Beluga whales – they are just so cute!
Dolphins are my favorite, I am inspired by their love of life, the joy and playfulness they exhibit.
I love sea turtles. The odds they must overcome to simply make it into adulthood are staggering and amazing. Not to mention they are stinkin’ adorable!
My favourite sea creatures are whales. They have such majesty and grace. Cheers.

The large jellyfish is a favorite . Love its ethereal quality and iridescent colors…..it looks like the ballerina of the sea.
Sea horses are my favorites. Their perfect features and graceful nodding gait make them seem like tiny creatures of another time and place.
Sand dollars are my favorite. They remind me of some wonderful beach walks searching for shells.
I enjoy watching all sea creatures. My favorite if I had to choose then it would be the dolphin for its playfulness.
Dolphins! They never fail to bring a smile to my face when seeing them frolicking! Plus they are “pod” creatures, very “family” oriented! ?
Whales for sure. They’re so intelligent and graceful. Such beautiful creatures.
I love dolphins. They are so intelligent and curious. They seem to come out of nowhere to swim in the bow waves of our boat. They look up at you and seem to really love it when you talk to them and engage with them. They even love to talk to our dogs. They are just so playful and beautiful.
My favorite creature from the ocean is the sand dollar! I love collecting the shells on vacation and even have a set of earrings and a necklace made from real ones! I think this is one of Papertrey Ink’s best summer releases yet!!
Too hard to pick just one…. I’ll never forget snorkeling in Hawaii 20 years ago and being immersed in sea life… the beautiful coral, the dance of plants in the water and hundreds of different schools of fish all in brilliant colors.

My favorite are the sea turtles. They have such a difficult start and look so graceful in the water. And who doesn’t love the help they give Nemo!
my favorite are the manatees. They are big loving creatures who lumber along making quite a show!!
I am intrigued with seahorses…they are so different with a grasping tail. I had some as a child and really enjoy watching them!
I love the sea turtles. Watching them feed in front of our condo every morning was the best form of meditation.
my favorite sea creature are the octopus. So many different colors are so beautiful so elegant So Graceful. I just think they’re a lot of fun. This release has been so amazing I’m so excited over the sea creatures and the coral I have been looking and looking and looking for stamps and dies that are coral.
This is a great release and I like the look book. It is nice to get a complete list of images that I can enlarge and study, all in one place.

Corals and shells! I can spend an entire day looking for pretty sea shells!
Well, it used to be Starfish, I have them everywhere, thankfully we live on Cape Cod, so it’s not weird lol……but since we have had a grand daughter I am leaning more towards Mermaids…..sooo Magical and sweet, just like our dear Penny!
Anything in the sea is amazingly graceful, calm and so peaceful. I enjoy seeing fish swim through the waving seaweed with all its layers of color, depth and textures. Very inspirational for creating cards from the new set.
My fav ocean creature may be a little bit unusual, but I love the Angler fish,,,they are faciating!
My favorite is the octopus because it reminds me that we must all extend our reach to others.
I think whales. I have always found them a little fascinating. We were able to see them (or parts of them) on a whale watching tour and it just made them more interesting. I can’t even figure out the right words to describe my fascination. I just think if they were people I’d want to be friends with them.

I live on the Florida coast so I love everything about the ocean. The conch is my favorite because I can hear the sound of the Ocean anytime, by simply placing it to my ear. 🙂
Turtles are my favorite. They are definitely unique amongst an ocean full of fish (as are sea horses), but turtles being born outside of the sea first are what’s so amazing about them. Then those sweet little things know exactly what they need to do the moment they emerge from the sand.

I’m with Lori, too hard to pick. All the creatures and plants make up the beauty of the ocean with its colors and movement. Standing on the warm sand with the ocean breeze passing…now that’s a relaxing picture.

I don’t actually have a favorite but I have always been fascinated by life on and around a coral reef – the colors, the way the plants move and flow in the water, the colorful and unique fish- I just think it is all so beautiful. My favorite beach plant is the sea oat, though. This release is just perfect!
Orcas. I know they are fearsome predators, but I love their striking black and white color, that they mate for life and appear so graceful.
Living in the only New England state with no seacoast, I haven’t had that much exposure to the sea but I would have to say, just on a visceral level, I adore seahorses. Because, well … they are just so darn cute and seem to resemble some fantastic creature that only lives in science fiction but they are actual creatures that live on our planet. Makes you pause and admire all the amazing things that surround us everywhere.

