Welcome to day 1 of the 11th Anniversary Papertrey Ink festivities. We have so much in store for you in the next 10 days as we count down to the 2018 February release on February 15th. Get ready for a whole lot of inspiration, announcements, contests, challenges, and fun!
We are so happy to introduce the 2018 Papertrey Ink team to you over the next few days. There are lots of familiar faces and also some new team members that we are so thrilled to introduce to you. Visit our Team Page for easy access to our team members’ blogs and social media.
Design Team
This team is on the front lines, bringing you inspiration with all of the new Papertrey Ink products during release week and through out the month. We couldn’t be more proud of this ultra talented team of ladies! A special welcome back to Melissa Bickford who previously worked with Papertrey Ink as a product designer and is now rejoining us on our Design Team!
We asked the Design Team to choose a favorite project from this past year to share and created a sketch for each one that you can use to inspire new projects – including a project for the Sketch Challenge at the end of this post.

This team is geared up for this next year to bring you the best inspiration for using our Traveler’s Journal collection. Starting in March, be sure to watch out for this great inspiration! A special welcome to Kelly Lunceford who is new on our Papertrey Ink team! And welcome back to Ashley Cannon Newell who is rejoining the presentation team as well!

Anniversary Sketch Challenge
Here’s a download of all of the sketches from the Design Team’s favorite cards from this past year – click the link below to download the file and then use one of the sketches to participate in the Sketch Challenge.

If you are joining along, here are the details for this Sketch Challenge:
- Create a project utilizing your take on the challenge. Your project must use at least one Papertrey product and one of the provided sketches for your project.
- Please enter new projects only.
- Post your project on your blog, in your gallery or on any other photo-hosting site (such as photobucket or flickr).
- Add your project to our InLinkz list below. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PLEASE.
- You can also enter the contest by adding a comment to this blog post. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PLEASE.
- You will have until 6am ET, Saturday, February 10th, to add your link to the list to be eligible to win.
- TWO randomly selected winners will be chosen from ALL the entries on Friday, February 15th. Tune into our Release Party Live broadcast on February 15, 8PM ET on our Papertrey Ink Facebook page where the winners from this challenge will be announced! Winners will then be posted on our February 2018 Winners Page. The randomly selected winners will get a $100 PTI gift certificate to spend however they like!
