With Valentine’s Day rapidly approaching, it is the perfect time to pull out all of your favorite pink supplies and put them to good use! Your challenge this month is to create a card only using the color pink with the option to use neutrals (such as white, cream, gray, black or kraft). With all of the different shades of pink to work with, there are all kinds of creative possibilities! Keep in mind that your project can be for any occasion, as long as you use pink! Mauren P kept is simple with her white card base and a few heart banners! I love the layout and the way the banners carry your eye back and forth across the card until you reach the sentiment.
Ericka S used the new Feather Finery in a few shades of pink to create her gorgeous submission. The scattered sequins add just the right touch of sparkle!
Monika Davis put together another Feather Finery card. The addition of the looped threads and all of the lovely layers give this project a fantastic artsy feel. The black polka dots in the washi tape help to echo the dots added to the feathers.