I would have to say whales, for no other reason than it’s a play on my maiden name, which is spelled Whelan but pronounced WHALE-N. I am hard-pressed to pass up any stamp set that has whales in it. Living in Illinois, I have yet to see a whale in person, but going on a whale watching excursion is on my bucket list.
I live along the shore of un-salted Lake Michigan, and really don’t know much about the ocean at all … BUT I am totally intrigued by Jellyfish! they are my favorite whenever I get to an aquarium that has them. Why? they are so mesmerizing, graceful, and seem like they couldn’t hurt a fly – but one only has to watch Finding Nemo to know differently! lol

Oh the magical sea horse is my favorite. I’ve always been fascinated by them.
I like the mantas because they are so graceful in the water and fun to watch. They claim they are gentle also.
I love humpback whales. They weight 80,000 pounds, yet can leap out of the ocean. They are gentle giants!
Gosh, such a hard question! There are so many ocean creatures to love and be inspired by. The diversity is mind-boggling. Just being at the ocean’s edge reminds me about how big our world is. I love the fish (all the beautiful colors), the dolphins and whales for the way they live with each other and move in their world, but I think the shells are my favorite. I have experienced so much joy and peace in my life just walking along the beach and collecting them, first as a little girl alongside my mom and throughout my life. That is why this release has been so special to me.

My favorite is the sea anemone. It is so colorful and magical looking. It looks like something that could only exist through the magic of digital manipulation instead of something that really truly lives in the ocean.

Anemones are so intriguing because they are a strange mixture of animal and plant. Their colors and forms can be very beautiful.

Seahorses! I saw leafy seahorses in the Tennessee aquarium and they were BEAUTIFUL! Such unbelievable little creatures!

Every comment has at least one favorite of mine, so picking just one would be impossible. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and I loved looking in the tide pools, with so many little creatures like sea urchins and starfish, muscles and limpets, a whole little underwater world to watch.
My favorite sea creature is the jelly fish. I love them because they are so ethereal and delicate. Very other worldly.

My favorite sea creature is the Star Fish with Sea Horses coming in a close second ~ mostly in the form of jewelry before moving to Florida, now I actually see dolphins, manatee, so many varieties of fish and alligators all around me!
I like all the beautiful colorful fish — there are so many interesting colors and shapes of fish out there that we are unaware of. Colors that only seem to exist underwater. It’s amazing to see.

I love the ocean – dive or scuba whenever I get the opportunity. On a small scale my fav is any kind of box fish with their chubby little bodies. Whales for sure on the large scale the gentle giants of the sea.
I love sea shells most of all, and sand dollars are my favorite. One day I had a devotion by the seaside on God’s abundance. Then I walked the beach and found 20 sand dollars! A beautiful lesson.

Although I am amazed at the beauty of sea creatures, my favorite is the sea turtle. When we were visiting the big island of Hawaii, we saw numerous sea turtles while snorkeling. They were not concerned with people just, focused on finding food. So we could get close to them and watch them. They are gentle giants.

I don’t really have a favorite ocean creature or plant, but I enjoy hunting for shells on the rare occasion we are at a beach. I’m more of a mountain girl. I do love the seahorse and turtle images in the new Salt Air set! There are so many fascinating creatures in the ocean.

When I was a kid, I was enthralled by the sea enemy in the aquarium. They looked simply & magically peaceful to me.
My favorite sea creature is the sand dollar… I’ve always been fascinated by them! As a child, we would find them on the beach and look at the pretty designs… it was several years before I learned they were actually real creatures.
I love otters! I think because they are like cats (which I adore) who can swim.

I have been fascinated with Seahorses ever since I saw one in an aquarium store. Such an unusual animal!
A whale shark is my favorite sea creature. It’s incredible how something so large can be so graceful.
My favorite sea creature is the dolphin! They are so cute and loveable. When I was growing up, I used to watch a show called “Flipper” about a dolphin. Just loved it! That may give away my age. I am a beach lover, and I am crazy about the coral, the reef builders, and the sea animals. I also love the new corner adorner with the vine and the little flowers! Another great release!

To watch a whale in it’s habitat has to be a favorite. But any creature in the ocean becomes a favorite when seen close up! The closer the better! So happy you’ve included a sea theme this month! Has to be one of my favorite releases!

I’ve been lucky enough to find a couple of tiny, tiny starfish on the beach. Every time I look at them it brings me back to those vacation walks on the beach.

I can’t say I have a favorite, but I have loved watching the whales “spouting” off when I spotted them from a distance along the coast of California! We go to Pismo Beach as often as we can, and usually see either whales or dolphins.
Jellyfish are my favorite. They are very calming to watch and also very beautiful.

