TIPS: 

  • Try cutting your Heirloom Hearts from piano music or book print to get a vintage, romantic, nostalgic look and feel.
  • Use the This is Big Sentiments:  Definitions of Love stamp set to create your own background paper, such as I’ve shown on my Ocean Tides cardstock layer.

STENCILS: Baby’s Breath
CARDSTOCKS: Sweet Blush, Pale Peony, Spring Moss, Green Parakeet, Vintage Cream, Lilac Grace, Lemon Tart, Stamper’s Select White
INK: Hibiscus Burst, New Leaf, Ripe Avocado, Winter Wisteria, Classic Kraft, Harvest Gold, Aqua Mist
OTHER: vellum, Versamark, gold embossing powder, metallic gold ink, gold watercolor paint

TIPS: 

  • Look for products in your stash that coordinate with new products, such as the Border Bling: Scalloped Frame and the heart from the Heirloom Hearts Die Set.
  • Arrange your bouquet and adhere the die-cuts together with liquid glue to create one piece, then pop the entire bouquet up with foam tape.
  • Heat emboss the sentiment onto vellum and hide the adhesive behind the embossed letters.

    WOW! All the cards are so beautiful. Melissa’s card with the bow and Brenda’s card both spoke to me. I love the detail of each, the repetition, design, colors, and the shabby chic in Melissa’s. I adore Brenda’s choice of sentiment words.

    Oh my, so many beautiful inspirational cards to choose from. I think my most favorite is Melissa Phillips “Adore” card. I always love her vintage style. This one feels so romantic and timeless.
