We are excited to introduce you to the new Bitty Big line of basic patterned papers. We heard our customers loud and clear and you love to have the basics on hand, but you don’t want to spend a lot of money to invest in all the colors. These collections will be offered in single color packages, with a few new colors being introduced each month. Each package will contain 3 patterns, stripes, dotes and gingham. The three patterns are printed double sided, with one side featuring a small version of the pattern and the other side featuring large scale. So you get two options for your designs with less sheets to invest in!

  • Each collection includes 24 sheets (8 sheets of each double-sidedpattern).
  • Each sheet features the bitty version of the pattern on one side, and the reverse features the big version.
  • Printed on smooth 8-1/2″ x 11″ text weight paper.
  • The collections will be available in Soft Stone, Classic Kraft, Hawaiian Shores, and Pink Posey (a stand alone color only available in the Bitty Big patterned paper collection) on December 15th.

Now that we’ve made all of the formal introductions, let’s get onto the projects!

Lizzie-Jones

Lizzie Jones is featuring Stuck on You + Keep it Simple: Brighter Days

I love how realistic the bandage die cuts are! Lizzie die cut these bandages from vellum and that detail takes the look to the next level! I think whoever receives this card will do a double take and wonder if you used the real thing on the card you made.
Supplies:
  • STAMPS: Stuck On You
  • INK: Classic Kraft, Aqua Mist, Pure Poppy, VersaFine Onyx Black
  • PAPER: Classic Kraft, Stamper’s Select Vellum, white
  • DIES: Stuck On You
  • OTHER: Clear Embossing Powder, Garnet Glitter, Glue Pen, Scotch Foam Tape, Xyron

The bright colored patterned papers make the bandages look so fun. Lizzie created a stitched up wound for the bandages to hold together and gave us all another use for the Round Off Edgers die! The Stuck on You stamp set includes sentiments that are perfectly sized for the rectangle in the middle of the bandage – I love details like this.
Supplies:
  • STAMPS: Stuck On You
  • INK: True Black
  • PAPER: Hawaiian Shores, Pure Poppy, Bitty Big: Hawaiian Shores
  • DIES: Stuck On You, Round Off Edgers
  • OTHER: Black Thread, Scotch Foam Tape

I would have never thought I would need to make a bandage background, but after seeing this card that Lizzie created I definitely need to now. I love the different colors and happy feel that the card has to send a thank you to someone who took time to be there during a time of need.
Supplies:
  • STAMPS: Stuck On You
  • INK: Raspberry Fizz, Hibiscus Burst, Summer Sunrise, Harvest Gold, Limeade Ice, Green Parakeet, Aqua Mist, Tropical Teal, Amethyst Allure, True Black
  • PAPER: Stamper’s Select White
  • DIES: Stuck On You
  • OTHER: Scotch Foam Tape

Who doesn’t love a warm, soothing beverage when you are not feeling 100%? The Matchbook Medley die is the perfect place to tuck a tea bag and let someone know that you are thinking of them during a time when things aren’t the best. I love how Lizzie created a custom background inside the matchbook with the different sentiments in the Keep it Simple: Better Days stamp set.
Supplies:
  • STAMPS: Stuck On You, Keep It Simple: Brighter Days, Christmas Cheer, Candy Cane Christmas
  • INK: Spring Rain, Dark Indigo, Melon Berry, Americana
  • PAPER: Classic Kraft, Rustic White, Bitty Big: Dark Indigo
  • DIES: Matchbook Medley, You Have My Heart Die, Christmas Cheer Die
  • OTHER: Foam Tape, Tea Bag, Stapler

Michelle-Leone

Michelle Leone is featuring Sunshine & Honey + First Aid Tag.

It seems that the Huggables: Bear kit and Sunshine & Honey were almost made for each other. I love how Michelle tucked the honey bottle into the bear’s arms and even added the little bee detail – so cute! The front cover of this card is so clever and the hexagon stenciling showing from inside the card is perfect.
Supplies:
  • STAMPS: Sunshine & Honey, Huggables: Bear
  • INK: Versafine Onyx Black, Summer Sunrise, Sweet Blush
  • PAPER: Stamper’s Select White, Harvest Gold, Soft Stone, Sweet Blush, Bitty Big: True Black
  • DIES: Round Off Edgers, Tag Sale: Huggable, Sunshine & Honey, Huggables: Bear
  • OTHER: Stencil Basics: Hexagons

The First Aid Tag is a great symbol to send a note of caring and support when someone is on the mend. The tag can be used on its on or, like Michelle did here, on a card front too.
Supplies:
  • STAMPS: Stuck On You
  • INK: Versamark
  • PAPER: Pure Poppy, Stamper’s Select White, Classic Kraft, Bitty Big: Classic Kraft
  • DIES: First Aid Tag
  • OTHER: White embossing powder, red/white twine

How cute is this trio of mini cards? It’s the best idea to stamp multiple cards when you have all of your supplies out. Then you have cards ready to grab and go when you need them! The matching envelopes to go with the cards are so much fun made from the Bitty Big patterned paper.
Supplies:
  • STAMPS: Sunshine & Honey, Stuck On You, Moments Inked: Day by Day Blocks
  • INK: Versafine Black Onyx, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Orange Zest, Canyon Clay, Pure Poppy, Hibiscus Burst, Berry Sorbet, New Leaf, Hawaiian Shores, Blueberry Sky
  • PAPER: Stampers Select White, Bitty Big: True Black
  • DIES: Sunshine & Honey, Don’t Forget to Write Kit
  • OTHER: Misc. twine (black/white), Envelope Punch Board