It really is hard to pick a favorite. I love all the vibrant colors of coral and fish and love the way the water moves the plant life and sea creatures. That being said…I think turtles are my favorite. How can you not love those sweet faces. Dolphins are a close second, intelligence and playfulness and their chatter…

I love puffins! My husband and I saw so many on our trip to Alaska several years ago and we loved seeing them float on the ocean, and dive bomb to get some food.
My favorite sea animal is the sea turtle. I went to the Georgia coast two summers ago, and I was able to go to a sea turtle hospital. They rehab injured turtles and release them back into the wild. That was really cool to see!

Having just returned from Hawaii, it was so fascinating to snorkel and observe the huge variety of ocean life. To pick one is very difficult but I would have to say at this point that I would pick the Parrot Fish. Its beautiful rainbow hues and to hear it crunching coral was so interesting and I would hover around them for long periods of time to enjoy them. Can’t wait for this release; it’s one of the best yet!
The tiny seahorse is definitely a big favorite. I love that they come in various beautiful colors and I’m intrigued that the male has a brooding pouch in which the eggs are fertilized and incubated. They are just so darn cute – love ’em 🙂

I would have to say starfish because they are intriguing in the way they appear and move.
Salmon. I live in BC Canada, right by the river where the Sockeye Salmon spawn. They are amazing! Every 4 years they come back to the same river bed where they hatched. Only a few make it back compared to how many left, struggling the long trip to the ocean, life in the ocean, then the hard struggle back up stream to mate. Incredible!
My favourites are nudibranchs because of the amazing range of colours and patterns they have.
Coral is my favorite. The reefs are so beautiful and intricate, the colors are amazing and they are teeming with aquatic life.
Honestly, this may be the first time that I purchase the whole release, or at least close to it. From the beginning of my stamping journey, I have been drawn to your innovation, products, and beautiful designs. I love receiving the email with Inspiration Downloads of sketches and color palettes. I learned more about designing a card using these tools than anything else. When I’m at a loss that’s my “go-to.” I love the new Look Book feature and believe it will be a great success for the company and for we the customer. The June release looks fabulous. The one thing that I would like to see is the use of Shape Shifters in a Make It Monday video. There may be one and I just haven’t seen it.
I love the nautilus… their shells are beautiful and the way the chambers work is a true marvel of creation!!
The seahorse … there are so many varieties, it’s beautifully camouflaged … and it can be seen in the wild in lots of places around the world! Anita 🙂

Living in landlocked Kansas, we don’t have any sea life. I’ve been to the Atlantic but didn’t see many creatures. But, I love to watch whales. That would be a dream, so see whales live!

I love dolphins! Our family has the opportunity to visit Florida’s gulf coast every summer with our young grandchildren. I always love to see the glee on their faces when the dolphins show up.
SEA TURTLES. 9 months ago my kids’ father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He had a fracture in his spine due to this. He was fitted with a hard plastic shell we called his turtle shell. His name was CT so this evolved into his slogan #cturtle strong and “sea” turtles became our favorite creature. The sea turtle’s endurance and resilience define this man. In April we all took a last family vacation to Pawleys Island, SC where sea turtles are abundant (but the only ones we saw were in shops). We all now collect anything sea turtle as a reminder of this awesome man who lost his battle one month ago today. To say I’m thrilled with Betsy’s new set is an understatement!
I have to say my favorite is whales. They’re so majestic and such amazing creature. I feel certain tranquility & awe whenever I look at them.
Not sure if this counts, but I love combing the beach for sharks teeth! Hubby and I used to compete to see who could find the biggest one. So far, I hold the trophy…I have one as big as the size of the palm of my hand. We miss living on/near the beaches of NC.

My favorite sea creature is the sea horse. They are so majical. I love how they propel their bodies and wrap their tails around things. I think it is interesting how the males carry the babies.
Dolphins and only because I have never gotten to see a whale in the wild. Only at Sea World. I love the power and gentleness of Dolphins. And I LOVE their playfulness. We were at Sea World a couple of years ago and were talking to the trainer at a Dolphin pool. One got mad he was talking to us and splashed me! It was hysterical!!!
It is hard to choose a favorite, but my top favs are beluga whales, dolphins, and sea turtles! As a young woman I wanted to be an animal trainer ❤

Great question! Anything that lives beneath the ocean is so interesting because we can see them so rarely. I once saw an indigo blue star fish as big as a dinner plate while snorkeling. Amazing!

