ❤️
I love coloring with Copic/alcohol markers the best.
I like prismacolor pencils or markers. I was scared of markers for a long time; hard to gloss over errors and often the colors I chose were too strong. I’ve been practicing and watching what others do. And then I still like to watercolor as well, especially with a touch of gold paint for accent.
If my images needed coloring I would either grab my Prismacolor pencils or for something bolder my copic markers.
So far my favorite coloring technique for stamps has been Prismacolor pencils. I have just started trying out Tombow markers too.
Copic markers are my favorite for coloring. You can go bold or subtle.
Watercolors or copics!
If I color, which is not often, I would use water color pencils.
Probably just ink! I do love multi-step stamping! Watercolors are fun too, though.
Emboss and watercolor!
I use mostly copic markers!
I’ve recently discovered watercoloring, so I’d have to say that is my current fave!
My favorite is Copics but learning to love Zigs!
I usually use Copic Sketch Markers when coloring images, but I’d love to explore water coloring more.
Most of the time I use ink, usually PTI inks because I have a complete set in the mini size –easy to take to crops. I also like distress inks. To fill in an outline stamp, I might use watercolor, Zig Clean Color brushes or Inktense watercolor pencils.
My favourite colouring technique is watercolouring.
I love the look of no-line coloring but haven’t mastered it myself, so I mostly stick to coloring with my copic markers. 🙂
Love the zig watercolor markers
I have been enjoying using watercolor
Techniques. Thanks to some of the design team for getting me to try this!
I love to use water colors.
Try to master the Copics, but I love the look of watercolor!
It’s probably a toss up between watercolor and Copics. I don’t have a ton of Copics, so sometimes, color limitation determines the medium. But, I would say that I enjoy both equally. Thanks for the great projects this week, PTI Design Team.
I am no expert on any but I like the look of pencils, especially on kraft paper.
I stamp using color ink pads and add highlights with markers…and a white gel pen.
I really like using the watercolor resist technique…or straight out watercoloring……to color your images, especially the floral ones.
I absolutely love using my various watercolors! The soft hues and their unpredictability and reaction to water really draws me in. I also love how easy it is to make stamped images look like an art masterpiece with no-line watercoloring!
I love two step stamping, alcohol markers….would love to get better at all of it!!
My favorite coloring technique is using Zig markers on the image and then a wet paintbrush to move the color around and blend.
Watercolors are my favorite stamping technique and then alcohol markers!
I like different methods of coloring depending on my mood. But if I had to choose, I like using layering stamps, so the stamps do all the coloring. 😉
I’m still intimidated by markers. I mainly use ink pads. And embossing.
Most of the time I’m just an ink stamper, but have used Zigs to color images. Don’t own any Copics or good watercolors…yet, but love when the results when I see others use them.
I love using multi step stamping, Copics, and I’m just getting into water coloring.
I love coloring & blending with my prismacolor pencils. I really need to do it more often!
Emboss Resist is one of my all-time favorite techniques. Lately I’ve gotten more comfortable with “messy” watercoloring using my Zigs or Distress Inks, so that’s my favorite way to color lined images.
This is a lovely release. Loved how many different animals could be created with the unicorn die.
I love embossing & water coloring with stamps.
I have quite a collection of Alcohol markers, Copics, Spectrum Noir, Chameleon, Firefly, Artist’s Loft that I really like to use, but really love the Watercolor effect lately and I’m trying to improve my skills with that medium. Thank you for another amazing release!
Lately my favorite way to color is with Copics.
I like to use both Copics and colored pencils.
I love colouring with my Copic markers. I have Zigs but haven’t been very happy with my results…I need to spend some time loving them too…practice makes perfect!
My favorite coloring technique for stamping is alcohol markers. I love the depth you can get using them. Images really come alive and look more professional Ü
Currently I’m really enthused with colored pencils and water coloring.
Sometimes coloring is so tedious, especially when mass producing a project, so I really love a multi step stamp set that adds layers of color & inked details simply with my ink pads.
I love to color with my Copics!
I’m just starting to watercolor more with my stamps, but Copic coloring is my favorite!
I use them all, Copics and Zig markers, colored pencils, and inks. My absolute favorite is to watercolor.
I am over the moon for watercoloring – any/all watercoloring techniques!
I don’t really have a favourite but I tend to use colour pencils most as they are easy to control, easy to carry, a small selection of colours is sufficient and they don’t require brushes, solvants etc…
I don’t really have a favourite but I tend to use colour pencils most as they are easy to control, easy to carry, a small selection of colours is sufficient and they don’t require brushes, solvants etc…
I love the watercolor look, I just need to practice it more.
I love stamping with inks but love to color with copics!
