What an incredible showcase of products!! Looks like an absolutely beautiful month. My hope is that popular products do not sell out in less than 24 hours .There are products from last release still not restocked. Really hoping you can solve this ongoing issue as you continue to produce lovely, innovative products.

The peeks show some pretty fabulous looks! Concur with Debbie, 2nd comment, and hope you are making changes to better serve loyal customers. Nothing worse than delightful teases followed by difficulty purchasing products. Been waiting for restock on some items for 6 months, but by now wondering if I need them at all. Your products are fabulous and should be easier for the customer to access! Your sales would increase!

Love the look of the new releases, however I agree with Jan Metcalf. I have been waiting months for the Summer Cloche Dies and really want them. You really need to up your game with getting plenty of the new releases ordered and getting the back stamps and dies in stock. Thanks.

Looks like my wishlist will be growing again! Oh boy are the new dies wonderful! Funny–I’ve just been debating about using felt for a panel & I totally love that last card in the video! Can’t wait for this release!

I’ve decided to comment on this ongoing problem after reading Comment #2, #5 and #10. I’ve also been waiting since Feb. for a “Notify Me” die. It is really frustrating to have the stamp and can’t use it how I would like because it is too intricate to cut out free hand. It sounds like others have the same issues. You have wonderful stamps but there are definitely problems with you stock! Hope it can be resolved soon. Otherwise, I’m afraid you will lose customers.

As always another exciting release. I have enjoyed being a customer since 2011 and always look forward to each new monthly product release because of the wonderful designs and quality of the stamp and die sets. However this year I have experienced difficulties/frustration in the ordering and receiving process as mentioned in other comments. I hope you will make the necessary changes to correct these issues.

I also think it would be amazing to get some understanding why some of the supplies are missing for so long. I too have stamps that I have been waiting for six months to get the dies for. I keep sending emails and the answer is always the same, it will come in month or two. Please let us know what is the issue with supplies.

Hi Nicolini, This is a question for customer service. I am sorry that you are not happy with the answer that they gave you, but I don’t have any more information here to share with you. We are working with our manufacturers to get things back in stock and sometimes the time that it takes it beyond our control.

Wow!!!! I see some beautiful products that I most definitely want! Larger Scalloped Rectangle dies, a gorgeous new corner adorner, and sweet sentiments and more! I agree about lack of availability of products though having run a business I know what a balancing act it is to run inventory! Wish we could do pre-orders! Lol! Last month everything sold out that I wanted so I didn’t place an order once again!

Hi to the management at Papertrey. I missed ordering by 2 hours because I had family visiting. And once again the popular dies sold out. As much as I love your products, I don’t know if I will look at the sneak peek videos anymore. I will always support your designers because they work very hard to bring beautiful products & inspiration to this company. This month I placed an order with another company. It’s a real shame that the PTI brand name is known for understocking and the lack of communication with your customers. Why is that? I think it would go a long way and spread some good will, to let us know where the problems lie. Just a suggestion. I add my comment to the growing chorus of unhappy customers, who have been your loyal following. And I too, hope things will get better in the future. God bless.

Hi Stephanie, I encourage you to send a message to our customer service about your concerns versus a blog comment. We do our best to anticipate the stock we will need and honestly sometimes we just don’t know how popular items are going be. We reorder to get things back in stock as soon as we can and then we do have to wait for our manufacturers to send the product back to us. You can always, always send a message to customer service to ask about specific items to see when they are anticipated to be back in stock.