I absolutely love sea otters! We travel to Monterey Bay, CA every year to visit the otters. They are beyond cute and I am just fascinated by them. Otters are the teddy bears of the ocean!

Sea turtles are my favorite thanks to my oldest daughter. She has loved them since she was about 10 months old and saw one at the TN Aquarium.
Sand dollars are my favorite. For me, they are a glimpse of God’s design in nature.

Sea Turtles! My young granddaughter introduced me to them many years ago when she lived on a Pacific Island. I still have the turtle necklace she gave to me and I cherish those sweet memories.

Being surrounded by the Great Lakes I’m not very familiar with oceans, but if I had to pick a salt water creature, I guess it would be the Narwhal. It’s like the unicorn of the sea!

A fun question! My immediate thought was the seahorse … they seem like creatures of myth or fantasy! I love how they change color to match their surroundings. But I’ve always wanted to see dolphins … so sweet and friendly. They even have a place in history, Pelorus Jack famously led ships through a dangerous strait for decades!
I would have to say the coral is my favorite because I find it fascinating. It is a living organism that is always building and growing and yet it has a skeletal system.

We just visited an aquarium and there were so many amazing creatures to see! My favorite was the jelly fish! Wow!! They are so amazing to watch! What a creative Creator we have!

I find both sand dollars and sea horses fascinating. They are both very unusual.
It is hard to make a choice but I do like dolphins. I love their playfulness and stories of their interactions with people.
My favorite is the humpback whale because I remember one nicknamed Humphrey when I was young that got lost in the Northern California delta on his migration up north. There was a big rescue operation for him and he eventually got back out to the Pacific again. There was a children’s book made of his rescue. I’ve also seen one up close in Seward Bay a few years ago. They are magnificent animals.

Boy there are a lot to choose from….the coral is so colorful, and love the dolphins too, but maybe I would go with all the really colorful smaller fish just for the reason that they are all so unique and pretty due to all their bright colors.

Hard question because I initially wanted to be a marine biologist, loving all ocean things. I do love sea horses and even had a salt water tank with sea horses for many years. They are so amazing to watch, the way they swim through the water and cling to things with their tails.
Mine would be the whales. They are so graceful despite their size. I have seen some beautiful photography catching whales in action above the water…especially one where it is going back under water and just the tail is above water…such majesty.
How does one pick a favorite. Each in its own way has something amazing to offer. Please think about that next time you get into the ocean to protect the reefs. Please use reef friendly sunscreen. I am embracing all ocean plants and creatures. Thanks for asking.

What a hard question this month!!! I live in Maine very near the ocean. It is always a thrill to see a whale!!!! But the seals are mor common to see and I love watching them as the come up for air and surround your boat.
I just love watching dolphins playing in the water when there is a pod of them…they are so cheerful and full of energy!
My favorite sea creature would be the sea urchin. To see them with their spikes is so cool and they come in beautiful colors like green and purple. The pure white of them when they are dried is gorgeous and they come in so many sizes!! The little tiny ones are so adorable–I have a whole vase full of dried ones that I collected off beaches in Puerto Rico.

As with others who have commented, it is difficult to choose just one sea creature as I love watching all of them from the majestic whales to the entertaining dolphins to all of the plants-it is tough to say which is my favorite. However, at every aquarium that I have ever visited I seem to spend a lot of time watching the jellyfish. The seem to move so effortlessly and they are absolutely beautiful in both shape and design.

I am lucky enough to live in a beach town and as a child I would jump for joy when I would find a sand dollar! Something about finding a whole one was just amazing as a child!
That is a very hard question to answer because I love SO many creatures, and for very different reasons. I think that I will have to say an octopus. They have funny personalities, are curious and intelligent, have cool suckers, and shoot out ink when scared. COOL.
I think that sea turtles are my favorite creature. We swam with them in Hawaii, and I really enjoyed them.
Seahorses – when my boy was little he used to swim upright, just like a seahorse, so that’s what we used to call him. 15 years later, as part of a marine biology project he pulled a seahorse out of Long Island sound (and put it right back in again). We were all so amazed to discover they’re native (albeit rare) in the waters here.
Have never given thought to ocean creatures–but I like coral–so many different shapes and it provides hiding spaces for other ocean creatures.
Fish! I think I like them so much because my granddaughter is fascinated with them, there are so many varieties, and their coloring is often so varied.