I especially love the look of watercoloring!
I’m working on my Copic coloring and still use my colored pencils too.
Mainly copics for me but I do love breaking out the watercolours from time to time!
It changes from time to time but right now I mostly use alcohol markers
Love Copics but I’ve found that Prismacolor pencils can also give amazing results!
My favorite is good old fashioned colored pencils!
I love watercolours on watercolour paper. Thanks for the chance to win! ❤️
I like to color with Copic markers.
I’d say it depends on the look I want for a card. If I want a vibrant card I’d choose Copics. If I want a softer look, definitely watercolors or water spritzed ink. Embossed images, particularly in white, with watercolor are always a favorite.
I try to avoid coloring in my stamped images, because I haven’t found a technique that I like. If I do, I tend to use my watercolor pencils. I think I need more practice.
Probably my favorite coloring technique for outline stamping is the Zig Clean Colors followed by Copics. I love the look of watercolors. Using the Zig Clean Color markers allows me to “cheat” to attain a similar look but with control. 🙂
My favorites are Prismacolor pencils and Copic markers.
Happy New Release with such beautiful work! I like to used copic markers with my stamps!
I haven’t tried any techniques other than stamping. I guess I need to branch out!
COPICs and watercoloring
I like to watercolor my images with traditional paints and I’m hoping to advance to using watercolor markers soon!
I would have to say that my go-to coloring technique would be using alcohol markers. I have Copics and CTMH Shinhan markers. I love the blendability of these kind of markers. I also use colored pencils with blending solution. I love all the new products shared this week. Thanks for all the inspiration and chance to win. : )
I like to use water coloring the most. I love the look of it.
“Painting” with smooshed inkpad puddles spritzed with water.
I really love to watercolor images with pencils or inks.
Not that great at coloring, I hope this is the year that I perfect that art using my copies.
Such a gorgeous release this month. I think my favorite coloring method is water-coloring – so easy to do with proper water-colors or with stamping inks and it gives you a lot of control over intensity of color.
So tough to pick one method but my current favorite is copic coloring overlaid with colored pencil highlights. Love the control and depth you get.
Watercolor is my favorite technique with stamps – I’m not great at it, but the design team sure is 🙂
Thanks for the chance. My fave technique is using my watercolor pencils on stamped images.
I tend to use Copics and watercolor pencils a lot.
I am no artist, which is why I like stamping. My favorite way of coloring is to ink up a stamp and press it to paper. When I’m feeling adventurous, I’ll add a spritz of water!
Copics are my go to favorite.
I have so many but I am going to have to choose water coloring!
I’m new to coloring, I like using Tombow real brush markers and watercolors.
Colored pencils and watercolor are my favorites today but it always changes based on how the image inspires me. I’m thankful to see so many great examples from the design team!
If i am actually coloring, Copics is my first choice, followed by my pencils. Watercoloring isn’t my forte, but would like to play more to see where it leads. I also have Magical’s which I have yet to get the chance to play with.
Watercolor. I love a loose, soft color wash.
Inktense pencils work the best for me, I’m very much a learner, but trying to improve.
My favorite coloring method varies according to whatever cool coloring media I’m excited about at the moment! Currently it’s watercolor, but that could change.
My first grab is usually a marker, but I wish it were in vogue to use Crayolas!
We’re supposed to color?!?? ? ? No really, I love layered stamping and occasionally using colored pencils and copics.
My favorite coloring technique is Copic markers, closely followed by colored pencils.
I love using Zig watercolor markers!
I love the look of watercolors!
I definitely like to color with Copics! For Christmas, however, I received a set of Faber Castell colored pencils and I’m excited to try those!
Generally I use brush markers. I haven’t tried Copics yet although I have heard a lot of good things about them.
Still love using markers to color my stamped images though trying to learn to use other methods! Great month of new releases!
I love using copics mostly on my stamps. I occasionally use pencils.
Lov markers – especially the Zig True Color brush markers…. and of course Copics!

My true favorite way to color is with pencils. Then watercolor pens and pencils. For smaller stamps I do use Copics. Water color paints are my hardest due least amount of control and patience with the process. It is fun to play once in awhile with it , though overall this why try to do stamping…and have embraced the Misti!
I love my Copic markets, and get my favorite results using them. But my secret heart wants to be good at watercoloring! I keep trying…?

I don’t really color in images, which is why I like two- or three-step stamps to fill in the color and detail. Sometimes on an image that is open and meant to be colored in, I just color in a few details, like green leaves, leaving the flowers white, or just the hearts on Tremendous Treats: Valentine.
Mainly use Copics to color but can change it up with Tombows, watercolors and embossing powders.
