Melissa Phillips welcomes the gentle shift from winter to spring with her Love is the Greatest Gift card, a soft and romantic design perfect for weddings, Valentine’s Day, or heartfelt celebrations. 🌸💗 By blending newer products with longtime favorites, she creates a layered heart focal that feels both timeless and meaningful, finished with delicate florals, butterfly wings, and elegant texture.

Melissa shares, “The transition from Winter to Spring is such a welcoming time of year. There’s so much to look forward to, including wedding season. My card today, uses some of our newer products mixed in with some old to create a wedding or Valentine card, fit for someone extra special.”

SUPPLIES:

STAMPS:  With All My Heart, This is Big Sentiments:  Definitions of Love
INK:  Olive Twist, Pale Peony, Hibiscus Burst, Simply Chartreuse, Fine Linen
PAPER:  Stamper’s Select White, Sweet Blush, Classic Kraft
DIES:  Heirloom Hearts, North Pole Mail:  Postage Stamp Frame, Build-A-Butterfly
OTHER:  Baby’s Breath Stencils, adhesive gems, scrunched seam binding, Fossilized Amber Distress Spritz, Copic Marker

STEP 1: Cut card base using the Postage Stamp Frame.  Stencil Baby’s Breath image on front.

STEP 2: Stamp Definitions of Love sentiments across front.

STEP 3: Wrap scrunched seam binding around card and tie in a bow at top.

STEP 4: Stamp solid Heirloom Heart with floral heart.

STEP 5: Stamp sentiment and adhere over butterfly wings and pink base heart.

STEP 6: Adhere to lower right area of card and finish by attaching it to a Kraft card base and embellishing with adhesive gems and Distress Spritz.

This project is a beautiful reminder that combining old favorites with fresh releases can lead to something truly heartfelt. 💕

Whether you’re crafting for a wedding, Valentine’s Day, or simply celebrating love, this design offers plenty of inspiration to make your card feel personal and meaningful.