The starfish is my favorite. I think it’s because of the story of the grandfather and his grandson walking along the beach. The little boy was throwing starfish washed up on the shore back in. When asked the little boy said that it matters to the ones he’d thrown back into the water. Sand dollars run a close second.

It is hard to pick one animal or plant when they are all cool in their own way. Whales and porpoises are admirable for their grace and intelligence. Salmon are beautiful and strong with the drive to make it back up the rivers to spawn. Sea otters are cute and playful. I admire them all.

I used to love sea horses. Because I love horses and their name was a horse. If it is favorite for food I love salmon.
But I am fascinated by whales: their intelligence manner of communicating and as with orcas their cooperative hunting techniques.
I never thought about it but if I had to pick I do love dolphins. They are so huge yet so friendly and gentle. I even had an opportunity to swim with them while vacationing in Cancun many years ago. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I love sand dollars. every year we go see our friends at the beach and at love tide we go out to a sand bar and dig down for them. They are huge.
My favorite ocean animal is the manatee. They seem so peaceful. They swim a little, they eat, they sleep. My college roommate used to work at a zoo, and she worked with manatees. They are very docile.
I think a Manatee is my favorite sea animal – they are just so lumpy and sweet! Followed by dolphins and whales – seahorses – star fish – sand dollars – isn’t it wonderful that we have so many wonderful things living in the oceans to love! I love Betsy’s new Salt Air Fauna set!
Sea otters. They dive down, grab a shellfish and a rock, swim to the surface and proceed to crack the mollusk open with the rock and snack while floating on their back (with food on tummy). Plus they are just so playful and fun to watch.

Well, this is an easy one for me. Seahorses of course! I am a horse person, having owned horses most of my life. Anything to do with horses, or in this case, with horse in it’s name, has a tug on my heart.
My favourite is the nudibranch. They are so unique and unusual, and are usually very colourful.

Tough question! I recently got my scuba certification. On the few dives I have made in the ocean (so far!), the huge variety of sea creatures was an amazing sight to see. It is a fascinating world – I can’t possibly pick a favorite!
Just one? Ok I’ll go with humpback whales as I have the pleasure of seeng them cruise up and down our coast line each year. I love to see that plume of water and the occasional spectacular breach!

There is nothing so awe inspiring as seeing a majestic whale breech. The absolute spectacle of it is truly spiritual.
Loved scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef, Austalia and seeing the coral.
I am not too much of a beach goer, although we in Puerto Rico have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! But there is a tortoise that comes every year and places her eggs on the sand and is protected by our laws so much so that people arrive early at a certain hour to see them leave the eggs and make their way to the sea but they do so while protecting them also! It is such a beautiful spectacle!

For me, it’s Sea Lions. I love them because I am reminded of my first-born and how he loved watching them at the Mystic Aquarium when he was younger. Can’t tell you how many times we saw the show by the time he turned 3 and we moved to Georgia. When we moved back to Connecticut and he was a High School Sophomore, we went to see them again. Good times.

I love all the tiny creatures of a reef like shrimp, crab and tiny fish. Reefs are such an interesting ecosystem, full of complicated relationships, fighting strategies and defense mechanisms!

Vacationed at North Carolina’s Ocean Isle for many years and got to see them coming out of the nest and trying valiantly to get to the water. We would be out on the sand at midnight if there were some ready to move. Everyone protects them and tries to help them make it. Yes…that is my favorite…they have to fight to live.

I think my favorite ocean plant/animal would have to be coral. Coral reefs are just so pretty and full of color.
My first thought was dolphins because they are so graceful and intelligent. But I also love the variety of colorful fish and the plants – because I love color. So hard to choose!
My favorite sea creatures are dolphins and porpoises. I think they are so intelligent and and amazing. Watching them in the water is like watching a ballet!

The Sand Dollar is my favorite. I have many happy memories of going to the ocean with my Mom, walking in the water looking for sand dollars.
My favorite sea creature would have to be the sea horse – such an unusual fish! I love sand dollars too – because of the Christian meanings it represents. Loved all the ocean products this month!!
Dolphins are my favorite, but I also am fond of seahorses. I used to have a tank of them to care for in my marine biology class. Can’t wait to get the new fauna set!

I love water. Truly i do but things that move in the water freak me out. Just ask anyone who has tried to snorkel with me. Just can’t do it.

I love the Flying fish on the way to Catalina Island in Ca, oh how many time I saw them on the way….when I was a young girl of 18, I went on the big white boat and it looked like they flew from under the boat. This point in my life I want to find a complete whole / non broken sand dollar. So it would be between the two….sorry I am very undeceive ?
