A few changes….

October 16, 2007      Nichole Heady      Leave a Comment

I recently made the decision to reevaluate how I am spending my working hours for all things Papertrey.  The demands have certainly increased over the last few months, and with that, less time to dedicate to the whole reason I decided to start this venture, DESIGNING stamps and using them!

I have had to make the difficult decision to remove the ability for you to email me directly through my blog.

It has always been VERY important to me to be able to have an open line of communication with our customers.  I have always wanted people to feel as though they were visiting with an old friend when stopping by.  Unfortunately, most of my days had become consumed with returning emails, because it was SO important to me to answer each and EVERY one!  In order to streamline the amount of time I spend on the computer, this is something I really needed to remove from my daily "to do" list.  I want to refocus and dedicate more time to designing stamps and concentrate my efforts on showing you, through projects & tutorials, how to expand your stamping knowledge.

I will still visit both our Splitcoast Forum & Papertrey Forum to answer any questions you may have.

If you have something you are sincerely interested in, be sure to post your inquiry in one of those locations.  I make every effort to make sure that no question goes unanswered!  Within the next few weeks we will also be making some changes to our website.

We will be including a very detailed FAQ, with the hope that it will become a valuable resource for you that you can reference often.

If you ever have a question about your order, be sure to email Papertrey’s Customer Service.  They keep all of the information you may need on hand so they are better able to help you.

I hope you all understand the decision I have made and I sincerely wish to hear from you through the forums.  It is very important to us to be able to provide a sounding board for you to get the answers you need.  Thanks for your understanding!!!
